The Confirmed Validity of the Thermohydrogravidynamic Theory Concerning the Forthcoming Intensification of the Global Natural Processes from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020 AD

We present the explanation(in the frame of the established thermohydrogravidynamic technology) of the maximal magnitude M = 8.1(according to the U.S. Geological Survey) of the strongest earthquake of the Earth occurred in Kermadec Islands, New Zealand on March 4, 2021 AD(during the considered range from October 27, 2020 to May 17, 2021 AD). This strongest earthquake occurred near the calculated date 2021.1 AD corresponding(in the frame of the thermohydrogravidynamic theory) to the local maximal combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influence on the internal rigid core of the Earth. To obtain this explanation, we have analyzed the strongest earthquakes of the Earth(according to the U.S. Geological Survey) occurred near the dates of the local maximal combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth.

DNA Damage （Comet Assay） as Biomarker of Cd Exposure in Marine Seed Scallops Mizuhopecten Yessoensis Age 1 Year

We present the confirmed validity of the prediction（made in unpublished article（Simonenko, 2019 b） presented on December 9, 2019 to the journal Energy Research） of the thermohydrogravidynamic theory（Simonenko, 2014） concerning the evaluated probabilities of the forthcoming intensification of the global seismotectonic, volcanic, climatic and magnetic processes of the Earth during the evaluated beginning（from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020） of the established in 2012 AD（Simonenko, 2012 a） and finally confirmed in 2019 AD（Simonenko, 2019 a） "first forthcoming subrange 2020 ÷ 2026 AD of the increased intensification of the Earth" determined by the combined non-stationary cosmic energy gravitational influences on the Earth of the planets（Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter） and the Sun（owing to the gravitational interaction of the Sun with Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune）.

Cadmium-induced DNA degradation in gill cells of the scallop Mizuhopectenyessoensis was assessed using the comet assay （single-cell gel electrophoresis）. Accumulation of highly toxic cadmium in the gill cells of bivalve is accompanied by the damage of the cell genome revealed as DNA migration in the comet assay. The main mechanisms of Cd effects on the integrity of the DNA structure are discussed.

Globally,2023 was the warmest observed year on record since at least 1850 and,according to proxy evidence,possibly of the past 100000 *** in recent years,the record warmth has again been accompanied with yet more extreme weather and climate events throughout the ***,we provide an overview of those of 2023,with details and key background causes to help build upon our understanding of the roles of internal climate variability and anthropogenic climate *** also highlight emerging features associated with some of these extreme *** extremes are occurring earlier in the year,and increasingly simultaneously in differing parts of the world(e.g.,the concurrent hot extremes in the Northern Hemisphere in July 2023).Intense cyclones are exacerbating precipitation extremes(e.g.,the North China flooding in July and the Libya flooding in September).Droughts in some regions(e.g.,California and the Horn of Africa)have transitioned into flood *** extremes also show increasing interactions with ecosystems via wildfires(e.g.,those in Hawaii in August and in Canada from spring to autumn 2023)and sandstorms(e.g.,those in Mongolia in April 2023).Finally,we also consider the challenges to research that these emerging characteristics present for the strategy and practice of adaptation.

Effects of the World’s Oceans on Global Climate Change

We present the confirmed validity of the significant explanatory aspect of the thermohydrogravidynamic theory（Simonenko, 2007, 2009, 2012-2020） concerning the evaluated（on April 7, 2021, especially for the presentation on the 11 th International Conference on Geology and Geophysics） maximal magnitude 7.725 of the possible most strongest earthquake during the considered（Simonenko, 2020） intensification of the global natural processes of the Earth from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020 AD. To obtain the satisfactory explanation of the maximal magnitude M = 7.7（according to the U.S. Geological Survey） of the strongest earthquake occurred on January 28, 2020 AD（123 km NNW of Lucea, Jamaica） near the calculated（Simonenko, 2020） mean date（February 5, 2020 AD） of the probable most strongest earthquake during the considered（Simonenko, 2020） range from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020 AD, we have analyzed the strongest earthquakes of the Earth occurred near the calculated local maximal combined（planetary and solar） integral energy gravitational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth.

The role of the World Ocean in Global Climate Change is considered from two points of view: 1) heat energy accumulation and distribution in the ocean and its discharge into the atmosphere as purely physical processes;2) participation of living matter in the ocean in these processes. The oceanic organic matter, especially plankton and different organic compounds, absorbs solar energy and changes water transparency, controlling thickness of layers and amount of the energy accumulated. Having ability to react not only to fluctuations of solar heat energy supply, but also to extra weak fluctuations of electromagnetic and magnetic fields of terrestrial and extraterrestrial origin, phytoplankton and other organic matter should be considered as active forcing of global climate and ocean ecosystem fluctuations observed on different scales. Several mechanisms of solar activity effects on global climate-ocean ecosystem interactions are discussed.

In this paper,we studied the effects of physical factors,such as,acoustic pulses of laser-induced hydrodynamics(ALIH)and extremely-high frequencies(EHF)radiation,on the formation of heterotopic bone marrow organs.A suspension of precipitated bone marrow cells from CBA mice were exposed to ALIH pulses and EHF radiation separately and in their com bination tissue engineering constructs,presenting gelatin sponges 2 by 2 by 2 mm in size containing 10^(7)nucleated bone marrow cells,were exposed to physical factors and were implanted under the renal capsules of syngeneic *** newly formed hematopoietic organs were examined in three and five months later after *** five months old transplants were bigger in size than the three months old *** number of hematopoietic cells in the rest of the groups increased during this period by a factor from 3 to 10,the increase being as high as 20-fold in the:ALH+EHF *** concentration of multipotent stromal cells(MSCs)was in the EHF+ALIH,and minimal concentration was in the ALIH+*** accumulation rate of bone capsule weight was highest for the transplants of EHF+ALIH and ALIH-sponge groups during the first three *** data showed that the combined impact of the EHF+ALIH on MSCs is the most effective for the formation of bone marrow transplantation.

Results of field studies of underwater dynamic noise energy flux directivity at two wind speeds, 6 m/s and 12 m/s, in the 400 Hz to 700 Hz frequency band in the deep open ocean are presented. The measurements were made by a freely drifting telemetric combined system at 500 m depth. Statistical characteristics of the horizontal and vertical dynamic noise energy flux directivity are considered as functions of wind speed and direction. Correlation between the horizontal dynamic noise energy flux direction and that of the wind was determined; a mechanism of the horizontal dynamic noise energy flux generation is related to the initial noise field scattering on ocean surface waves.

Objective:To establish Nipah virus diagnostic capabilities at the National Reference Laboratory in Sri Lanka using the NIV Pune real-time PCR ***:Strict safety precautions were adhered during testing due to the high pathogenicity of the Nipah virus,with all diagnostics conducted in a BSL2+laboratory at the Medical Research institute in Sri *** extraction was performed using the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini *** NIV Pune in-house real-time PCR kit was employed,following established primer/probe sequences and *** assay was validated using the Rotor-Gene Q Series Real-time PCR ***:The validation run of the Nipah virus real-time PCR test demonstrated robust performance,with positive controls consistently detecting Nipah RNA at a Ct value of 21.50±*** controls confirmed assay specificity with an external negative control which was also used as an extraction control and showed no *** internal control exhibited stable behavior,enhancing confidence in PCR *** qPCR analysis graph illustrated the successful detection of internal and positive controls,validating the reliability of the ***:Establishing Nipah virus diagnostic capabilities in Sri Lanka signifies a proactive and collaborative response to the persistent global health threat.
