An effective strategy for dendrite free Li metal anodes:Nickel foam decorated with high lattice-matching CoN and CoF_(2) nanosheets for dense deposition

The notorious dendrite and infinite volume change seriously restrict the advancement of lithium metal anodes(LMAs),during the long-term process of stripping/***,the nanosheets of metal fluoride(CoF_(2))and metal nitride(CoN)with magnificent lithiophilicity on the nickel(Ni)foam are designed as the“regulator”to uniform the Li plating and build stronger solid electrolyte interface(SEI)layer for dendrite free *** Ni foam offers abundant space to receive deposited Li *** CoN nanosheets can guarantee the fast transfer of electrons,which provides a stable interface of Li^(+)***,the nanosheet structure with lithiophilicity would accelerate the move of Li+and decrease the nucleation barrier,due to the high lattice-matching of Li and ***,the CoF_(2) could increase the content of F(LiF)in the SEI layer,which enhances the strength and avoids the destruction of SEI *** the cooperation of CoN and CoF_(2),the composited anode(Li/NF@CNCF)exhibits ultra-long cycle performance(more than 1200 h)and fantastic structure stability at 1 mA·cm^(-2) with 1 mAh·cm^(-2).Based on the LiFePO_(4) and Li/NF@CNCF,the full cells deliver excellent specifical capacity and steady coulombic *** strategy contributes an effective approach to alleviate the issues of lithium metal anodes in the field of LMAs.

The overall performance of multi-robot collaborative systems is significantly affected by the multi-robot task *** improve the effectiveness,robustness,and safety of multi-robot collaborative systems,a multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed in this *** improved multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is used to solve multi-robot task allo-cation ***,a deep reinforcement learning strategy is used in the last generation to provide a high-quality path for each assigned robot via an end-to-end *** with three popular multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms on three different scenarios of multi-robot task allocation problems are carried out to verify the performance of the proposed *** experimental test results show that the proposed algorithm can generate sufficient equivalent schemes to improve the availability and robustness of multi-robot collaborative systems in uncertain environments,and also produce the best scheme to improve the overall task execution efficiency of multi-robot collaborative systems.

Predict the evolution of mechanical property of Al-Li alloys in a marine environment

The ocean is one of the essential fields of national defense in the future,and more and more attention is paid to the lightweight research of Marine equipment and *** study it is to develop a Machine learning(ML)-based prediction method to study the evolution of the mechanical properties of Al-Li alloys in the marine *** obtained the mechanical properties of Al-Li alloy samples under uniaxial tensile deformation at different exposure times through Marine exposure *** obtained the strain evolution by digital image correlation(DIC).The strain field images are voxelized using 2D-Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)autoencoders as input data for Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural ***,the output data of LSTM neural networks combined with corrosion features were input into the Back Propagation(BP)neural network to predict the mechanical properties of Al-Li *** main conclusions are as follows:*** variation law of mechanical properties of2297-T8 in the Marine atmosphere is *** the increase in outdoor exposure test time,the tensile elastic model of 2297-T8 changes slowly,within 10%,and the tensile yield stress changes significantly,with a maximum attenuation of 23.6%.*** prediction model can predict the strain evolution and mechanical response simultaneously with an error of less than 5%.*** study shows that a CNN/LSTM system based on machine learning can be built to capture the corrosion characteristics of Marine exposure *** results show that the relationship between corrosion characteristics and mechanical response can be predicted without considering the microstructure evolution of metal materials.

Elemental doping is an effective strategy to enhance photocatalytic activity and extend the light absorption range of single-component *** this work,a series of La-doped CeO2nanorods（La-CeO2-x） with La content of 1 wt%-15 wt% are synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and further used as photocatalyst for sulfamerazine（SMR） *** prepared La-CeO2-x nanorods exhibit a great improvement in electron-hole pair migration and visible-light response due to the synergistic effect of abundant oxygen vacancies and heterogeneous elements（La）.Consequently,La-CeO2-x exhibited excellent visible-light photocatalytic performances and chemical stability for SMR degradation,the La-CeO2-5 sample achieved the highest SMR degradation rate of 81%,which was 3.4 times higher than that of the original ***,three possible degradation pathways of SMR in La-CeO2photocatalytic reactions were proposed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry ***,density functional theory calculations were carried out to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure-performance *** its excellent properties and better photocatalytic performance,this study demonstrates that La doping in CeO2is an effective way to increase oxygen vacancy and improve the photochemical properties of photocatalysts.

Despite the increased call for global governance on fisheries, some countries use fishery-related issues as a new tool of geopolitical competition. cooperation in maritime law enforcement is gaining momentum globally. maritime domain awareness(MDA) projects, which enhance maritime capabilities through integrating businesses with national security, are being frequently exported, blurring the boundaries of maritime security.

In this paper,an intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-and-unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-assisted two-way amplify-and-forward(AF)relay network in maritime Internet of Things(IoT)is proposed,where ship1(S1)and ship2(S2)can be viewed as data collecting *** enhance the message exchange rate between S1 and S2,a problem of maximizing minimum rate is cast,where the variables,namely AF relay beamforming matrix and IRS phase shifts of two time slots,need to be *** achieve a maximum rate,a low-complexity alternately iterative(AI)scheme based on zero forcing and successive convex approximation(LC-ZF-SCA)algorithm is *** obtain a significant rate enhancement,a high-performance AI method based on one step,semidefinite programming and penalty SCA(ONSSDP-PSCA)is *** results show that by the proposed LC-ZF-SCA and ONS-SDP-PSCA methods,the rate of the IRS-and-UAV-assisted AF relay network surpass those of with random phase and only AF relay ***,ONS-SDP-PSCA perform better than LC-ZF-SCA in aspect of rate.

Three-dimensional thermohaline structure estimation derived from HY-2 satellite data over the maritime Silk Road and its applications

Estimated ocean subsurface fields derived from satellite observations provide potential data sources for operational marine environmental monitoring and prediction *** study employs a statistic regression reconstruction method,in combination with domestic autonomous sea surface height and sea surface temperature observations from the Haiyang-2(HY-2)satellite fusion data,to establish an operational quasi-realtime three-dimensional(3D)temperature and salinity products over the maritime Silk *** products feature a daily temporal resolution and a spatial resolution of 0.25°×0.25°and exhibit stability and *** have demonstrated the accuracy of the reconstructed thermohaline fields in capturing the 3D thermohaline variations through comprehensive statistical evaluations,after comparing them against Argo observations and ocean analysis data from *** results illustrate that the reconstructed fields effectively represent seasonal variations in oceanic subsurface structures,along with structural changes resulting from mesoscale processes,and the upper ocean’s responses to tropical ***,the incorporation of HY-2 satellite observations notably enhances the accuracy of temperature and salinity reconstructions in the Northwest Pacific Ocean and marginally improves salinity reconstruction accuracy in the North Indian Ocean when compared to the World Ocean Atlas 2018 monthly climatology thermohaline *** a result,the reconstructed product holds promise for providing quasi-real-time 3D temperature and salinity field information to facilitate fast decisionmaking during emergencies,and also offers foundational thermohaline fields for operational ocean reanalysis and forecasting *** contributions enhance the safety and stability of ocean subsurface activities and navigation.

FedTC:A Personalized Federated LearningMethod with Two Classifiers

Centralized training of deep learning models poses privacy risks that hinder their *** learning(FL)has emerged as a solution to address these risks,allowing multiple clients to train deep learning models collaborativelywithout sharing ***,FL is vulnerable to the impact of heterogeneous distributed data,which weakens convergence stability and suboptimal performance of the trained model on local *** is due to the discarding of the old local model at each round of training,which results in the loss of personalized information in the model critical for maintaining model accuracy and ensuring *** this paper,we propose FedTC,a personalized federated learning method with two classifiers that can retain personalized information in the local model and improve the model’s performance on local *** divides the model into two parts,namely,the extractor and the classifier,where the classifier is the last layer of the model,and the extractor consists of other *** classifier in the local model is always retained to ensure that the personalized information is not *** receiving the global model,the local extractor is overwritten by the globalmodel’s extractor,and the classifier of the globalmodel serves as anadditional classifier of the localmodel toguide local *** FedTCintroduces a two-classifier training strategy to coordinate the two classifiers for local model *** results on Cifar10 and Cifar100 datasets demonstrate that FedTC performs better on heterogeneous data than current studies,such as FedAvg,FedPer,and local training,achieving a maximum improvement of 27.95%in model classification test accuracy compared to FedAvg.
