The generalized use of the concept of cultural philosophy means that its basic nature and research levels have yet to be addressed. The systematization, basic nature and research themes of cultural philosophy are determined by three premises： first, the logical evolution of modernization and the emergence of the conception of total modernization; second, the cultural logic of globalization, along with the advent of a recta-cultural form, i.e. the idea of ＂world culture＂; and third, the highlighting of the logic of cultural development, the totality of culture and cultural ontological experience. These fundamental changes have made cultural philosophy the subcurrent and underlying reality of various modern philosophies; the theoretical forms of cultural philosophy are simply their concentrated expression and form. Research in cultural philosophy has three levels： the level of cultural values, the level of metaphysics, and the level of cultural criticism. Cultural philosophy is thus a new form of philosophy.

Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) is a rapid and reliable technique which has been widely used to quantifying gene transcripts(expression analysis). It is also employed for studying heterosis, hybridization breeding and hybrid tolerability of oysters, an ecologically and economically important taxonomic group. For these studies, selection of a suitable set of housekeeping genes as references is crucial for correct interpretation of q RT-PCR data. To identify suitable reference genes for oysters during low temperature and low salinity stresses, we analyzed twelve genes from the gill tissue of Crassostrea sikamea(SS), Crassostrea angulata(AA) and their hybrid(SA), which included three ribosomal genes, 28 S ribosomal protein S5(RPS5), ribosomal protein L35(RPL35), and 60 S ribosomal protein L29(RPL29); three structural genes, tubulin gamma(TUBγ), annexin A6 and A7(AA6 and AA7); three metabolic pathway genes, ornithine decarboxylase(OD), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) and glutathione S-transferase P1(GSP); two transcription factors, elongation factor 1 alpha and beta(EF1α and EF1β); and one protein synthesis gene(ubiquitin(UBQ). Primers specific for these genes were successfully developed for the three groups of oysters. Three different algorithms, ge Norm, Norm Finder and Best Keeper, were used to evaluate the expression stability of these candidate genes. Best Keeper program was found to be the most reliable. Based on our analysis, we found that the expression of RPL35 and EF1α was stable under low salinity stress, and the expression of OD, GAPDH and EF1α was stable under low temperature stress in hybrid(SA) oyster; the expression of RPS5 and GAPDH was stable under low salinity stress, and the expression of RPS5, UBQ, GAPDH was stable under low temperature stress in SS oyster; the expression of RPS5, GAPDH, EF1β and AA7 was stable under low salinity stress, and the expression of RPL35, EF1α, GAPDH and EF1β was stable under low

The course of population ageing in China has unique features, and the country’s fundamental national conditions, development path and governance model impose special requirements on the country’s response. A path with Chinese characteristics that actively addresses this issue is urgently needed. The Chinese strategy is built on solid foundations,comprising the governance paradigm advantage of “one core and multiple components”;the structural advantage of “state-family-society” governance arrangements;the national endowment of being a major country with a rich culture;and the late-mover advantage conferred by the scientific and technological innovations of our changing times. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between the national strategy of actively responding to an population ageing and the population development strategy;on this basis, a positive view of ageing need to be cultivated to provide a better environment for the implementation of the national strategy;and to establish a holistic governance framework in which individuals,families, communities, the state, and the world are interconnected by integrating Chinese advantages in the governance of an ageing society. Thus, a systemic Chinese strategy for actively responding to population ageing can be continuously refined.

The more than thirty legal disputes and cases mentioned in The Plum in the Golden Vase （Jinpingmei） make this late Ming novel an invaluable source for the study of law and legal culture in premodern China. This lecture illustrates that the cases in the novel describe in considerable detail each of the formal steps in the Ming process of legal adjudication. But the work also conveys the message that despite the formal process, the legal system does not deliver justice. However, an alternative system of justice that is mostly implicit in the text, the justice of a disinterested and moral Heaven, ultimately prevails. Finally, the contemporary implications of this traditional understanding of law and justice are explored.

Hippeastrum, a highly diverse genus in the Amaryllidaceae family, is a valuable ornamental bulbous flowering plant. Somatic embryogenesis(SE) is an efficient method for mass production of Hippeastrum plantlets. Previous studies have been devoted to the in vitro propagation of Hippeastrum, but the SE and its regulatory networks are rarely reported. In this study, we established a direct SE method of Hippeastrum Bangkok Rose' using leaf bases as explants. MS supplemented with 1.00 mg·L^(-1)NAA +1.00 mg·L^(-1)KT + 0.25 mg·L^(-1)TDZ was the optimal medium for SE. Histological observations showed that the bipolar somatic embryo originated from the epidermal cell layer and underwent initiation,globular, scutellar and coleoptile stages. During SE, endogenous hormones of IAA, CTK, ABA, and SA were highly accumulated. Transcriptomic analysis revealed the genes encoding auxin biosynthesis/metabolic enzymes and efflux carriers were induced, while the auxin receptor of TIR1 and ARF transcriptional repressor of Aux/IAA were down-regulated and up-regulated, respectively, leading to suppression of auxin signaling. In contrast, cytokine signaling was promoted at the early stage of SE, as biosynthesis, transport, and signaling components were *** stress-related genes were up-regulated at the early or late stages of SE. Chromatin remodeling could also be dynamically regulated via distinct expression enzymes that control histone methylation and acetylation during SE. Moreover, key SE regulators, including WOXs and SERKs were highly expressed along with SE. Overall, the present study provides insights into the SE regulatory mechanisms of the Hippeastrum.

This paper presents organic geochemical evidence pointing to the occurrence of wildfire events at the Triassic-Jurassic boundary in Central *** studied outcrop section(the Kamarmacheh Kuh section)is comprised of the Upper Triassic Nayband Formation which passes conformably into the Lower Jurassic Ab-e-Haji Formation with no sharp *** petrographical studies reveal a higher concentration of semi-fusinite macerals and microscopic charcoal at the boundary between studied *** observation can be an evidence for widespread wildfire events at the Triassic-Jurassic boundary of the studied *** these fires,vast areas of land were exposed for erosion and large volumes of clastic sediments were provided due to increased *** agrees well with previous sedimentological and stratigraphical studies suggesting a major change in the depositional conditions from marine to non-marine at the Triassic-Jurassic boundary of the Tabas *** findings can have important implications about paleo-depositional settings of the studied formations and the nature of the associated organic matter.
