There are abundant bitumens and oil seepages stored in vugs in a Lower-Triassic Daye formation(T_1d)marlite in Ni'erguan village in the southern Guizhou Depression. However, the source of those oil seepages has not been determined to date. Multiple suites of source rocks of different ages exist in the depression. Both the oil seepages and potential source rocks have undergone complicated secondary alterations, which have added to the difficulty of an oil-source correlation. For example, the main source rock, a Lower-Cambrian Niutitang Formation"(∈_1n) mudstone, is over mature, and other potential source rocks, both from the Permian and the Triassic, are still in the oil window. In addition, the T_1d oil seepages underwent a large amount of biodegradation. To minimize the influence of biodegradation and thermal maturation, special methods were employed in this oil-source correlation study. These methods included catalytic hydropyrolysis, to release covalently bound biomarkers from the over mature"kerogen of ∈_1n mudstone, sequential extraction, to obtain chloroform bitumen A and chloroform bitumen C from the T_1d marlite, and anhydrous pyrolysis, to release pyrolysates from the kerogen of T_1d marlite. Using the methods above, the biomarkers and n-alkanes releasedfrom the oil samples and source rocks were analysed by GC–Ms and GC-C-IRMs. The oil-source correlation indicated that the T_1d oil seepage primarily originated from"the ∈_1n mudstone and was partially mixed with oil generated from the T_1d marlite. Furthermore, the seepage also demonstrated that the above methods were effective for the complicated oil-source correlation in the southern Guizhou Depression.

The influence of a molybdenum dust buildup on plasma edge turbulence has been studied in the EAsT *** motion of the dust from the upper divertor region is detected by a fast visible CCD camera,the XUV spectrometer arrays,and the EUV *** MoXV emission intensity sharply increases compared with the spectral lines of various ionization states of other elements,which implies that the dust particles are the molybdenum *** radial distribution of Mo^(14+)ion simulated by a simplified 1 D transport model indicates that the molybdenum dust mainly deposits in the pedestal bottom ***,it is observed that the coherent mode(CM)appears atρ=0.94 after the molybdenum impurities enter the main plasma *** influx of molybdenum impurities results in increasing pedestal electron density and decreasing pedestal electron temperature in contrast to that before the event of impurities *** is also found that the electron density gradient in the pedestal increases when the ablation of the molybdenum impurities is observed in the pedestal *** qualitative experimental results indicate that the onset of CM is likely related to the increase of the density gradient and edge collisionality in the *** comparison to the density gradient,the enhancement of CM amplitude largely depends on the increase of the edge collisionality.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2)[1].At present,sARs-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of september 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United states。

Background： During sperm maturation, there is a reorganization of fatty acids from plasmatic membrane of the spermatozoa, which allows higher membrane integrity and acquisition of sperm motility. However, the fatty acid profile during sperm maturation remains unclear in dogs. Thus, the aim of this study was to identify the fatty acids from the epididymal spermatozoa and plasma during the sperm maturation, and observed changes in the motility and plasmatic membrane parameters. Twenty one adult dogs were used, subsequently to bilateral orchiectomy and epididymal storage, sperm samples were collected from the different segments of the epididymis. samples were evaluated for conventional microscopy, computer-assisted motility analysis, sperm plasma membrane permeability and the fatty acid analysis（lipids were extracted, transmethylated and analyzed by chromatography）.Results： Caput and corpus sperm showed lower values for the motility variables evaluated and plasmatic membrane integrity, indicating different levels of the fatty acids organization. saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids were in higher concentrations in the spermatozoa from epididymis cauda. Highlighting the presence of caprylic, stearic and docosahexaenoic ***： These findings demonstrate the influence of the fatty acid profile during sperm maturation, assigning physical and chemical changes in sperm cells, essential for fertilization.

Data security is a major cloud computing issue due to different usertransactions in the system. The evolution of cryptography and cryptographic analysis are regarded domains of current research. deoxyribo nucleic acid (DNA) cryptography makes use of DNA as a sensing platform, which is then manipulated usinga variety of molecular methods. Many security mechanisms including knowledgebased authentication, two-factor authentication, adaptive authentication, multifactorauthentication and single password authentication have been deployed. These cryptographic techniques have been developed to ensure confidentiality, but most ofthem are based on complex mathematical calculations and equations. In the proposed approach, a novel and unique Hybrid helix scuttle-deoxy ribo nucleic acids(HHs-DNA) encryption algorithm has been proposed which is inspired by DNAcryptography and Helix scuttle. The proposed HHs-DNA is a type of multifold binary version of DNA (MF-BDNA). The major role of this paper is to present a multifold HHs-DNA algorithm to encrypt the cloud data assuring more security with lesscomplexity. The experimentation is carried out and it reduces the encryption time,cipher text size, and improves throughput. When compared with previous techniques, there is a 45% improvement in throughput, 37% fast in encryption time,54.67% cipher text size. The relevant experimental results and foregoing analysisshow that this method is of good robustness, stability, and security.

Odontotermes formosanus(shiraki),a blackwinged subterranean termite,is a common forest pest.A red pigment-producing bacterial strain isolated from the termite was identified as serratia marcescens and named sM1.A bioassay of sM1 on *** show that the LD 50 ranged from 1.77×10^4 to 10.82×10^4 cells/termite over 21–39 *** biological control agents,B eauveria bassiana(2×10^(10)cells/mL),Metarhizium anisopliae(1×10^(10)cells/mL)and Bacillus thuringiensis(1.6×10^8 IU/mL),were used for an *** *** results show that the insecticidal effect of *** was stronger than that of *** addition,two mixtures were obtained by combining ***(2×10^(10)cells/mL)with sM1(1.5×10^(10)cells/mL),and ***(1×10^(10)cells/mL)with ***(sM1)(1.5×10^(10)cells/mL)in equal *** results show that *** and sM1 was less effective than sM1 ***,the insecticidal effect of *** and sM1 was better than that of *** or sM1 *** studies provide an important contribution for termite biocontrol.

BACKGROUND Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)has been increasingly performed as a safe treatment option for periampullary malignant and benign ***,the operation may result in significant postoperative ***,we present a case that recurrent pyogenic liver abscess after PD is caused by common hepatic artery injury in atypical celiac axis *** sUMMARY A 56-year-old man with a 1-d history of fever and shivering was diagnosed with hepatic *** year and five months ago,he underwent PD at a local hospital to treat chronic *** the operation,the patient had recurrent intrahepatic abscesses for 4 times,and the symptoms were relieved after percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage combining with anti-inflammatory therapy in the local *** examination showed that the recurrent liver abscess after PD was caused by common hepatic artery injury due to abnormal abdominal vascular *** patient underwent percutaneous drainage but continued to have recurrent *** condition was eventually cured by right *** this case,preoperative examination of the patient’s anatomical variations with computed tomography would have played a pivotal role in avoiding arterial *** A careful computed tomography analysis should be considered mandatory not only to define the operability(with radical intent)of PD candidates but also to identify atypical arterial patterns and plan the optimal surgical strategy.
