摘      要：On November 2,the ASEAN Secretariat announced that six ASEAN members(Brunei,Cambodia,Laos,Singapore,Thailand,and Vietnam)and four non-ASEAN members(China,Japan,New Zealand,and Australia)had submitted Instruments of Ratification/Acceptance(IOR/A)of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)agreement,thus reaching the minimum number of IOR/A for the entry into force of the free trade agreement(FTA).
