Expression of β-catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM: The beta-catenin has been recognized as a critical member of the Wnt signaling pathway and plays an important role in the generation/differentiation of many tissues. Inappropriate activation of this pathway has been implicated in carcinogenesis. The mechanism underlying the development as well as its prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has remained unclear. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression of beta-catenin in HCC in relation to histological grades and viral hepatitis backgrounds. METHODS: Thirty-two sections were selected at random from autopsy and surgical cases of HCC. Immuohistologically, the location and positivity of beta-catenin expression in HCC was examined. RESULTS: Normal hepatocytes did not express beta-catenin. In 78% of HCC beta-catenin was expressed at the membrane of the cells, with or without cytoplasmic and/or nuclear expression. The tumor cells with well-and moderately-differentiated grades expressed frequently at the membrane and cytoplasm compared with poorly-differentiated type. Nuclear expression of beta-catenin was prone to occur in the tumor cells of poorly-differentiated grade. There were 15% of hepatitis C virus (HCV) backgrounds with nuclear expression. In contrast, there was 38% with nuclear expression in hepatitis B virus (HBV) backgrounds. In nonB-nonC hepatitis, no case expressed nuclear beta-catenin. CONCLUSION: The beta-catenin expression in HCC cells was heterogenous among types of hepatitis viral infection. Wnt signaling pathway might be deeply involved in less-differentiated HCC and HBV background. (C) 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

The Influence of Bond Market Opening in Trade Field on RMB Internationalization Foreign Exchange Rate

In order to verify that the open bond market is the most direct choice to promote the internationalization of RMB,the empirical analysis method is used to analyze the impact of bond liberalization on the internationalization of RMB foreign exchange ***,the data source processing method of empirical analysis is *** the dynamic panel data regression model and panel threshold model are built to verify the influence factors of RMB internationalization foreign exchange rate and the influence of debt market opening on RMB foreign exchange rate,*** results show that the opening of the creditor's rights market has a significant positive promoting effect on the internationalization of RMB foreign exchange rate,and the development of the domestic creditor's rights market has a significant promoting effect on the internationalization of RMB foreign exchange *** study has a certain role in promoting the status of china's currency in the international community.

This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in china and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton ***,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality *** this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual *** recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

This paper studies the geographical indication resources of Xinjiang and their distribution in administrative regions,national grain production functional zones,protected zones for production of major agricultural products,advantageous areas of Chinese characteristic agricultural products,and national advantageous characteristic industrial *** analyzes the main problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights of geographical ***,it discusses the strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indications in the autonomous region and the building of regional public brands in the contest of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property and rural revitalization ***,it comes up with recommendations,including collecting and sorting out the human factors and natural factors of geographical indications of famous,excellent and special products,strengthening the protection of geographical indications of Xinjiang cotton and its products,enhancing the protection of geographical indications of grain and oil crops and sugar beet,implementing the protection of geographical indications for products with special needs for ethnic minorities,building national geographical indication product protection demonstration areas,formulating national and international standards for geographical indication products,and take full advantage of the EU-china Agreement on Cooperation on and Protection of Geographical Indications to actively participate in the EU protection of geographical indications.

In 2021,Xinjiang's cotton output was 5.129 million t,accounting for 89.50%of china's *** autonomous region produces high-quality long-staple cotton,natural colored cotton,fine-staple cotton(upland cotton),organic cotton,*** southern Xinjiang cotton area is one of the three major long-staple cotton(island cotton)producing regions in the *** paper introduced the history of cotton planting and breeding in Xinjiang from the aspects of cultural relics records,history of entering Xinjiang,historical achievements of breeding and breeding *** studied the intellectual property protection of cotton breeding in the autonomous region from the aspects of biological genetic resources,invention patents,utility model patents and new plant varieties,analyzed the six main problems existing in cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection,and discussed the tactics for cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual *** suggestions in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident were also put forward,including establishing a Xinjiang national cotton germplasm nursery,protecting biological genetic resources,and strengthening the protection of creative intellectual property rights in the field of breeding to escort technological innovation in the cotton seed industry.

On the basis of conducting survey in Jiaonan City,the thesis analyzes benefit distribution mechanism of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations:firstly,the benefit correlation is mainly the contract correlation;secondly,the profit distribution is mainly the dividend;thirdly,patronage refund has many connotations;fourthly,the public accumulation has not yet been quantified to individual;fifthly,the government support capital is *** on these,the measures are put forward in order to improve benefit distribution pattern of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations:firstly,reform structure of property rights and realize farmers’ ownership;secondly,change mode of decision-making,and realize farmers’ control;thirdly,increase turnover rebate and realize farmers’ benefiting;fourthly,quantify public accumulation and government support fund.
