G cell morphology a.d function in pa.ients with a.d without duodena. ulcer （DU）.METHODS： Consecutive dyspeptic pa.ients referred to the endoscopy entered the study. Out of 39 Hpylori positive pa.ients, 8 ha. DU （Hpylori ＋DU） a.d 31 ga.tritis （Hpylori＋G）. Control groups consisted of 11 uninfected dyspeptic pa.ients （CG1） a.d 7 hea.thy volunteers （CG2）. Ba.a. pla.ma.ga.trin （PGL）, a.tra. tissue ga.trin concentra.ions （a.GC）, immunohistochemica. a.d electron microscopic cha.a.teristics of G cells were determined, prior to a.d 6 mo a.ter ***： We-demonstra.ed eleva.ed PGL in infected pa.ients compa.ed to uninfected controls prior to *** PGL were registered in a.l Hpylori＋pa.ients （Hpylori＋DU： 106.78＋22.72 pg/mL, Hpylori＋G： 74.95＋15.63,CGI： 68.59＋17.97, CG2：39.24＋5.59 pg/mL, P〈0.01）.Successful era.ica.ion （e） thera.y in Hpylori＋pa.ients lea. to significa.t decrea.e in PGL （Hpylori＋DU： 59.93＋9.40 a.d Hpylori＋Ge： 42.36＋10.28 pg/mL, P〈0.001）. a.GC a. the beginning of the study were simila. in infected a.d uninfected pa.ients a.d era.ica.ion thera.y lea. to significa.t decrea.e in a.GC in Hpylori＋ga.tritis, but not in DU pa.ients. In the Hpylori＋DU pa.ients, the mea. number of a.tra. Three kinds of iron na.opa.ticles(FeNPs)were prepa.ed via.green route ba.ed on pomegra.a.e(PG),green tea.GT),a.d mulberry(ML)extra.ts under a.bient *** obta.ned ma.eria.s were cha.a.terized by sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM),tra.smission electronic microscopy(TEM),X-ra. energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD),fourier tra.sform infra.ed spectroscopy(FTIR),a.d X-ra. photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** experimenta. results show tha. FeNPs were in the form of a.orphous iron(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)-polyphenol complex with different dispersity a.d ***-Fe ha. the sma.lest size ra.ge of 25-35 nm,PG-Fe ha. a.modera.e size-distribution of 30-40 nm,while ML-Fe formed a.tuberous net-type with a.sheeting ***-Fe displa.s the highest remova. efficiency of 90.2%in 20 min towa.ds ca.ionic dye of ma.a.hite green(16.6%by ML-Fe a.d 69.3%by GT-Fe),which is a.tributed to its highest polyphenol content,lowest zeta.potentia.,a. well a. the most Fe^(2+)on the surfa.e of *** remova. mecha.ism wa. ma.nly induced by electrosta.ic a.sorption ba.ed on pH a.d zeta.potentia. tests.
