This paper is concerned with the synchronization of delayed neural networks via sampled-data control. A new technique, namely, the free-matrix-based time-dependent discontinuous Lyapunov functional approach, is adopted in constructing the Lyapunov functional, which takes advantage of the sampling characteristic of sawtooth input delay. Based on this discontinuous Lyapunov functional, some less conservative synchronization criteria are established to ensure that the slave system is synchronous with the master system. The desired sampled-data controller can be obtained through the use of the linear matrix inequality（LMI） technique. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the improvements of the proposed methods.

This paper investigates the stability problem for time-varying delay *** obtain a larger delay bound,this paper uses the second-order canonical Bessel-Legendre(BL)***,using four couples of integral terms in the augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(LKF)to enhance the relationship between integral functionals and other ***,unlike the construction of the traditional LKF,a novel augmented LKF is constructed with two new delayproduct-type terms,which adds more state information and leads to less conservative ***,two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the significant improvement of the proposed stability criteria.

The stability of sampled-data systems is investigated using a new type of Lyapunov *** interval from the sampling point t_(k) to t_(k+1) is assumed to be a sampling *** fully utilizing the characteristic information on the whole sampling interval,a new two-sided closed-loop Lyapunov functional is proposed,which utilizes the information on both the intervals from the sampling point t to k_(t) and from t to t_(k+1).Based on the two-sided closed-loop Lyapunov functional and modified free-matrix-based inequality,a less conservative stability criterion is derived for a sampled-data control system,and three numerical examples are provided to verify the effectiveness and reduced conservativeness of the proposed ***,the proposed method is applied to solve the stability problem of electric power markets,and the practical significance of reducing the conservativeness is discussed.

The extremely low electrical conductivity and ion-diffusion coefficient of Li_(2)FeSiO_(4)limits its application as a cathode material in lithium-ion ***,in situ boron-doped Li_(2)FeSi_(1)-xB_(x)O_(4-δ)/C(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05 and 0.07)at the Si site was prepared via the solid-state reaction method using pitch as the c arbon source.B doping in the lattice structure and a c arbon coating on the surface of the composites could effectively enhance the Li^(+)/electron ***,the reduced particle size of the active material with the relatively high specific area via borondoped modification could improve the wettability between the electrolyte and *** the synergistic effect of appropriate boron doping and carbon coating,it exhibits a good rate performance,specific capacity,and cycling *** a result,the as-prepared Li_(2)FeSi_(0.95)B_(0.05)O_(4-δ)/C cathode showed a high discharge capacity of 160.7mAh·g^(-1)at 0.2C,and the capacity retention rate was 96%after 100 cycles at *** work presents an effective path for designing advanced cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.

This paper studies the stability of T-S fuzzy system with time ***,by constructing a time-delay product functional and using a generalized free weight matrix integral inequality,the stability condition of the quadratic function inequality form is ***,employing the recently developed negative-determination lemma for quadratic function inequality to transform it into the stability condition of linear matrix inequality(LMI).Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the method adopted in this paper.

The serpentine tube liquid cooling and composite PCM coupled cooling thermal management system is designed for 18650 cylindrical power batteries,with the maximum temperature and temperature difference of the power pack within the optimal temperature operating range as the *** initial analysis of the battery pack at a 5C discharge rate,the influence of the single cell to cooling tube distance,the number of cooling tubes,inlet coolant temperature,the coolant flow rate,and other factors on the heat dissipation performance of the battery pack,initially determined a reasonable value for each design parameter.A control strategy is used to regulate the inlet flow rate and coolant temperature of the liquid cooling system in order to make full use of the latent heat of the composite PCM and reduce the pump’s energy *** simulation results show that the maximum battery pack temperature of 309.8 K and the temperature difference of 4.6 K between individual cells with the control strategy are in the optimal temperature operating range of the power battery,and the utilization rate of the composite PCM is up to 90%.

The power split hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)adopts a power coupling configuration featuring dual planetary gearsets and multiple clutches,enabling diverse operational modes through clutch engagement and *** multi-clutch configuration usually involves the collaboration of two clutches during the transient mode switching process,thereby substantially elevating control *** study focuses on power split HEVs that integrate multi-clutch mechanisms and investigates how different clutch collaboration manners impact the characteristics of transient mode *** powertrain model for the power-split HEV is established utilizing matrix-based *** the formulation of clutch torque curves and clutch collaboration models,this research systematically explores the effects of clutch engagement timing and the duration of clutch slipping state on transient mode switching *** upon this analysis,an optimization problem for control parameters pertaining to the two collaborative clutches is *** simulated annealing algorithm is employed to optimize these control *** results demonstrate that the clutch collaboration manners have a great influence on the transient mode switching *** with the pre-calibrated benchmark and the optimal solution derived by the genetic algorithm,the maximal longitudinal jerk and clutch slipping work during the transient mode switching process is reduced obviously with the optimal control parameters derived by the simulated annealing *** study provides valuable insights for the dynamic coordinated control of the power-split HEVs featuring complex clutch collaboration mechanisms.

This paper investigates the problems of absolute stability for Lur’e systems with time-varying delay and sector-bounded *** on Wirtinger’s inequality,a new Lyapunov functional named Wirtinger-based Lyapunov functional is constructed,in which some delay-dependent term and slack matrixes are introduced to refine the *** using relaxed integral inequality to estimate the derivative of Lyapunov functional,less conservative stability criteria are achieved in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）.The effectiveness and merits of derived conditions are verified by a numerical examples.

This paper investigates the problems of stability and dissipativity of static neural networks（NNs） with a bounded time-varying delay. A new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional（LKF） is established, in which some delaydependent term combined with some slack matrixes are introduced to refine the function. The proposed LKF which utilizes the information of more states and delays is crucial important to reduce the conservatism of system. In addition,by using relaxed integral inequality to estimate single integral term in the derivative of the LKF, some relaxed stability conditions are achieved. The results obtained are extended to dissipativity analysis and some relaxed sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee that considered static delayed NNs are strictly（Q,S,R）-γ-dissipative. The effectiveness and merits of derived conditions are verified by two numerical examples.

The method of using dielectrophoresis （DEP） to assemble graphene between micro-electrodes has been proven to be simple and efficient. We present an optimization method for the kinetic formula of graphene DEP, and discuss the simulation of the graphene assembly process based on the finite element method. The simulated results illustrate that the accelerated motion of graphene is in agreement with the distribution of the electric field squared gradient. We also conduct research on the controllable parameters of the DEP assembly such as the alternating current （AC） frequency, the shape of micro-electrodes, and the ratio of the gap between electrodes to the characteristic/geometric length of graphene （λ）. The simulations based on the Clausius-Mossotti factor reveal that both graphene velocity and direction are influenced by the AC frequency. When graphene is close to the electrodes, the shape of micro-electrodes will exert great influence on the velocity of graphene. Also, λ has a great influence on the velocity of graphene. Generally, the velocity of graphene would be greater when λ is in the range of 0.4 0.6. The study is of a theoretical guiding significance in improving the precision and efficiency of the graphene DEP assembly.
