Atmospheric turbulence is an important parameter affecting laser atmospheric transmission. This paper reports on a self-developed atmospheric turbulence detection Li DAR system (scanning differential image motion Li DAR(DIM-Li DAR) system). By designing and simulating the optical system of atmospheric turbulence detection Li DAR,the basic optical imaging accuracy has been determined.

Rock failure can cause serious geological disasters,and the non-extensive statistical features of electric potential(EP)are expected to provide valuable information for disaster *** this paper,the uniaxial compression experiments with EP monitoring were carried out on fine sandstone,marble and granite samples under four displacement *** Tsallis entropy q value of EPs is used to analyze the selforganization evolution of rock *** the influence of displacement rate and rock type on q value are explored by mineral structure and fracture modes.A self-organized critical prediction method with q value is *** results show that the probability density function(PDF)of EPs follows the q-Gaussian *** displacement rate is positively correlated with q *** the displacement rate increasing,the fracture mode changes,the damage degree intensifies,and the microcrack network becomes *** influence of rock type on q value is related to the burst intensity of energy release and the crack fracture *** q value of EPs can be used as an effective prediction index for rock failure like b value of acoustic emission(AE).The results provide useful reference and method for the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters.

Defect engineering is a pivotal strategy for tailoring the electronic structure and physicochemical properties of catalysts, yet the straightforward manipulation of defect density in porous materials presents a current challenge. In this work, we achieved precise control over the coordination unsaturated site（CUS） content and pore architecture of Ce-MOF-808 by employing 2-fluorobenzoic acid（2-FBA） as a modifier. Leveraging the p Kadisparities among three ligands（1,3,5-tricarboxylic benzoic acid,formic acid, and 2-FBA）, we preserved the spn topology of Ce-MOF within an aqueous system, while realizing partial substitution of the auxiliary ligands and saturation of the CUS. The amount of 2-FBA was negatively correlated with the number of ligand defects, and the consequent decrease in Ce3+content and the increase in the number of ligand linkages also induced crystal structure transformation. The modulation of the defect structure was correlated with the catalytic performance of dicyclopentadiene（DCPD） hydrogenation reaction, in which Ce-MMF0.15, constructed by the modulation of 0.15 mol amount of 2-fluorobenzoic acid, exhibited an optimal ligand defect density and micro-mesoporous structure, enabling almost complete conversion of DCPD at 100 ℃ and 2 MPa. This article also elucidates the correlation between the regulation of defect density and the accessibility of frustrated Lewis pair（FLP） active sites, guiding the application of novel porous intrinsic FLP materials in hydrogenation catalysis.

In order to efficiently seal air leakages and control spontaneous combustion of coal, solidified foam was developed by adding a certain compound additive to fly coal ash and cement as the main materials. It was prepared basing on the foaming characteristic through physical and mechanical system. We studied the effects of the different types of foaming agents, the mass ratio of cement to fly ash, and the mass ratio of solid to water and content of cellulose on the performance of solidified foam. The results show that when adding the composite protein, surfactant and cellulose foaming agents. The cement-fly ash ratio of 0.75:1, the water solid ratio as large as 2:1, and the solidified foam with high properties and density of only 516 kg/m 3 and compressive strength of up to 12.68 MPa were prepared. But the initial setting time, identity and compressive strength may be changed by varying the water solid ratio and/or the additives. We theoretically analyzed the influence mechanism of foam density, compressive strength and water solid ratio. The solidified foam is especially suitable for sealing surface leakage channels and filling the goaf with a wide application prospects.

Simultaneous extraction of the coal and gas is an effective method of eliminating coal mine gas disasters while safely exploiting the coal and achieving efficient gas drainage in China, which is widely accepted by the main coal-producing countries around the world. However, the concrete definition of simultaneous extraction is vague and there is little accurate theoretical support for the simultaneous extraction of coal and gas, which makes it difficult to determine an efficient gas drainage method appropriate to the features of coal seams. Based on theoretical analysis, laboratory tests and field observations, a specific definition of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas is proposed after analyzing the characteristics of coal seam occurrences in China, and we developed the mechanism of mining-enhanced permeability and established the corresponding theoretical model. This comprises a process of fracture network formation, in which the original fractures are opened and new fractures are produced by unloading damage. According to the theoretical model, the engineering approaches and their quantitative parameters of ＇unloading by borehole drilling＇ for single coal seams and ＇unloading by protective seam mining＇ for groups of coal seams are proposed, and the construction principles for coal exploitation and gas-drainage systems for different conditions are given. These methods were applied successfully in the Tunlan coal Mine in Shanxi Province and the Panyi coal Mine in Anhui Province and could assure safe and efficient simultaneous extraction of coal and gas in these outburst coal mines.

Manganese leaching during high concentration flue gas desulfurization process with semi-oxidized manganese ore was studied in this *** was found that there were different reaction pathways among which MnO2,Mn2O3 and MnCO3 in semi-oxidized manganese ore during flue gas desulphurization and manganese *** SO2 concentration facilitated redox reaction between MnO2 and SO2,and high concentration of H2SO4 accelerated MnCO3/Mn2O3 leaching from semi-oxidized *** study showed that manganese leaching in flue gas desulfurization process with semi-oxidized ore was controlled by a mixed-control model,that is the surface chemical reaction and mass diffusion dominated both the oxidation of SO2 and manganese leaching *** apparent activation energy was 13.05 k J·mol-1 and the reaction orders with respect to SO2 and H2SO4 concentration were 1.38 and 0.10,***,a semi-empirical rate equation based on shrinking core model was derived to describe the process.

Safety Mechanism Design and Verification of Safety Computer Parallel Program

The extensive application of Commercial off-the-shelf(COTS) components into safety computers in train control systems has caused safety problems. Aiming at the parallel programs, a concurrent program safety management mechanism based on transactional memory is proposed. The proposed mechanism implements concurrent behaviors of the application in the safe policy. A verification framework based on invariant proof and parallel separation logic theory is designed and operating system operation semantics are given for mathematical reasoning and proving. An example of code execution process is demonstrated to explain the safety control process of concurrent safety mechanism. The results indicate that the program can meet the safety and reliability requirements of concurrent safety computer platforms.
