摘      要：川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是5岁以下儿童常见后天获得性心脏病之一,是一种急性全身性血管炎。经过近60年的研究,静脉注射免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIG)联合阿司匹林(aspirin,Asp)口服成为急性期KD预防冠状动脉病变(coronary artery lesion,CAL)的一线治疗。然而,Asp的作用和最佳剂量仍然存在争议。该共识基于KD治疗的国内外最新的研究成果,并经过国内儿科专家充分讨论而制定,对Asp在KD中一线治疗的使用剂量、用法、疗程等提出了推荐意见。
