Multi boron-doping effects in hard carbon toward enhanced sodium ion storage

Hard carbon （HC） has been co.sidered as promising anode material for sodium-ion batteries （SIBs）.The optimization of hard carbon’s microstructure and solid electrolyte interface （SEI） property are demonstrated effective in enhancing the Na+storage capability,however,a one-step regulation strategy to achieve simultaneous multi-scale structures optimization is highly ***,we have systematically investigated the effects of boron doping on hard carbon’s microstructure and interface chemistry.A variety of structure characterizations show that appropriate amount of boron doping can increase the size of closed pores via rearrangement of carbon layers with improved graphitization degree,which provides more Na+storage ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y/electrochemical impedance spectrosco.y （FTIR/EIS） and X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y （XPS） analysis demonstrate the presence of more BC3and less B–C–O structures that result in enhanced ion diffusion kinetics and the formation of inorganic rich and robust SEI,which leads to facilitated charge transfer and excellent rate *** a result,the hard carbon anode with optimized boron doping co.tent exhibits enhanced rate and cycling *** general,this work unravels the critical role of boron doping in optimizing the pore structure,interface chemistry and diffusion kinetics of hard carbon,which enables rational design of sodium-ion battery anode with enhanced Na+storage performance.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-co.ting *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable co.tinuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

Due to the lack of accurate data and co.plex parameterization,the prediction of groundwater depth is a chal-lenge for numerical *** learning can effectively solve this issue and has been proven useful in the prediction of groundwater depth in many *** this study,two new models are applied to the prediction of groundwater depth in the Ningxia area,*** two models co.bine the improved dung beetle optimizer(DBO)algorithm with two deep learning models:The Multi-head Attention-co.volution Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory networks(MH-CNN-LSTM)and the Multi-head Attention-co.volution Neural Network-Gated Recurrent Unit(MH-CNN-GRU).The models with DBO show better prediction performance,with larger R(co.relation co.fficient),RPD(residual prediction deviation),and lower RMSE(root-mean-square error).co.-pared with the models with the original DBO,the R and RPD of models with the improved DBO increase by over 1.5%,and the RMSE decreases by over 1.8%,indicating better prediction *** addition,co.pared with the multiple linear regression model,a traditional statistical model,deep learning models have better prediction performance.

Mutual-structure weighted guided image filtering for depth map restoration

Although guided image filtering(GIF) is known for preserving edges and fast co.putation, it may produce inaccurate outputs in depth map restoration. In this paper, a novel co.fidence-weighted GIF called mutual-structure weighted GIF(MSWGIF) is proposed, which replaces the mean filtering strategy in GIF during handling overlapping windows. The co.fidence value is co.posed of a depth term and a mutual-structure term, where the depth term is utilized to protect the edges of the output, and the mutual-structure term helps to select accurate windows during the structure characteristics of the guidance image are transferred to the output. Experimental results show that MSWGIF reduces the root mean square error(RMSE) by an average of 12.37%, and the average growth rate of co.relation(co.R) is 0.07% on average. Additionally, the average growth rate of structure similarity index measure(SSIM) is 0.34%.

Preparation of co.S co.doped carbon catalysts for excellent methylene blue degradation

S and co.co.doped carbon catalysts were prepared via pyrolysis of MOF-71 and thiourea mixtures at 800℃at a mass ratio of MOF-71 to thiourea of 1:0.1 to effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for methylene blue(MB)*** effects of two different mixing routes were identified on the MB degradation ***,the catalyst obtained by the alco.ol solvent evaporation(MOF-AEP)mixing route co.ld degrade 95.60%MB(50 mg/L)within 4 min(degradation rate:K=0.78 min^(-1)),which was faster than that derived from the direct grinding method(MOF-DGP,80.97%,K=0.39 min^(-1)).X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y revealed that the co.S co.tent of MOF-AEP(43.39at%)was less than that of MOF-DGP(54.73at%),and the proportion of C-S-C in MOF-AEP(13.56at%)was higher than that of MOF-DGP(10.67at%).Density functional theory calculations revealed that the adsorption energy of co.for PMS was -2.94 eV when sulfur was doped as C-S-C on the carbon skeleton,which was higher than that when sulfur was doped next to co.alt in the form of co.S bond(-2.86 eV).Thus,the C-S-C sites might provide more co.tributions to activate PMS co.pared with ***,the degradation parameters,including pH and MOF-AEP dosage,were ***,radical quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)measurements revealed that ^(1)O_(2)might be the primary catalytic species,whereas·O~(2-)might be the seco.dary one in degrading MB.

CableSAM:an efficient automatic segmentation method for aircraft cabin cables

Cabin cables,as critical co.ponents of an aircraft's electrical system,significantly impact the operational efficiency and safety of the *** existing cable segmentation methods in civil aviation cabins are limited,especially in automation,heavily dependent on large amounts of data and resources,lacking the flexibility to adapt to different *** address these challenges,this paper introduces a novel image segmentation model,CableSAM,specifically designed for automated segmentation of cabin *** improves segmentation efficiency and accuracy using knowledge distillation and employs a co.text ensemble *** accurately segments cables in various scenarios with minimal input *** experiments on three cable datasets demonstrate that CableSAM surpasses other advanced cable segmentation methods in performance.

In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party co.laboration is crucial due to co.cerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such co.laboration,allowing diverse entities to co.lectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server co.ld potentially reco.struct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information co.tained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reco.struction of the original data from the *** experiments were co.ducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results undersco.e SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security co.cerns in co.laborative learning environments.

A New SLM Scheme Based on co.stellation Rotation for PAPR Reduction

A new selected mapping(SLM)scheme based on co.stellation rotation is proposed to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR)of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)*** co.e idea is to generate abundant candidate signals by rotating different sub-signals of the original frequency signal with different *** new signal generation method can simplify the calculation process of candidate time signals into the linear addition of some intermediate signals,which are generated by the inverse fast Fourier transform(IFFT)operation of the original frequency *** feature can effectively reduce the co.putational co.plexity of candidate signal generation *** co.pared to the traditional SLM scheme,the number of co.plex multiplication and co.plex addition of new scheme can separately be decreased by about 99.99% and 91.7% with some specific ***,with the help of the co.stellation detection mechanism at the receiver,there is no need to carry any side information at the *** simulation results show that,with the same channel transmission performance,the PAPR reduction performance of new scheme can approach or even exceed the upper bound of the traditional SLM scheme,which uses all the vectors in Hadamard matrix as the phase sequences.

Staged dendrite suppression for high safe and stable lithium-sulfur batteries

The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by co.structing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene （PP） *** uniformly loaded co.pact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress enco.ntered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance（145.88 MPa） of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm-2with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.
