The in vitro expansion of stem cells is important for their application in different life science fields such as cellular tissue and organ *** objective of this paper was to achieve static cell culture in vitro through peptide hydrogel-supported microspheres(MSs).The peptides,with their gel-forming properties,microstructures,and mechanical strengths characterized,were found to have good support for the MSs and to be *** internal structures of poly(L-lactic acid)microspheres(PLLA-MSs)and polystyrene microspheres(PS-MSs)made in thelaboratory were observed and statistically analyzed in terms of particle size and pore size,following which the co.cultured MSs with cells were found to have good cell *** addition,three-dimensional(3D)culturing of cells was performed on the peptide and microcarrier co.posite scaffolds to measure cell viability and cell *** results showed that the peptides co.ld be stimulated by the culture medium to self-assembly form a 3D fiber network *** the peptide-Ms co.posite scaffold-based cell culture system,further enhancement of the cell culture effect was *** peptide-Ms co.posite scaffolds have great potential for the application in 3D cell culture and in vitro cellexpansion.

Electrolyte interface resistance and low ionic co.ductivity are essential issues for co.mercializing solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs).This work details the fabrication of a double-layer solid co.posite electrolyte(DLSCE)for *** co.posite co.prises poly(vinylidene fluoride-co.hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)and poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)co.bined with 10 wt.%of Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO),synthesized through an ultraviolet curing *** ionic co.ductivity of the DLSCE(2.6×10^(-4) S·cm^(-1))at room temperature is the high lithium-ion transference number(0.57),and the tensile strength is 17.8 *** this DLSCE was assembled,the resulted LFP/DLSCE/Li battery exhibited excellent rate performance,with the discharge specific capacities of 162.4,146.9,93.6,and 64.0 mA·h·g^(-1) at 0.1,0.2,0.5,and 1 C,***,the DLScE demonstrates remarkable stability with lithium metal batteries,facilitating the stable operation of a Li/Li symmetric battery for over 200 h at both 0.1 and 0.2 mA-cm^(-2).Notably,the formation of lithium dendrites is also effectively inhibited during *** work provides a novel design strategy and preparation method for solid co.posite electrolytes.

The study delves into the expanding role of network platforms in our daily lives, enco.passing various mediums like blogs, forums, online chats, and prominent social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. While these platforms offer avenues for self-expression and co.munity support, they co.currently harbor negative impacts, fostering antisocial behaviors like phishing, impersonation, hate speech, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cyberterrorism, fake news propagation, spamming, and fraud. Notably, individuals also leverage these platforms to co.nect with authorities and seek aid during disasters. The overarching objective of this research is to address the dual nature of network platforms by proposing innovative methodologies aimed at enhancing their positive aspects and mitigating their negative repercussions. To achieve this, the study introduces a weight learning method grounded in multi-linear attribute ranking. This approach serves to evaluate the significance of attribute co.binations across all feature spaces. Additionally, a novel clustering method based on tensors is proposed to elevate the quality of clustering while effectively distinguishing selected features. The methodology inco.porates a weighted average similarity matrix and optionally integrates weighted Euclidean distance, co.tributing to a more nuanced understanding of attribute importance. The analysis of the proposed methods yields significant findings. The weight learning method proves instrumental in discerning the importance of attribute co.binations, shedding light on key aspects within feature spaces. Simultaneously, the clustering method based on tensors exhibits improved efficacy in enhancing clustering quality and feature distinction. This not only advances our understanding of attribute importance but also paves the way for more nuanced data analysis methodologies. Carbon emission reduction and clean energy development are urgent demands for mankind in the co.ing *** an efficient co.(2) storage method can significantly reduce co.(2) emissions in the short *** this study,we attempted to co.struct sediment samples with different residual CH_(4) hydrate amounts and reservoir co.ditions,and then investigate the potentials of both co.(2) storage and enhanced CH_(4) reco.ery in depleted gas hydrate deposits in the permafrost and ocean zones,*** results demonstrate that co.(2) hydrate formation rate can be significantly improved due to the presence of residual hydrate seeds;However,excessive residual hydrates in turn lead to the decrease in co.(2) storage *** by the T-P co.ditions of the reservoir,the storage amount of liquid co.(2) can reach 8 times that of gaseous co.(2),and co.(2) stored in hydrate form reaches 2-4 ***,we noticed two other advantages of this *** is that co.(2) injection can enhance CH_(4) reco.ery rate and increases CH_(4) reco.ery by 10%-20%.The seco.d is that hydrate saturation in the reservoir can be restored to 20%-40%,which means that the solid volume of the reservoir avoids serious ***,this is crucial for protecting the goaf *** summary,this approach is greatly promising for high-efficient co.(2) storage and safe exploitation of gas hydrate.

Since hydrate resources play a part of the stratigraphic framework structure in sediments,establishing a safe and eco.omic method for hydrates exploitation remains the primary challenge to this *** the proposed methods,the spontaneous displacement of CH_(4) from hydrate cages by co.(2) seems to be a perfect mechanism to address gas production and co.(2) storage,especially in today's strong demand for carbon reduction and replacing clean *** extensive lab researches,in the past decade,injecting a mixture of co.(2) and small molecule gas has beco.e a key means to enhance displacement efficiency and has great potential for ***,there is a lack of in-depth research on gas flow in the reservoir,while the injected gas always passes through low-saturated hydrate areas with high permeability and then occurs gas channel in a short term,finally resulting in the decreases in gas production efficiency and produced gas ***,we explored a new injection-production mode of alternate injection of N2 and co.(2) in order to fully co.rdinate the advantages of N_(2) in enhanced hydrate deco.position and co.(2) in solid storage and heat *** alternate"taking"and"storing"processes perfectly repair the problem of the gas channel,achieving self-regulation effect of CH_(4) reco.ery and co.(2) *** 3-D experimental results show that co.pared to the mixed gas injection,CH_(4) reco.ery is increased by>50%and co.(2) storage is increased by>70%.Additionally,this alternate injection mode presented a better performance in CH_(4) co.centration of produced gas and showed outstanding N_(2) utilization ***,we analyzed its self-adaptive gas flow mechanism and proposed an application model of"one injection and multiple production".We look forward to this study accelerating the application of co.(2)-CH_(4) replacement technology.

The efficient and rapid removal of volatile organic co.pounds(VOCs)holds significant importance for ensuring food quality and human health,particularly within the low-temperature co.fined spaces in ***,achieving effective VOCs degradation under such co.ditions poses challenges in terms of activating inert bonds and facilitating mass *** this study,we propose a novel solution by designing a cleaner module that inco.porates 1.07%single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide catalysts(FeSAs-MnO_(2)).The co.bination of single Fe atoms and defect-rich MnO_(2) substrate efficiently activates molecular oxygen,leading to enhanced generation of highly reactive oxygen species(ROS).Non-thermal plasma(NTP)and circulating fan are introduced to facilitate the regeneration of catalytic activity and improve mass *** FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module demonstrates exceptional performance in trimethylamine(TMA)removal,achieving a co.version efficiency of 98.9%for 9 ppm within just 9 ***,accelerated aging tests predict an extended service life of up to 45 years for the FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module,surpassing the expected lifespan of refrigerators significantly.

Influence of stearic acid surface modification on flowability and agglomeration of battery grade Li2co. powder

This work investigates the flow and agglomeration behaviors of battery grade Li2co. powder and the influence of stearic acid surface *** degree of agglomeration is directly related to the uniformity of Li2co. and its powder *** to the Chinese National Nonferrous Metal In-dustry Standard,battery grade Li2co. powder has D50 equal to 3-8 μm which belongs to a micron-sized superfine ***,with the extension of storage time,the serious agglomeration phenomenon occurs due to the large specific surface area and rough and irregular powder *** Hausner ratio(HR)of the unmodified sample increases from 1.14 to 1.41,and the co.responding flowability is classified as good to ***,among samples with doping stearic acid,the optimum amount of it is 0.10 wt％which exhibits an extremely stable HR value from 1.14 to ***,after 156 days,the repose angle(AR)obtained for samples without surface modification and using 0.10 wt％stearic acid are calculated to be 49° and 28°,*** on the values of HR and AR,the flowability of the unmodified sample is poor while the sample modified with 0.10 wt％of stearic acid still maintain excellent powder flow ***,The LiMn2O4 cathode material synthesized from modified Li2co. powder with a stearic acid co.tent of 0.10 wt％exhibits good crystallinity and co.parable elec-trochemical performance to that prepared by co.mercial *** results indicate that stearic acid has the potential to be an ideal modifier for battery grade Li2co. powder that needs to be kept for a long time.
