human beings are the mainstay and the ultimate goal of *** history of human civilization is a continuous struggle to realize the respect,liberation,protection,and development of *** rights are an achievement of humanity and a symbol of progress,and the human rights civilization is an important component of human *** and interpreting human rights from the perspective of human rights civilization means that human rights are not only a concept or an idea but also a grand historical and long-term social *** to now,the development of human rights civilization has roughly experienced four awakening eras:initialization,revolution,popularization,and *** terms of its value dimensions,it has the characteristics of progressiveness,diversity,commonality,inclusiveness,indivisibility,openness,and so *** historical position of human rights civilization and the development of its value dimensions have shown to the world that human rights are the common wealth of humanity,and human rights belong to all mankind;human rights are historical,concrete,and developmental;the concept of human rights is constantly evolving,and its connotations and categories are constantly expanding;achieving the free and well-rounded development of every person is the highest value realm of human rights *** Chinese modernization endows Chinese civilization with modern strength and opens up new horizons for human rights *** new pattern of human rights civilization to be created by Chinese modernization not only possesses the common characteristics of human rights civilization but also enjoys Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions,enriching and developing the diversity of human rights civilization for all mankind.

On March 14,2004,the Second Session of the 10th National People’s Congress of china adopted the fourth amendment to the Chinese Constitution,the most noticeable highlight of which is the addition of the paragraph“the state respects and protects human rights”as the third clause in Article 33 of Chapter II“Basic rights and Obligations of Citizens”in the *** inclusion of the clause of human rights in the Constitution is considered an important milestone in the history of human rights development in the People’s Republic of *** implementation of the human rights clause not only showcases the values of the Party and the state in respecting and protecting human rights,but also promotes the development of human rights,shapes the culture of human rights,and endows the rule of law with a rich humanistic *** the past 20 years,the publicity,research and practice of the human rights clause have made the Chi-nese people realize that human rights are not only a“great term”,but also a common value shared by *** the once-in-a-century changes of the world,although the development of human rights is facing various challenges,the humanistic spirit contained in the hu-man rights clause has become the internal driving force for building consensus in the whole of *** the significance and value of the human rights clause can help us conscientiously draw on the experience in the implementation of the clause over the past 20 years and contribute Chinese wisdom and experience to global human rights governance with a more open mind and inclusive attitude.

Seeking Solutions for the “Four Questions” of china's human rights-——Theoretical Review and Prospects of china's human rights Research in 2023

In 2023, china's human rights research is aimed at addressing “china's question,” the “world's question,” the “people's question,” and the “question of the times.” Resolving “china's question” on human rights seeks to establish the subjectivity of the Chinese path of human rights development. The ontological interpretation of the Chinese path of human rights development has elucidated the historical, theoretical, and practical logic of its formation, while the epistemological exploration has unfolded the subject presuppositions,theoretical compositions, and reference systems of the Chinese path of human rights. Addressing the “world's question” of human rights aims to answer how the world has changed in the field of human rights and what china should do in response. Faced with the severe challenges of global human rights governance, relevant studies have proposed “Chinese solutions” from the perspectives of overall strategy, historical experience, value guidance, and institutionalized participation, among others. Responding to the “people's question” regarding human rights means continuously meeting the growing demands of the people for a better life. Relevant studies focus on explaining the relationship between fundamental human rights and maximum human rights, the relationship between inclusive human rights and specific group interests,and the relationship between constitutional and legal guarantees of human rights. Seeking answers to the “question of the times” concerning human rights involves adapting to the changing times and meeting the needs of the times on human rights. Relevant research focuses on new demands in the field of human rights, particularly discussing digital human rights, environmental human rights, climate and human rights, as well as business and human rights. With profound past experiences and lofty future expectations, china's human rights research should focus on enhancing its systematic and theoretical levels, accelerating the construction

Analysis method and experimental study of ice accumulation detection signal based on Lamb waves

A quantitative identification method for in-flight icing has the capability to significantly enhance the safety of aircraft *** guided waves have the unique advantage of detecting icing in a relatively large area,but quantitative identification of ice layers is a *** this paper,a quantitative identification method of ice accumulation based on ultrasonic guided waves is ***,a simulation model for the wave dynamics of piezoelectric coupling in three dimensions is established to analyze the propagation characteristics of Lamb waves in a structure consisting of an aluminum plate and an ice *** wavelet transform method is utilized to extract the Time of Flight(ToF)or Time of Delay(ToD)of S_(0)/B_(1) mode waves,which serves as a characteristic parameter to precisely determine and assess the level of ice ***,an experimental system is developed to evaluate the feasibility of Lamb waves-based icing real-time detection in the presence of spray ***,a combination of the Hampel median filter and the moving average filter is developed to analyze ToF/ToD *** simulation results reveal a positive correlation between geometric dimensions(length,width,thickness)of the ice layer and ToF/ToD of B1 mode waves,indicating their potential as indicators for quantifying ice *** results of real-time icing detection indicate that ToF/ToD will reach greater peak values with the growth of the arbitrary-shaped ice layer until saturation to effectively predict the simulation *** study lays a foundation for the practical application of quantitative icing detection via ultrasonic guided waves.

A semi-analytical model for coupled flow in stress-sensitive multi-scale shale reservoirs with fractal characteristics

A large number of nanopores and complex fracture structures in shale reservoirs results in multi-scale flow of oil. With the development of shale oil reservoirs, the permeability of multi-scale media undergoes changes due to stress sensitivity, which plays a crucial role in controlling pressure propagation and oil flow. This paper proposes a multi-scale coupled flow mathematical model of matrix nanopores, induced fractures, and hydraulic fractures. In this model, the micro-scale effects of shale oil flow in fractal nanopores, fractal induced fracture network, and stress sensitivity of multi-scale media are considered. We solved the model iteratively using Pedrosa transform, semi-analytic Segmented Bessel function, Laplace transform. The results of this model exhibit good agreement with the numerical solution and field production data, confirming the high accuracy of the model. As well, the influence of stress sensitivity on permeability, pressure and production is analyzed. It is shown that the permeability and production decrease significantly when induced fractures are weakly supported. Closed induced fractures can inhibit interporosity flow in the stimulated reservoir volume (SRV). It has been shown in sensitivity analysis that hydraulic fractures are beneficial to early production, and induced fractures in SRV are beneficial to middle production. The model can characterize multi-scale flow characteristics of shale oil, providing theoretical guidance for rapid productivity evaluation.

Quantitative characterization of the brittleness of deep shales by integrating mineral content,elastic parameters,in situ stress conditions and logging analysis

Deep shale reservoirs(3500–4500 m)exhibit significantly different stress states than moderately deep shale reservoirs(2000–3500 m).As a result,the brittleness response mechanisms of deep shales are also *** is urgent to investigate methods to evaluate the brittleness of deep shales to meet the increasingly urgent needs of deep shale gas *** this paper,the quotient of Young’s modulus divided by Poisson’s ratio based on triaxial compression tests under in situ stress conditions is taken as SSBV(Static Standard Brittleness Value).A new and pragmatic technique is developed to determine the static brittleness index that considers elastic parameters,the mineral content,and the in situ stress conditions(BIEMS).The coefficient of determination between BIEMS and SSBV reaches 0.555 for experimental data and 0.805 for field *** coefficient is higher than that of other brittleness indices when compared to *** can offer detailed insights into shale brittleness under various conditions,including different mineral compositions,depths,and stress *** technique can provide a solid data-based foundation for the selection of‘sweet spots’for single-well engineering and the comparison of the brittleness of shale gas production layers in different areas.
