The Communist Party of China(CPC)has in the people its roots,its lifeblood,and its source of *** civilization is an integral part of the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Five-Sphere Advancement of *** civilization is a new form of human civilization written into Constitution of the People’s Republic of China and protected by the fundamental law,with the pursuit of the harmonious coexistence of human and nature as its core,and with its underlying value orientation adhering to a people-oriented *** from the CPC’s century-old ecological civilization,including its germination,exploration,development,perfection,and maturity,especially in the new era,for the first time in the CPC’s century-old history,xi jinping thought on ecological civilization is established,which specifically guides the theory and practice of ecological *** is not only the inheritance and development of Marxist thoughts on the relationship between human and nature,but also fundamentally manifests its value of the supremacy of the *** establishment of the people’s supremacy in the pursuit of ecological civilization under the leadership of the CPC differs from Western anthropocentrism or *** develops keen insights into important documents of people’s supremacy in the history of the CPC’s ecological civilization for the 20th century,which is of great theoretical and practical value to understand the spiritual genealogy of the CPC more completely,accurately,and systematically,to clarify the underlying value orientation of ecological civilization,to better learn and practice xi jinping thought on ecological civilization in the new era,and to build a modernized society of harmonious coexistence between human and nature.

His actions reflect contemporary China’s outlook on human rights. The philosophy of innovative, coordinated, green, open and inclusive development, collectively referred to as the new development philosophy, is an important component of xi jinping thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It plays a vital role in China’s efforts to resolve problems in economic development and cultivate new advantages. Based on a keen understanding of the new development philosophy, we review the literature on the evaluation of a single indicator of the five dimensions of philosophy and that on a comprehensive evaluation of all the indicators of philosophy. The results show varied depths of research in single-indicator evaluation, and a lack of systematic study on comprehensive evaluation. We propose a multi-tier(macro–micro)-indicator evaluation system of new development philosophy, and recommend to establish a smart evaluation platform by integrating big data with traditional data, which will serve as a foundation and provide reference for the development of a scientific, well-conceived indicator evaluation system of new development philosophy that can guide the practice.

ecological development is essentially the process of building a resource-efficient, environmentfriendly and ecologically-safe society, and of achieving modernization that features harmonious coexistence between man and nature. xi jinping thought on ecological civilization offers answers to such theoretical and practical questions as why to build an ecological civilization, what the goal is and how to achieve it. Its practice model focuses on explaining the norms, content,paths and methods of building an ecological civilization. It is a structural and operable approach for implementing xi jinping thought on ecological civilization and guiding the construction of ecological civilization. As an intermediate link between xi jinping thought on ecological civilization and eco-civilization construction, the practice model is not only an indispensable part of the former, but also the key to combine the theory and practice concerning the two.

Trapezoidal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Aggregation Operator Based on Choquet Integral and Its Application to Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Problems

The Choquet integral can serve as a useful tool to aggregate interacting criteria in an uncertain environment. In this paper, a trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator based on the Choquet integral is proposed for multi-criteria decision-making problems. The decision information takes the form of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and both the importance and the interaction information among decision-making criteria are considered. On the basis of the introduction of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, its operational laws and expected value are defined. A trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator based on the Choquet integral is then defined and some of its properties are investigated. A new multi-criteria decision-making method based on a trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is used to show the feasibility and availability of the proposed method.
