Although a great quantity research has been done on cancer nano-drug carriers,how to deliver more cancer nano-drugs to tumor sites accurately and then endocytosis by cells is still a key problem in the process of cancer treatment.Since the concentration ofγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)in the microenvironment will be greatly increased when the liver,kidney,other organs become cancerous,we have designed a polymer nanomicelle as drug carrier that can respond to the GGT in the tumor microenvironment.When the drug delivery system participates in blood circulation through the vascular wall cells to the tumor tissue,the overexpressed GGT on the surface of the cancer cells will recognize and cut theγ-glutamyl group on the carrier,the primary amines will be released to make the system with weak positive charge,which not only improves the carrier’s active transport ability for nanodrugs,but also improves the cell’s endocytosis ability for nano-drugs,so as to realize the release of nano-drugs in cancer cells.What’s more,the positive charge on the surface of the carrier also improves the permeability of the carrier in the tumor tissue,so that the cancer cells in the hypoxic area can also endocytosis drugs.

Cement kiln co-processing techniques have been developed in the past 20 years in China,and more than 60 factories now use fermentation,screening,and gasification pre-treatment techniques to coprocess municipal solid waste(MSW).There three complete MSW pre-treatment techniques,coprocessing procedures,and environmental risk assessments have been described in few publications.In this study,we assessed the effectiveness of each technique.The results suggested that the pollutant content released by each pre-treatment technology was lower than the emission standard.To reveal the mechanisms of pollutant migration and enrichment,the substances in the kiln and kiln products are investigated.The input of co-processing materials(Co-M)produced by fermentation caused formation of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzoftiran(PCDD/Fs)in the bypass flue gas(By-gas)in excess of the regulatory standard.The Co-M input produced by the screening and gasifier technologies caused the total organic carbon(TOC)concentration to exceed the standard.In addition,the NOx,TOC,and PCDD/Fs in the By-gas exceeded the regulatory standard.Raw meal was the primary chlorine and heavy metals input stream,and clinker(CK)and cement kiln dust(CKD)accounted for>90%of the total chlorine output stream.Flue gas and CKD were the primary volatile heavy metal(Hg)output streams.Greater than 70%of the semi-volatile heavy metals(Cd,Pb,T1 and Se)distributed in hot raw meal and bypass cement kiln dust.The low-volatility heavy metals were concentrated in the CK.These results indicated that co-processing techniques used in China still require improvement.

Computer network technology has a very important role in electronic information engineering.The application of this technology not only enriches the traditional information engineering functions,but also effectively guarantees the efficiency and quality.At present,due to the wide variety of external information that Chinese citizens are exposed to,in addition to the variegated and mixed content,it is easy for information to be leaked or stolen.In order to avoid similar situations,it is necessary for people to pay more attention to network system security,so as to ensure that the quality of life of citizens can be guaranteed.In view of that,this paper discusses and analyzes the application of computer network technology in electronic information engineering.

The key issue in the frequentist model averaging is the choice of weights.In this paper,the authors advocate an asymptotic framework of mean-squared prediction error(MSPE)and develop a model averaging criterion for multistep prediction in an infinite order autoregressive(AR(∞))process.Under the assumption that the order of the candidate model is bounded,this criterion is proved to be asymptotically optimal,in the sense of achieving the lowest out of sample MSPE for the samerealization prediction.Simulations and real data analysis further demonstrate the effectiveness and the efficiency of the theoretical results.

Data-driven soft sensor is an effective solution to provide rapid and reliable estimations for key quality variables online. The secondary variables affect the primary variable in considerably different speed, and soft sensor systems exhibit multi-dynamic characteristics. Thus, the first contribution is improving the model in the previous study with multi-time-constant. The characteristics-separation-based model will be identified in substep way,and the stochastic Newton recursive(SNR) algorithm is adopted. Considering the dual-rate characteristics of soft sensor systems, the proposed model cannot be identified directly. Thus, two auxiliary models are first proposed to offer the intersample estimations at each update period, based on which the improved algorithm(DAM-SNR) is derived. These two auxiliary models function in switching mechanism which has been illustrated in detail. This algorithm serves for the identification of the proposed model together with the SNR algorithm, and the identification procedure is then presented. Finally, the laboratorial case confirms the effectiveness of the proposed soft sensor model and the algorithms.

目的:系统评价针刺对运动性疲劳的影响.方法:系统检索Scopus、Springer Link、Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、重庆维普数据库(CQVIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中关于针刺治疗运动性疲劳的随机对照试验(RCTs),检索的时间范围是从建库至2020年8月.根据Cochrane手册对纳入文献进行风险偏倚评价,并在数据提取后使用RevMan5.3软件进行统计学分析.结果:共11项RCT纳入Meta分析,总计531例患者.结果显示,与对照组相比,针刺在缓解主观感觉疲劳[SMD=-3.08,95%CI(-4.35,-1.81),P<0.001],增加血红蛋白含量[WMD=3.89,95%CI(1.37,6.42),P=0.003],降低乳酸脱氢酶含量[WMD=-10.63,95%CI(-17.67,-3.59),P=0.003],降低血乳酸含量[SMD=-2.65,95%CI(-4.47,-0.83),P=0.004],降低血清肌酸激酶[SMD=-0.79,95%CI(-1.10,-0.48),P<0.001]和血尿素氮[WMD=-1.47,95%CI(-1.84,-1.11),P<0.001]方面效果更优.结论:基于当前证据,可认为针刺能有效改善运动性疲劳,值得临床推广.

Synthetic conditions and ligands are the key structural defining factors of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).Therefore,reasonable optimization of these aspects is considered to be an effective means for designing materials with novel structures and target functions.Herein,two novel Co(Ⅱ)-based MOFs,namely[Co(HL)(dibp)]_(n)(HL-8) and{[Co_(2)(L)(OH)(dibp)]·DMA}_n(HL-9)(H_(3)L=2',6'-dimethyl-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3,4',5-tricarboxylic acid;dibp=4,4'-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-1,1-biphenyl]),have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized.HL-8 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system (Pna2_(1)) with a grid layer structure,while HL-9 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_(1)/n space group assembled through Co_(4)(OH)_(2)clusters with organic ligands.Remarkably,benefiting from the finite cage-like structure,HL-9 exhibited enhanced performance in carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) adsorption/catalytic transformation and excellent size selectivity during dye molecular adsorption process.

Betaine accumulation and the change of betaine-aldehyde dehydrogenase activity in barley seedlings under KCl and NaCl stress

The changes in growth status, ion contents, betaine levels and betaine\|aldehyde dehydrogenase (BADH) activity in seedlings of nonhalophyte barley treated with different concentrations of NaCl and KCl were studied. Results showed that the inhibition of growth in barley seedlings increased as enhancing NaCl and KCl for 96h and NaCl inhibitory degree was higher than that of KCl. The K\++ content of barley seedlings in NaCl was lower than the control, while the Na\++ content was higher, the levels of Na\++ fell in the seedlings treated with KCl, but K\++ levels rose, and K\++ content was higher than that of Na\++. The betaine levels of barley shoots rose with the increase in both external salt concentration and treatment time. Higher BADH activity was observed in low\|salt concentration but lower slightly in high\|salt concentration.
