The paper addresses challenges on organization and funding of research and development (http://***/c/***?a=110&t=4200527_2_1&sc=0 R&D) in the agricultural sector. The necessity of modernization and reequipment of agricultural sector was validated, which is important sector in the economy of Uzbekistan. The paper covers issues on increasing investments in agricultural research, implementation of results of research work into the agriculture production, strengthening of innovative activities. Also, the possibility of nonstate budgetary financing of scientificresearch process in the agrarian sector was considered. Author’s view is given on the main directions of science that need to be supported as a foundation of further development of agricultural R&D and as a result the agricultural production.

Objective:This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the human melanogenesis and antioxidant systems and to further confirm the synergistic effect of oxyresveratrol(OXYR)and resveratrol(RES)in human epidermal melanocyte cell ***:The human epidermal melanocyte line PIG1 cells were divided into the UV groups and control group,treated with different doses of UVB and without UVB,*** assay and flow cytometry were used to detect cell viability and *** expression of Nrf2/HO-1 and melanogenesis-associated proteins/genes was measured by Western blotting and real-time qPCR(RT-qPCR).pCMV6-XL5-Nrf2 was used to upregulate the expression of ***,the proteins/genes levels of Nrf2/HO-1 and tyrosinase(TYR),melanin/eumelanin content,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)were *** analysis and cell experiment were used to analyze whether OXYR and RES inhibit TYR *** blotting,RT-qPCR,and NaOH splitting method were used to determine the Nrf2/HO-1 and melanogenesis-associated proteins/genes expression and melanin content to evaluate the efficacy of OXYR and ***:The activated Nrf2 and HO-1 eliminated ROS produced by UVB *** melanogenesis-associated proteins/genes of melanocyte-inducing transcription factor(MITF,P<0.01 on protein expression),TYR(both P<0.01),TYR-related protein(TRP)-1(both P<0.05),and TRP2(P<0.05 on mRNA expression)were activated in PIG1 cells by UVB ***,the upregulation of Nrf2 significantly reduced melanogenesis formation(P<0.001)and TYR level(P<0.01 on protein expression).Moreover,OXYR and RES synergistically inhibited TYR activity(P<0.001)and reduced melanin content(P<0.001).Conclusions:A microbalance exists between Nrf2/HO-1 signaling and melanogenesis production in the UVBinduced responses of ***,OXYR enhances the ability of RES to inhibit melanin production.

Anticancer drugs research and development have been the largest market area in the pharmaceutical industry in terms of the number of project, clinical trials and spending. In the last 10 - 30 years, targeting therapy for cancers has been developed and achieved enormous clinical effectiveness by transforming some previously deadly malignancies into chronically manageable conditions, but cure problem still remains. This mini review outlined the current status of anticancer drugs development and hinted the opinions of how to further increase the accuracy and efficacy of discovery for cancer treatment.

Microbial flocculant （MBF） is a kind of novel flocculant, which is widely used for the food industry, highly concentrated organic waste water treatment and the urban water supply technology. Due to its characteristics of superior flocculation effect, without secondary pollution to the environment and being easily degraded, MBF has been emerging as a hotspot of water treatment research in recent years. In this paper, the latest progress of the preparation of MBFs and the flocculating mechanism were presented. The practical application research of MBFs for water treatment was reviewed. Finally, suggestions and development prospect of research on MBFs were discussed.

The scaling off is among the most pervasive and severe deterioration *** scaling off developed on earthen sites in Northwest China has a special and complex binary structure composed of crusted and loose *** the synergistic functions of external environmental elements such as rainfall,temperature,and wind,and rammed earth properties,this deterioration has gradually created the crust on the site’s surface,and has then evolved into exfoliation and finally fallen off,leading to the reciprocating progressive destruction of earthen ***,determining the development mechanism of scaling off and implementing targeted protection measures for the scientific conservation of earthen sites has become *** this review study,the properties of the building material causing the binary structure and the coupling effects of water,temperature,salt,and wind on the development of scaling off were determined,and the quantitative evaluation system for this deterioration development was *** interpreting the reasons for the development of the scaling off,protective measures including chemical grouting,electro-osmosis grouting,and overlay applications were *** study also pointed out the research hotspots and shortage in the study process on the scaling *** hotspots generally focused on the development mechanism of binary structure,quantitative assessment of the degree of development,and related scientific consolidation *** shortcomings around the above directions include less attention to the development characteristics and mechanism of scaling off on earthen sites under special environment types,optimization and applicability of quantitative evaluation models,and the development and feasibility of reinforcement slurries and *** study can be beneficial in providing theoretical support for the scientific conservation and engineering practice of the scaling off on the earthen sites.

In recent years,China has been issuing artificial intelligence(AI)education policies to promote the deep integration between AI and *** AI courses at the basic education phase can cultivate students’AI literacy and enhance the country’s science and technology competitiveness in the ***,due to shortages of AI teachers and inadequate conditions for practice,the current AI courses in primary and secondary schools are not enough in *** light of current problems,this study,based on the foundation of university-enterprise cooperation,integrates the“competition and education”mechanism into informal AI course design and *** a design-based research paradigm,the study proposes the design framework from four dimensions:goals,themes and content,methods and steps,and evaluation,and then further refines the framework through two rounds of iterations,to provide a reference for the development and practice of AI courses.
