主 题:silver cerium oxide composites microstructure homogenization rare earths
摘 要:Fabrication of silver thulium oxide by inner oxide method was researched. The result shows that the microstructure is no-homogenization as particles reinforcing metal matrix composites. The CeO2 particles exist in inner silver cerium alloy. This no-homogenization microstructure can not be dispersed by general extrusion technology. Severe plastic deformation was adopted to disperse the CeO2 particles. The result shows that the microstructure is homogeneous and the CeO2 particles are dispersed after severe plastic deformation. The relationship between true strain (η) of severe plastic deformation and diameter (d0, d) of particles, which is η≈ln(d20/d2), was also discussed.
