A success probability orientated optimization model for resource allocation of the technological innovation multi-project system is studied. Based on the definition of the technological innovation multi-project system, the leveling optimization of cost and success probability is set as the objective of resource allocation. The cost function and the probability function of the optimization model are constructed. Then the objective function of the model is constructed and the solving process is explained. The model is applied to the resource allocation of an enterprise's technological innovation multi-project system. The results show that the proposed model is more effective in rational resource allocation, and is more applicable in maximizing the utility of the technological innovation multi-project system. © 2016 Beijing institute of Aerospace Information.

The intermediate information system benefit and the coupling-cohesion of subunits are presented to study the performance of information system implementation. Based on the organizational information processing theory and the organizational behaviour theory, a theoretical model is established from the perspective of coupling-cohesion of subunits. The reliability and validity of the model are checked up with the structural equation models and the data collected with questionnaires. The results of the study give some theoretical and practical guidance.

In this paper a stable formation control law that simultaneously ensures collision avoidance has been *** is assumed that the communication graph is undirected and *** proposed formation control law is a combination of the consensus term and the collision avoidance term(CAT).The first order consensus term is derived for the proposed model,while ensuring the Lyapunov *** consensus term creates and maintains the desired formation shape,while the CAT avoids the *** the collision avoidance,the potential function based CAT makes the agents repel from each *** unrestricted repelling magnitude cannot ensure the graph connectivity at the time of collision *** we have proposed a formation control law,which ensures this connectivity even during the collision *** is achieved by the proposed novel adaptive potential *** potential function adapts itself,with the online tuning of the critical variable associated with *** tuning has been done based on the lower bound of the critical variable,which is derived from the proposed connectivity *** efficacy of the proposed scheme has been validated using simulations done based on formations of six and thirty-two agents respectively.

Renewable energy is clearly a very important topic nowadays. The risk and the damage that could be caused by conventional energy resources cannot be hidden. There is an enormous need that people start formulating a better attitude towards renewable energy and change their consumption behaviour. Otherwise, the future of environment and the coming generations is defiantly not going to be promising. This paper will discuss the importance of sustainable energy and how the energy related behaviour is created. It will present a framework to influence the current behaviour and push it to be more green oriented. It is also important to know till what limit are governments responsible in this change, and what are the tools that they have to push towards green direction.

In this paper we study the competitive order timing decisions of two manufacturers with demand forecasting updating and uncertain raw material *** can order the raw materials early when the market is highly uncertain with a fixed wholesale price(Contract procurement)or late when the market is less uncertain with an uncertain raw material price(Spot trading).Different from most existing literature,we assume the spot price and the market demand is *** find that in the monopoly setting the manufacturer prefers the contract procurement to the spot trading when the unit wholesale price for the contract procurement is not greater than the expected unit spot price of the raw *** the duopoly setting,we characterize the equilibria of a strategic order timing game in which manufacturers choose when to buy the raw *** find that when the demand during the contract procurement stage and the spot price uncertainty is small both manufacturers prefer the contract procurement strategy and when the demand during the contract procurement stage and the spot price uncertainty is large both manufacturers prefer the spot *** the demand during the contract procurement stage and the spot price uncertainty is high and purchase costs do not decline too severely over time,the unique equilibrium of this game is that one manufacturer chooses contract procurement to order early and the other chooses spot trading to order ***,we find that the correlation of spot purchasing price and the market demand signal during the contract procurement stage will weaken the advantages of spot trading *** the spot purchasing price and the market demand signal during the contract procurement stage are not correlated,manufacturers prefer spot trading under the highly volatile spot trading price,fluctuating demand,and high information precision.

Polyethylene oxide （PEO）-polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP） blended Na＋ ion conducting solid polymeric membranes：（1-x） [75PEO：25NaPO3] ＋ x PVP, where 0 〈 x 〈 12 wt%, are reported. The polymeric blending was done using a solvent- free hot-press method. Two orders of conductivity enhancement （σca. 1.07× 10^-5 S·cm^-1） have been achieved with 3 wt% of PVP （i.e. the composition： [97（75PEO：25NaPO3）＋ 3PVP]）, from that of the pure host：（75PEO：25NaPO3）. The conductivity enhancement in PEO-PVP blended solid polymeric membranes have been explained by the ionic conductivity, ionic mobility and mobile ion concentration measurements. Materials characterization and polymer-salt complexation were done with the help of X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and thermo gravimetric analysis （TGA） studies. The temperature dependent conductivity studies have also been done to compute the activation energy （Ea） values from lgσ-1/TArrhenius plots. A solid state polymeric battery was fabricated by using optimum conducting composition of solid polymer electrolyte （SPE OCC）, and some important cell parameters were also calculated from the discharge profile of the cell.

Spatial distribution of the potential forest biomass availability in Europe

Background: european forests are considered a crucial resource for supplying biomass to a growing bio-economy in Europe. This study aimed to assess the potential availability of forest biomass from european forests and its spatial distribution. We tried to answer the questions(i) how is the potential forest biomass availability spatially distributed across Europe and(ii) where are hotspots of potential forest biomass availability located?Methods: The spatial distribution of woody biomass potentials was assessed for 2020 for stemwood, residues(branches and harvest losses) and stumps for 39 european countries. Using the european Forest Information SCENario(EFISCEN) model and international forest statistics, we estimated the theoretical amount of biomass that could be available based on the current and future development of the forest age-structure, growing stock and increment and forest management regimes. We combined these estimates with a set of environmental(site productivity, soil and water protection and biodiversity protection) and technical(recovery rate, soil bearing capacity) constraints, which reduced the amount of woody biomass that could potentially be available. We mapped the potential biomass availability at the level of administrative units and at the 10 km × 10 km grid level to gain insight into the spatial distribution of the woody biomass ***: According to our results, the total availability of forest biomass ranges between 357 and 551 Tg dry matter per year. The largest potential supply of woody biomass per unit of land can be found in northern Europe(southern Finland and Sweden, Estonia and Latvia), central Europe(Austria, Czech Republic, and southern Germany),Slovenia, southwest France and Portugal. The meteorological satellite service range is extensive,and science and technology and related industries have become beneficiaries of *** complex meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship warrants quantitative *** study investigates the meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship network to provide a new research perspective for meteorological satellites in the field of *** literature analysis,16 meteorological satellite stakeholders are identified through keyword screening,classified,and coded.A meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship network model is then constructed through social network analysis(SNA).Ego,local,and overall networks are analyzed from three perspectives to measure the network principle and to form a relationship network coordination degree evaluation *** improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is then used to determine index weights and evaluate the relationship network coordination process design *** empirical analysis,data for the meteorological satellite Fengyun-4 are obtained through questionnaire survey and literature ***6 is used to generate relationship networks and analyze various stakeholder roles and status,stakeholder relationship network coordination degree,and evaluation *** results demonstrate that the competent meteorological satellite department,the meteorological administration,the National Meteorological Centre,and the government are in the center of the Fengyun-4 stakeholder relationship network,with coordination degree in an“average”***,establishing a stakeholder coordination mechanism may strengthen connection and promote the development of meteorological undertakings.

Mechanism and kinetics study on the ozonolysis reaction of 2,3,7,8-TCDD in the atmosphere

The ozonolysis of 2,3,7,8-tetra-chlorodibenzo-p-dioxin （2,3,7,8-TCDD） is an efficient degradation way in the atmosphere. The ozonolysis process and possible reactions path of Criegee Intermediates with NO and H2O are introduced in detail at the method of MPWB1K/6-31＋G（d,p）//MPWB1K/6- 311＋G（3df,2p） level. In ozonolysis, H2O is an important source of OH radical formation and initiated the subsequent degradation reaction. The Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus （RRKM） theory was applied to calculate rate constants with the temperature ranging from 200 to 600 K. The rate constant of reaction between 2,3,7,8-TCDD and 03 is 4.80 × 10^-20 cm3/（***） at 298 K and 760 Tort. The atmospheric lifetime of the reaction species was estimated according to rate constants, which is helpful for the atmospheric model study on the degradation and risk assessment of dioxin.

Genetic Analysis of Multiple Paternity in an Endangered Ovoviviparous Lizard Shinisaurus crocodilurus

The crocodile lizard （Shinisaurus croeodilurus） is an ovoviviparoug lizard belonging to a monotypic family that originated during the end of the quaternary ice age. A rare species in the wild, the crocodile lizard was listed in CITES Appendix II. Knowledge of the reproductive biology and mating system of this species is important for designing conservation strategies and improving genetic variation. To investigate the paternity of the crocodile lizards and to interpret their reproductive behaviour, we collected saliva from females, potential fathers and offspring in a semi- natural enclosure experiment and analyzed the paternity of the crocodile lizard using 12 microsatellite genetic loci. The overall observed incidence of multiple paternity was 42.9% （6 of 14 clutches） and Fis was 0.089 ± 0.056. These results indicate that the primary mating mode of the crocodile lizard is that males are polygynous while with females are polyandrous, and there is multiple paternity among offspring of the same mother.
