Despite much research in the field of island biogeography,mechanisms regulating insular diversity remain ***,we aim to explore mechanisms underlying plant species-area relationships in two tropical archipelagoes in the South China *** found positive plant species-area relationships for both coral and continental ***,our results showed that different mechanisms contributed to similar plant species-area relationships between the two *** coral islands,soil nutrients and spatial distance among communities played major roles in shaping plant community structure and species *** contrast,the direct effect of island area,and to a lesser extent,soil nutrients determined plant species richness on continental ***,increasing soil nutrients availability(N,P,K)had opposite effects on plant diversity between the two *** summary,the habitat quality effect and dispersal limitation are important for regulating plant diversity on coral islands,whereas the passive sampling effect,and to a lesser extent,the habitat quality effect are important for regulating plant diversity on continental *** generally,our findings indicate that island plant species-area relationships are outcomes of the interplay of both niche and neutral processes,but the driving mechanisms behind these relationships depends on the type of islands.

Objective:A typical case of Xianling Gubao(XLGB)Tablets-induced liver injury was systematically studied in the clinic and the ***:A patient with herb-induced liver injury(HILI)and a history of taking XLGB Tablets before disease onset was engaged as the study subject,and the case was diagnosed according to the updated Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method(RUCAM)and the integrated evidence chain(iec)method recommended by the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Herb-induced Liver Injury(HILI Guidelines).Results:Clinical history,biochemical indexes and imaging tests were used to exclude the influence of fundamental diseases and confusing liver diseases such as viral,alcoholic and autoimmune liver diseases on the *** on an investigation of the patient’s medication history,she was suspected to have HILI caused by XLGB Tablets,as the patient was only taking an oral preparation of XLGB Tablets,and the influence of other drugs on the diagnosis was *** patient with alanine aminotransferase(ALT)3 upper limit of normal(ULN)and a calculated R of 6 was diagnosed with possible acute drug-induced hepatocellular *** relationship was considered“highly probable”(score of 9)using the updated RUCAM of ***,the fingerprint similarity between the preparation taken by the patient and a commercially available preparation was 0.99,suggesting that the patient was consuming XLGB Tablets rather than another ***-MS technology and the Agilent Fake TCM-Drugs database were used to investigate the drug,and no chemical additions were *** of the drug for pesticide residues,heavy metals,aflatoxins and other exogenous substances indicated compliance with the content limits of the Chinese ***:In summary,the final diagnosis of XLGB-induced liver injury reached the clinical diagnosis of HILI and was acute severe hepatocellular injury type by the updated RUCAM and ***,this study provides scientif

Antiferromagnets have been attracting tremendous interest in the spintronics community due to their intrinsic appealing properties,such as zero stray field and ultrafast spin ***,the electrical manipulation of bulk properties of antiferromagnets has been widely studied,but exploring the use of antiferromagnetic(AFM)interfacial properties to investigate some key issues in spintronic devices is urgently *** this study,the magnetic and spin transport properties mediated by interlayer exchange coupling(iec)are examined through spin-orbit torque(SOT)-induced tunability of interfacial spins in heavy-metal/like-synthetic antiferromagnet/antiferromagnet heterostructure *** found that the exchange bias and coercivity and the critical current density for SOT switching can be modulated by iec,associating with the oscillation of SOTinduced interfacial spins reorientation at zero field,which can be well understood with the modified Ruderman-Kittel-KasuyaYosida *** finding opens a new route for understanding and using the AFM interfacial spins in spintronics.

Based on the standardized cyber-physical modeling and communication system-iec 61850,this paper establishes the operational control architecture of a low-voltage multi-terminal DC(LV-MTDC)*** coordinated operational control strategies,including power electronic transformer(PET),and voltage source converter(VSC),are *** a cyberphysical model of the system based on iec 61850 is built,according to the application requirements of operational control in the LV-MTDC *** this basis,the implementation method of system operational control based on iec 61850 is proposed,including the software/hardware design of the intelligent electronic device(IED),dispatching operations and uninterrupted power *** simulation environment is further built to verify the system operational control technology,and the test platform is used to carry out the actual *** research results show that the operational control technology for the LV-MTDC system proposed in this paper is feasible,which can guarantee the rapid and accurate information exchange of control commands and settings,and thus effectively realize the operational control of the LV-MTDC system under complex conditions.

The coronavirus(COVID-19)pandemic is disrupting the world from many *** this study,the impact of emission variations on PM_(2.5)-bound elemental species and health risks associated to inhalation exposure has been analyzed based on real-time measurements at a remote coastal site in Shanghai during the *** trace elemental species decreased significantly and displayed almost no diel peaks during the *** the lockdown,they rebounded rapidly,of which V and Ni even exceeded the levels before the lockdown,suggesting the recovery of both inland and shipping *** sources were identified based on receptor *** combustion accounted for more than 70%of the measured elemental concentrations before and during the *** emissions,fugitive/mineral dust,and waste incineration all showed elevated contributions after the *** total non-carcinogenic risk(HQ)for the target elements exceeded the risk threshold for both children and adults with chloride as the predominant species contributing to ***,the total carcinogenic risk(TR)for adults was above the acceptable level and much higher than that for *** incineration was the largest contributor to HQ,while manufacture processing and coal combustion were the main sources of *** control measures were beneficial for lowering the carcinogenic risk while unexpectedly increased the non-carcinogenic *** the perspective of health effects,priorities of control measures should be given to waste incineration,manufacture processing,and coal combustion.A balanced way should be reached between both lowering the levels of air pollutants and their health risks.

AIM： To explore the effect of recombinant human interleukin-11 （rhIL-11） on the expressions of interleukin-11 receptor α-chain （IL-11Rα） and an additional signal transducer glycoprotein 130 （gp130） in intestinal epithelium cell line-6 （iec-6） after neutron irradiation. METHODS： Cultured iec-6 cells were exposed to 4.0Gy neutron and treated with 100 ng/mL rhIL-11 12 h prior to or immediately after irradiation. The apoptosis and necrosis rates and expressions of IL-11Rα and gp130 were observed by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, Western blot and image analysis. RESULTS： The apoptosis rate of iec-6 cells was increased by irradiation at 6 h （P 〈 0.01）, IL-11 stimulation resulted in a decreased apoptosis rate in irradiated iec-6 cells （P 〈 0.05）. In normal control iec-6 cells, intense immunoreactivity of IL-11Rα was located within the cell membrane and cytoplasm. The level of IL-11Rα expression significantly decreased at 6 h after irradiation （P 〈 0.01） and restored at 24 h after irradiation. In iec-6 cells treated with both radiation and rhIL-11, the level of IL- 11Rα expression was higher than that of irradiated cells （P 〈 0.05）. When it came to gp130 protein, it was located in the cytoplasm of iec-6 cells. After irradiation, we found a progressive decrease in the expression of gp130 protein （P 〈 0.05） in 48 hours post-radiation, while in rhIL-11-stimulated cells, it came back to normal level at 24 h after irradiation and decreased at 48 h, but was still higher than that of only irradiated cells （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： rhIL-11 can protect iec-6 cells from neutron irradiation. The protective effect of rhIL-11 might be connected with its ability to up-regulate the expressions of specific ligand-binding subunit IL-11Rα and signal-transducing subunit gp130.

A new ion exchange membrane based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and sulfonated poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The incorporation of sulfonic groups into the polyvinylidene fluoride composite membrane was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (IR), ion exchange capacity (iec) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). Area resistance, iec and water uptake of the treated membrane were evaluated. When 20% of the crosslinked membrane was sulfonated at 80degreesC for 22 h, the PVDF ion exchange membrane can attain 0.8 Omega . cm(2) area resistance in NaCl aqueous solution at 25degreesC, iec is as high as 2.43 millimoles per grain of the wet membrane. The hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane is also significantly improved after treatment. When 60% of crosslinked membrane was sulfonated at 80degreesC for 6 h, water uptake of the treated membrane can attain 64.7%.
