Structure-soil interface friction characteristics is of importance to investigate the interaction between engineering structures and soils,especially for offshore *** interface friction behavior between marine clay and structural materials with different roughness was studied in this paper by using 3D optical scanning tests,a modified direct shear device and numerical *** between the surface roughness of structures,water content and interface friction angle were presented by model *** increase of water contents decreased the interface friction *** interfaces with different roughness,the interface friction angles will be smaller than that of the soil when the water content exceeds a certain *** roughness of the interface and the water content of the soil are mutually coupled to influence the coefficient of friction(COF).This paper proposed a Finite Element Method(FEM)to simulate the interface direct shear tests of structures with different *** surface models with different roughness are established based on the structure data obtained by 3D *** Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)approach was employed to analyse soils sheared by irregular *** interface behavior for interfaces with different roughness under cyclic shear stresses was analyzed by FEM.

During the cpc in Dialogue with World Political Parties High- Level Meeting held in Beijing from Nov. 3o to Dec＂. 3, 2ox7, leaders from nearly 300 parties and political or- ganizations in more than 12o countries and regions gathered together to share the views of the responsibilities of politi- cal parties in building a community of shared future and a better world. The dialogue is not only the first multilat- eral diplomatic event held after the 19th cpc National Congress, but also the first high-level dialogue held by the cpc with the world＇s parties and is of great significance for both the cpc and other parties, with the largest number of attendances ever seen in such an event.

Building a new model of major-country relationships is an unprecedented undertaking requiring theoretical support. However, existing theories, whether Western or Chinese, find it hard to assume the task of providing the theoretical foundation for such a model. Corporatism, which has both Chinese and Western cultural elements, offers conditions for such an undertaking. Although China-U.S. relations have some unusual features, corporatism offers the prospect of directing them away from the ＂Thucydides trap＂ and avoiding the political tragedies of major powers. For China and the world, making corporatism or group cooperation the central idea in building the new model of major-country relations will be a big step forward for the model and for international relations.

In the era of globalization, China＇s national identity is in close interaction with ethno- cultural and cultural identity, and is facing great challenges and is under pressure to reshape itself. An in-depth analysis of the Chinese national identity in its institutional, economic, cultural, political and strategic dimensions from both domestic and international perspectives can help us grasp the transition that has taken place in China＇s national identity since 1978. In order to strengthen China＇s national identity by building domestic consensus and increasing international recognition, China needs to further foster its civic consciousness, increase its soft power, enhance the ties between its national, regional and global identities and actively assume the role of a bridge between the developing and the developed countries.
