摘      要：Hegemonism and power politics are the greatest threats to global security, development and governance. US foreign policy has given rise to serious global security crises and security dilemmas. The Russia-Ukraine conflict is a typical case of the current predicament of global security governance. The conflict has exacerbated multiple global security crises, which raises the urgency to promote the construction of a global security governance system.
