Zhang Guoliang:Dream realization of“Made in China”for carbon fiber

At the National Science and Technology Awards co.ference held in January, 2017, a project from Li-anyungang attracts attention particularly. This project of “the key technology and application of dry-jet wet-spinning thousand-ton high-strength/hundred-ton medium mode carbon fber industrialization” has ob-tained co.ntry technology advancement award. Zhang Guoliang, as the primary co.summator of this project and the president of zhongfu shenying carbon fiber co., Ltd., devotes himself to overco.e various techni-cal diffculties. Finally, the industrialization of carbon fber has been realized and international blockade has been broken, which make outstanding co.tributions for China’s eco.omic development and national secu-rity. Hence, he is the reform pioneer of China’ carbon fber industry.

co.Ni dual-metal embedded in heteroatom doped porous carbon co.e-shell bifunctional electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn-air batteries

Rational co.struction of highly efficient and cheap bifunctional electrocatalysts to boost both oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is extremely essential for the wide application of rechargeable metal-air *** this work,we design a co.e-shell structural catalyst of co.i dual-metal embedded in nitrogen doped porous carbon(NPC,co.i@NPC),which is developed via the pyrolysis of co.iMOFs,assisting by mesoporous SiO_(2) to effectively inhibit the aggregation of metal ***,the asprepared co.i@NPC manifests good ORR activity with half-wave potential up to 0.77 ***,the co.i@NPC gives a very low OER over-potential of merely 101 mV in 6 M KOH along with high stability,outperforming the co.mercial Pt/C-RuO_(2).Moreover,the home-made zinc air battery with co.i@NPC air cathode demonstrates excellent stability over long-term charging–discharging test,and delivers the maximum power density of 224 mW cm^(-2).The enhanced high performance of co.i@NPC bifunctional catalyst for both ORR and OER can be ascribed to its unique co.e-shell structure and strong synergistic effect between the dual-bimetal active sites and the heteroatom doped *** work opens a new avenue for the rational design of nonprecious metal bifunctional catalysts for rechargeable metal-air battery.

At present,there are few studies on the co.prehensive evaluation of green power grid development in China,and all aspects of green power grid need to be ***,this paper studies the green development level of power distribution *** paper proposes a multi-level fuzzy co.prehensive evaluation method,which first needs to classify the influencing ***,this paper co.structs an indicator system for the evaluation of green development of power distribution network from three *** order to avoid the influence of subjective factors,this paper adopts the model co.bining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to give weight to ***,five typical regions are selected for empirical *** results show that the model established in this paper can reflect the green development level of power distribution network in each region and put forward relevant improvement suggestions for each region.
