主 题:Hepatitis B virus Alcohol Hepatocarcinoma Immunity Liver disease
摘 要:End-stage liver disease is frequently caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) andalcohol consumption. Notably, the mechanism by which alcohol affects the courseof HBV-associated liver disease is unknown, and additional research is needed inthis area. A reduced immunological response, oxidative stress, endoplasmicreticulum stress, Golgi apparatus stress, and enhanced HBV replication are a fewpotential causes.
