Background Domestic goose breeds are descended from either the Swan goose(Anser cygnoides)or the Greylag goose(Anser anser),exhibiting variations in body size,reproductive performance,egg production,feather color,and other phenotypic *** a pan-genome facilitates a thorough identification of genetic variations,thereby deepening our comprehension of the molecular mechanisms underlying genetic diversity and phenotypic *** To comprehensively facilitate population genomic and pan-genomic analyses in geese,we embarked on the task of 659 geese whole genome resequencing data and compiling a database of 155 RNA-seq *** constructing the pan-genome for geese,we generated non-reference contigs totaling 612 Mb,unveiling a collection of 2,813 novel genes and pinpointing 15,567 core genes,1,324 softcore genes,2,734 shell genes,and 878 cloud genes in goose ***,we detected an 81.97 Mb genomic region showing signs of genome selection,encompassing the TGFBR2 gene correlated with variations in body weight among ***-wide association studies utilizing single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and presence-absence variation revealed significant genomic associations with various goose meat quality,reproductive,and body composition *** instance,a gene encoding the SVEP1 protein was linked to carcass oblique length,and a distinct gene-CDS haplotype of the SVEP1 gene exhibited an association with carcass oblique ***,the pan-genome analysis revealed enrichment of variable genes in the“hair follicle maturation”Gene Ontology term,potentially linked to the selection of feather-related traits in geese.A gene presence-absence variation analysis suggested a reduced frequency of genes associated with“regulation of heart contraction”in domesticated geese compared to their wild *** study provided novel insights into gene expression features and functions by integrating gene expression patterns across multiple orga

The high performance of IoT technology in transportation networks has led to the increasing adoption of Internet of Vehicles(IoV)*** functional advantages of IoV include online communication services,accident prevention,cost reduction,and enhanced traffic *** these benefits,IoV technology is susceptible to cyber-attacks,which can exploit vulnerabilities in the vehicle network,leading to perturbations,disturbances,non-recognition of traffic signs,accidents,and vehicle *** paper reviews the state-of-the-art achievements and developments in applying Deep Transfer Learning(DTL)models for Intrusion Detection Systems in the Internet of Vehicles(IDS-IoV)based on anomaly ***-IoV leverages anomaly detection through machine learning and DTL techniques to mitigate the risks posed by *** systems can autonomously create specific models based on network data to differentiate between regular traffic and *** these techniques,transfer learning models are particularly promising due to their efficacy with tagged data,reduced training time,lower memory usage,and decreased computational *** evaluate DTL models against criteria including the ability to transfer knowledge,detection rate,accurate analysis of complex data,and *** review highlights the significant progress made in the field,showcasing how DTL models enhance the performance and reliability of IDS-IoV *** examining recent advancements,we provide insights into how DTL can effectively address cyber-attack challenges in IoV environments,ensuring safer and more efficient transportation networks.

The mechanical state of cantilever gearbox housing is different from ordinary ones due to the long arm of force caused by cantilever *** mechanical analysis methods either took cantilever gearbox housing as ordinary ones or cantilever *** published papers have specially focused on mechanical analysis method for cantilever gearbox *** paper takes a longwall shearer cutting unit gearbox(SCUG)as an example and the mechanical analysis method is investigated according to the causes of fatigue for *** analysis model is established for finding out regions of static fatigue caused by low-frequency loads,and local resonance analysis is used for finding out regions of vibration fatigue caused by high-frequency *** only bending moment but also torque caused by gear meshing forces is taken into account in the force analysis *** response is obtained from cutting experiment,and dominant frequencies of local resonance are obtained by frequency domain *** element model of SCUG is established,and natural frequencies and strain modes are analyzed for obtaining the main vibration modes corresponding to dominant ***,large stress regions caused by low and high frequency loads are *** show that the worst working condition is oblique cutting,and the stress of B-B in 600 mm cutting depth can reach 166 ***,950 Hz,1250 Hz,and 1400 Hz are dominant frequencies of SCUG(23rd,25th and 27th natural frequencies).Generally,this paper proposes some principles for mechanical analysis method of cantilever gearbox housing.

Objective:To study the effect of family follow-up nursing in rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community ***:120 elderly autistic patients from February 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 60 cases *** patients in the control group were cared for at home by their family members,while the patients in the test group were given family follow-up rehabilitation care on the basis of the control *** compliance of patients in the rehabilitation process,the UCLA loneliness score,the autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC)score of patients after this nursing care,and the quality-of-life scores of patients of the two groups before and after nursing care were ***:The compliance of patients in the process of rehabilitation treatment was better in the experimental group than in the experimental *** physical function score of patients after nursing was better in the experimental group than in the experimental *** UCLA loneliness score and ATEC score of patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality-of-life score was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family follow-up nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community institutions can significantly improve patients’compliance and improve their prognosis,thus having high clinical value.

High yields of wheat are mainly obtained through a high level of nitrogen and irrigation ***,excessive nitrogen and irrigation supplication increase the risk of *** main objectives of this work were to clarify the capacity of lodging resistance of wheat in response to nitrogen and irrigation,as well as to explore the effective ways of improving lodging resistance in a high-yield wheat *** this study,field experiments were conducted in the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 growing seasons.A wheat cultivar Jimai 22(JM22),which is widely planted in the northern of Huang-Huai winter wheat region,was grown at Tai’an,Shandong Province,under three nitrogen rates and four irrigation *** lodging risk was increased with increased nitrogen rate,as indicated by increasing lodging index(LI)and lodging rate across both growing *** nitrogen increasing,the plant height,the basal internode length and the center of gravity height,which were positively correlated with LI,increased *** the density of the basal 2nd internode(for culm and leaf sheath)and cell wall component contents,which were negatively correlated with LI,decreased conspicuous along with nitrogen *** irrigation supplementation increased the 2nd internode culm wall thickness,breaking strength and leaf sheath density within limits which increased stem *** the treatments,nitrogen application at a rate of 240 kg ha^(-1) and irrigation application at 600 m^(3)ha^(-1) at both the jointing and anthesis stages resulted in the highest yield and strongest stem.A suitable plant height ensures suffcient biomass for high yield,and higher stem stiffness,which was primarily attributed to thicker culm wall,greater density of the culm and leaf sheaths and higher cell wall component contents are the characteristics that should be taken into account to improving wheat lodging resistance.

Construction land expansion is a key driver of urbanization and industrialization,yet it poses the risk of losing farmland and cascading impacts on food *** spatial char-acteristics of farmland occupied by construction land and its association with grain yield in China were *** analyzed the characteristics of farmland converted into construction land,and its relationship with grain yield in China for *** land increased in area in central and western regions of China,and farmland decreased in area in south-eastern *** expansion of construction land in the North China Plain,Northeast China Plain,and the Loess Plateau,occurred at the expense of *** the southeast coast of China,grain yield increase was only weakly dependent on farmland *** in which farmland was converted into construction land and grain-yield change were highly coupled in southeastern coastal China,Sichuan Basin,Shandong Peninsula,and the Hu Huanyong *** should be noted that expansion in construction land area does have some influence on grain production;ultimately it is greatly affected by yield per unitarea.

Molybdenum disulfide/carbon nanotubes assembled by ultrathin nanosheets are synthesized to illustrate the electrolyte salt chemistry via potassium bis-(fluorosulfonyl)imide(KFSI)versus potassium hexafluorophosphate(KPF6).Compared to the case of KPF6,the electrochemical performances using KFSI as the electrolyte salt are greatly improved:~275 mAh g^(−1) after 15,000 cycles at 1 A g^(−1),or~172 mAh g^(−1) even at 40 A g^(−1).These results represent one of the best performances for the reported anode *** enhanced performances could be attributed to the FSI-induced changes in the solvate structures,that is,a large solvation energy,a high lowest unoccupied mole cular orbital,and a small bonding dissociation energy of *** this case,a uniform and robust solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)is produced,improving the mechanical properties and the interface ***,the uncontrollable fracture and repeated growth of SEI,which always lead to the dissolution of sulfur species and the blockage of charge transfer in the case of KPF6,are well *** similar enhancement works for other sulfides by KFSI,demonstrating the general importance of this electrolyte salt chemistry.
