The prevalence of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and diabetes mellitus is notably high,posing sig-nificant residual cardiovascular risks even after routine interventions such as antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,and antithrombot-ic *** studies have demonstrated that certain glucose-lowering medications confer cardiovascular benefits for pa-tients with type 2 ***,a survey indicates that cardiologists may not be fully acquainted with the optimal screen-ing timing,indicators,and diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes,and there is insufficient awareness and a low rate of prescrip-tion of novel glucose-lowering medications with proven cardiovascular efficacy,such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agon-ists(GLP-1 RAs)and sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors(SGLT-2i).In this context,based on domestic and international guidelines or consensus and the latest evidence-based evidence,this consensus aims to standardize the glycemic management for patients with acute coronary syndrome,chronic coronary syndrome,and perioperative management for percutaneous coronary *** highlights the key points of screening and diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,and the comprehensive management of cardiovascular risk in patients with *** consensus elaborates on the principles and algorithms of glycemic management for CHD patients,without involving acute complications of diabetes,clarifies the clinical practice of glucose-lowering medications with cardiovascular benefits,and promotes the standardized use of these medications in cardiovascular and other related spe-cialty ***,it addresses the glucose-lowering treatment to comprehensively reduce cardiovascular risks.

In underwater acoustic applications,the conventional cyclic direction of arrival algorithm faces challenges,including a low signal-to-noise ratio and high bandwidth when compared with modulated *** response to these issues,this paper introduces a novel,robust,and broadband cyclic beamforming *** proposed method substitutes the conventional cyclic covariance matrix with the variance of the cyclic covariance matrix as its primary *** that the same frequency band shares a common steering vector,the new algorithm achieves superior detection performance for targets with specific modulation frequencies while suppressing interference signals and background *** results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the directibity index by 81%and 181%when compared with the traditional Capon beamforming algorithm and the traditional extended wideband spectral cyclic MUSIC(EWSCM)algorithm,***,the proposed algorithm substantially reduces computational complexity to 1/40th of that of the EWSCM algorithm,employing frequency band statistical averaging and covariance matrix variance.

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia,significantly impacting patients'quality of life and increasing the risk of death,stroke,heart failure,and *** the past 2 decades,there have been significant breakthroughs in AF risk prediction and screening,stroke prevention,rhythm control,catheter ablation,and integrated *** this period,the scale,quality,and experience of AF management in China have greatly improved,providing a solid foundation for the development of guidelines for the diagnosis and management of *** further promote standardized AF management,and apply new technologies and concepts to clinical practice in a timely and comprehensive manner,the chinese Society of Cardiology of the chinese Medical association and the Heart Rhythm Committee of the chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering have jointly developed the chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Atrial *** guidelines have comprehensively elaborated on various aspects of AF management and proposed the CHA,DS,-VASc-60 stroke risk score based on the characteristics of AF in the Asian *** guidelines have also reevaluated the clinical application of AF screening,emphasized the significance of early rhythm control,and highlighted the central role of catheter ablation in rhythm control.

In 2021,China’s domestically produced coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccines received approval from regulatory bodies and were administered *** to a low number of infections within China during that period,it became imperative to evaluate the vaccines’real-world effectiveness through international *** facilitate this,China CDC launched the COVID-19 Vaccines Evaluation Program(COVEP).This program formed research collaboration agreements with health institutes across five World Health Organization regions,addressing key questions about vaccine performance through ten cooperative *** findings from COVEP projects reinforced confidence,both domestically and globally,in the effectiveness of the vaccines produced in ***,the outcomes observed internationally were frequently mirrored by later studies conducted within *** thus pioneered a novel approach for fostering cross-national research collaborations,addressing significant public health issues and exemplifying a framework for international *** approach is in line with the strategic objectives and other development efforts of China CDC’s national disease control and prevention initiatives.
