Robust,self-adhesive,and low-contact impedance polyvinyl alcohol/polyacrylamide dual-network hydrogel semidry electrode for biopotential signal acquisition

Herein,we fabricated a flexible semidry electrode with excellent mechanical performance,satisfactory self-adhesiveness,and low-contact impedance using physical/chemical crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol/polyacrylamide dual-network hydrogels(PVA/PAM DNHs)as an efficient saline *** resultant PVA/PAM DNHs showed admirable adhesive and compliance to the hairy scalp,facilitating the establishment of a robust electrode/skin interface for biopotential signal ***,the PVA/PAM DNHs steadily released trace saline onto the scalp to achieve the minimized potential drift(1.47±0.39 mV/min)and low electrode–scalp impedance(18.2±8.9 kΩ@10 Hz).More importantly,the application feasibility of real-world brain−computer interfaces(BCIs)was preliminarily validated by 10 participants using two classic BCI *** mean temporal cross-correlation coefficients between the semidry and wet electrodes in the eyes open/closed and the N200 speller paradigms are 0.919±0.054 and 0.912±0.050,*** electrodes demonstrate anticipated neuroelectrophysiological responses with similar *** semidry electrode could also effectively capture robust P-QRS-T peaks during electrocardiogram *** their outstanding advantages of fast setup,user-friendliness,and robust signals,the proposed PVA/PAM DNH-based electrode is a promising alternative to wet electrodes in biopotential signal acquisition.

Radiomics is a non-invasive method for extracting quantitative and higher-dimensional features from medical images for *** has received great attention due to its huge application prospects in recent *** can know that the number of features selected by the existing radiomics feature selectionmethods is basically about *** this paper,a heuristic feature selection method based on frequency iteration and multiple supervised training mode is *** on the combination between features,it decomposes all features layer by layer to select the optimal features for each layer,then fuses the optimal features to form a local optimal group layer by layer and iterates to the global optimal combination *** with the currentmethod with the best prediction performance in the three data sets,thismethod proposed in this paper can reduce the number of features fromabout ten to about three without losing classification accuracy and even significantly improving classification *** proposed method has better interpretability and generalization ability,which gives it great potential in the feature selection of radiomics.

YOLO-MFD:Remote Sensing Image Object Detection with Multi-Scale Fusion Dynamic Head

Modern aero and stationary gas turbine engines have been designed with much higher compressor-pressure ratios and thrust-weight ratios than earlier models,and these ratios are strongly influenced by the hot-running clearances between the rotating and stationary *** main benefit of reduction in the clearances is efficiency gains,resulting in lowered fuel consumption and polluting gas emissions,with ecological and economic ***,at these undersized clearances,some rubbing interactions are unavoidable,which can be accommodated by applying Abradable Sealing Coatings(ASCs)on the stationary inner *** paper reviews the commercially available abradable materials for thermal spraying at various application positions and *** is placed on the abradability and wear mechanisms *** addition,considering the tendency of SiC/SiC ceramic matrix composites replacing superalloys as hot section components,the future prospect of ceramic abradables based on Environmental Barrier Coatings(EBCs)in turbine stages is summarized and a new concept of"self-degradable ceramics"based on the corrosive steam environment is proposed for the purpose of high-temperature fillerfree abradables.

Phosphorous-doped carbon nanotube/reduced graphene oxide aerogel cathode enabled by pseudocapacitance for high energy and power zinc-ion hybrid capacitors

The design and development of energy storage device with high energy/power density has become a research ***-ion hybrid capacitors(ZHCs)are considered as one of the most promising ***,the application of ZHCs is hindered by their low energy density at high power density due to the unsatisfactory cathode *** this study,a novel 3D phosphorus-doped carbon nanotube/reduced graphene oxide(P-CNT/rGO)aerogel cathode is synthesized through a synergistic modification strategy of CNT insertion and P doping modification combined with 3D porous *** as-obtained P-CNT/rGO aerogel cathode manifests significantly increased surface aera,expanded interlayer spacing,and enhanced pseudocapacitance behavior,thus leading to significantly enhanced specific capacitance and superb ions transport *** as-assembled ZHC based on P-CNT/rGO cathode delivers a superior energy density of 42.2 Wh/kg at an extreme-high power density of 80 kW/kg and excellent cycle ***-depth kinetic analyses are undertaken to prove the enhanced pseudocapacitance behavior and exceptional power output capability of ***,the reaction mechanism of physical and chemical adsorption/desorption of electrolyte ions on the P-CNT/rGO cathode is revealed by systematic ex-situ *** work can provide a valuable reference for developing advanced graphene-based cathode for high energy/power density ZHCs.

Pollution characteristics and quantitative source apportionment of heavy metals within a zinc smelting site by GIS-based PMF and APCS-MLR models

The abandoned smelters present a substantial pollution threat to the nearby soil and *** this study,63 surface soil samples were collected from a zinc smelter to quantitatively describe the pollution characteristics,ecological risks,and source apportionment of heavy metal(loid)s(HMs).The results revealed that the average contents of Zn,Cd,Pb,As,and Hg were 0.4,12.2,3.3,5.3,and 12.7 times higher than the risk screening values of the construction sites,***,the smelter was accumulated heavily with Cd and Hg,and the contribution of Cd(0.38)and Hg(0.53)to ecological risk was 91.58%.ZZ3 and ZZ7 were the most polluted workshops,accounting for 25.7%and 35.0%of the pollution load and ecological risk,*** influence of soil parent materials on pollution was minor compared to various workshops within the *** with PMF,APCS-MLR and GIS analysis,four sources of HMs were identified:P1(25.5%)and A3(18.4%)were atmospheric deposition from the electric defogging workshop and surface runoff from the smelter;P2(32.7%)and A2(20.9%)were surface runoff of As-Pb foul acid;P3(14.5%)and A4(49.8%)were atmospheric deposition from the leach slag drying workshop;P4(27.3%)and A1(10.8%)were the smelting process of zinc *** paper described the distribution characteristics and specific sources of HMs in different process workshops,providing a new perspective for the precise remediation of the smelter by determining the priority control factors.

Mechanical reliable,NIR light-induced rapid self-healing hydrogel electrolyte towards flexible zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors with low-temperature adaptability and long service life

Hydrogel electrolytes hold great potential in flexible zinc ion supercapacitors(ZICs)due to their high conductivity,good safety,and ***,freezing of electrolytes at low temperature(subzero)leads to drastic reduction in ionic conductivity and mechanical properties that deteriorates the performance of flexible ***,the mechanical fracture during arbitrary deformations significantly prunes out the lifespan of the flexible ***,a Zn^(2+)and Li^(+)co-doped,polypyrrole-dopamine decorated Sb_(2)S_(3)incorporated,and polyvinyl alcohol/poly(N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acrylamide)double-network hydrogel electrolyte is constructed with favorable mechanical reliability,anti-freezing,and self-healing *** addition,it delivers ultra-high ionic conductivity of 8.6 and 3.7 S m^(-1)at 20 and−30°C,respectively,and displays excellent mechanical properties to withstand tensile stress of 1.85 MPa with tensile elongation of 760%,together with fracture energy of 5.14 MJ m^(-3).Notably,the fractured hydrogel electrolyte can recover itself after only 90 s of infrared illumination,while regaining 83%of its tensile strain and almost 100%of its ionic conductivity during−30–60°***,ZICs coupled with this hydrogel electrolyte not only show a wide voltage window(up to 2 V),but also provide high energy density of 230 Wh kg^(-1)at power density of 500 W kg^(-1)with a capacity retention of 86.7%after 20,000 cycles under 20°***,the ZICs are able to retain excellent capacity even under various mechanical deformation at−30°*** contribution will open up new insights into design of advanced wearable flexible electronics with environmental adaptability and long-life span.

Train wheel-rail force collaborative calibration based on GNN-LSTM

Accurate wheel-rail force data serves as the cornerstone for analyzing the wheel-rail ***,achieving continuous and precise measurement of this force remains a significant challenge in the *** article introduces a calibration algorithm for the wheel-rail force that leverages graph neural networks and long short-term memory ***,a comprehensive wheel-rail force detection system for trains was constructed,encompassing two key components:an instrumented wheelset and a ground wheel-rail force measuring ***,utilizing this system,two distinct datasets were acquired from the track inspection vehicle:instrumented wheelset data and ground wheel-rail force data,a feedforward neural network was employed to calibrate the instrumented wheelset data,referencing the ground wheel-rail force ***,ground wheel-rail force data for the locomotive was obtained for the corresponding road *** data was then integrated with the calibrated instrumented wheelset data from the track inspection *** the GNN-LSTM network,the article establishes a mapping relationship model between the wheel-rail force of the track inspection vehicle and the locomotive wheel-rail *** model facilitates continuous measurement of locomotive wheel-rail forces across three typical scenarios:straight sections,long and steep downhill sections,and small curve radius sections.

Purpose-The aim of this work is to research and design an expert diagnosis system for rail vehicle driven by data mechanism ***/methodology/approach-The expert diagnosis system utilizes statistical and deep learning methods to model the real-time status and historical data features of rail *** on data mechanism models,it predicts the lifespan of key components,evaluates the health status of the vehicle and achieves intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of rail ***-The actual operation effect of this system shows that it has improved the intelligent level of the rail vehicle monitoring system,which helps operators to monitor the operation of vehicle online,predict potential risks and faults of vehicle and ensure the smooth and safe operation of ***/value-This system improves the efficiency of rail vehicle operation,scheduling and maintenance through intelligent monitoring and diagnosis of rail vehicle.
