Experimental and ab initio study of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F stability in the pressure range of 0–10 GPa

Both numerical and experimental studies of the stability and electronic properties of barium–sodium metaborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m) at pressures up to 10 GPa have been carried out. Electronic-structure calculations with HSE06 hybrid functional showed that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an indirect band gap of 6.289 eV. A numerical study revealed the decomposition of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F into the BaB_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and NaF phases above 3.4 GPa at 300 K. Subsequent high-pressure high-temperature experiments performed using ‘Discoverer-1500’DIA-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and 6 GPa and temperature of 1173 K confirmed the stability of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 GPa and its decomposition into BaB_(2)O_(4), NaBO_(2), and NaF at 6 GPa, which was verified by energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and Raman spectroscopy. The observed Raman bands of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assigned by comparing the experimental and calculated spectra. The experimental Raman spectra of decomposition reaction products obtained at 6 GPa suggest the origin of a new high-pressure modification of barium metaborate BaB_(2)O_(4).

The main characteristics of millimeter-wave(MM-wave)image detector were simulated by means of accurate numerical modeling of thermophysical processes in a metamaterial MM-to-IR *** converter represents a multilayer structure consisting of an ultra thin resonant metamaterial absorber and a perfect emissive *** absorber consists of a dielectric self-supporting film that is metallized from both sides.A micropattern is fabricated from one *** absorption of the MM waves induces the converter heating that yields enhancement of IR emission from the emissive *** emission is detected by IR *** this contribution an accurate numerical model for simulation of the thermal processes in the converter structure was created by using COMSOL Multiphysics *** simulation results are in a good agreement with experimental results that validates the *** simulation shows that the real-time operation is provided for the converter thickness less than 3µm and time response can be improved by decreasing of the converter *** energy conversion efficiency of MM waves into IR radiation is over 80%.The converter temperature increase is a linear function of a MM-wave radiation power within three orders of the dynamic *** blooming effect and ways of its reducing are also *** model allows us to choose the ways of converter structure optimization and improvement of image detector parameters.

The method for controlling a DC-DC converter is proposed to ensures the high quality control at large fluctuations in load currents by using differential gain control coefficients and second derivative control. Various implementations of balancing the currents of a multiphase DC-DC converter are discussed, with a focus on achieving accurate current regulation without introducing additional delay in the control system. Stochastic particle swarm optimization method is used to find optimal values of the PID controller parameters. An automatic constraint-handling in optimization are also discussed as relevant techniques in the field.

Accurate day-ahead load forecasting is of great significance to arrange day-ahead schedule plan, maintain the stability of power system and prolong the service life of equipment. This paper proposes a novel day-ahead electric load forecasting model based on time2vec embedding layer, 1D convolutional layer and Informer network(T2VC-Informer). Firstly,meteorological factors highly correlated with electric load are selected based on Spearman correlation coefficient to determine the input features of the forecast model. Then, the T2VC-Informer forecast model is established, where the time2vec embedding layer is used to learn periodic and non-periodic patterns in the original inputs, the 1D convolutional layer is utilized to extract high-dimensional spatiotemporal features, and the Informer is adopted to efficiently capture long-range dependency between input and output sequences. Finally, in the comparison experiment, the mean absolute percentage error of T2VC-Informer is 35.283% and 11.609% lower than that of LSTM and Transformer, respectively, fully proving its superiority.

Economic dispatch problem（EDP） is an optimization problem, which aims at minimizing the total generation cost. On the other hand, with the development of smart grid, cyber network plays an important role in power system operation. However,time delays are nonnegligible in a communication system. In this paper, a fully distributed consensus algorithm is proposed for EDP firstly, the total power demand can be obtained by K-step average consensus algorithm. Then the impacts of time delays are discussed and the critical maximum allowable upper bounds are obtained. It should be pointed out that, even with time delays,the proposed algorithm can be used online because the total output power is equal to the total power demand all the time during the optimization process. Finally, several simulation cases are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed algorithm.
