Structural optimization of ionomers is an effective strategy for achieving high-performance proton ex-change membranes(PEMs)under low relative humidity(RH)*** this study,sulfonimide group and trifluoromethanesulfonate acid(TFSA)ionic liquids were introduced to the perfluorosulfonic acid(PFSA)side chain,resulting in polymer membranes with varying chain lengths(i.e.,PFC_(2)-TF-SI,PFC_(4)-TF-SI,and PFC_(5)-TF-SI).This dual proton-conducting structure extended the length of the hydrophilic side chain and enhanced the hydrophobic-hydrophilic phase separation,aiding in the formation of proton transport ***,the proton conductivity of PFC_(5)-TF-SI and PFC_(2)-TF-SI membranes reached 7.1 and 10.6 mS/cm at 30%RH and 80℃,respectively,which were approximately 29.1%and 92.7%higher than that of the pristine PFC_(5)-SA membrane(5.5 mS/cm).Furthermore,the maximum power density of the PFC_(5)-TF-SI and PFC_(2)-TF-SI membranes from the built single fuel cell achieved 649 and 763 mW/cm^(2) at 30%RH and 80℃,respectively,which were higher than that of the pristine PFC_(5)-SA membrane(567 mW/cm^(2))by about 14.5%and 34.6%,***,this study provides a strategy for PEM design under low RH conditions.

conversion of natural environments to human-modified landscapes is continuing at an unprecedented rate,exerting fundamental influences on global *** how wildlife communities respond to landscape modifications is critical to improve biodiversity conservation in human-dominated *** this study,we surveyed bird communities in three common habitats(i.e.,farmland,village,and forest)in the southern Anhui Mountainous Area during summer(August 2019)and winter(December 2020).The diversity metrics and species compositions of the avian communities were compared among the habitats,and the effects of land use composition in these habitats were *** the field surveys,we recorded 7599 birds of 120 species along 45 line transects of 1km in *** land use compositions differed among habitats,and land use diversity was the highest in villages and lowest in *** species richness and bird abundance in the two human-dominated habitats(i.e.,farmland and village)were higher than those in forest in both *** species composition also differed across habitat types in both *** species feeding on vertebrates,fish and carrion,and species feeding on plants and seeds were mainly found in habitats with less construction lands and lower land use diversity,while omnivorous species and species feeding on fruits and nectar or on invertebrates were less affected by these two *** indicator species analysis showed that most species associated with forest feed on invertebrates,while species feeding on plants and seeds were more correlated with farmland and *** results indicated that the conversion of natural habitats to human-dominated landscapes has pronounced impacts on bird communities in the study ***-dominated habitats harboured more avian species that deserve conservation ***,bird conservations should not be relaxed in forests because there were more than 20 species that had a high specific

Urban open data is the key to the construction of smart city. Through the research on evaluation of urban open data, the concept, types, characteristics and other basic problems of urban open data are systematically summarized. From perspective of “quality”, “opening” and “acquisition”, a complete urban open data evaluation framework and index system is built. And the corresponding weights of evaluation indexes and score and overall rating methods are determined, so as to objectively evaluate the conditions of urban open data, and describe, monitor, guide and promote the construction and development of urban open data.

Whilst industrial robots have been widely used in many industrial sectors, they are predominantly used in a structured factory environment. In recent years, off-site robotics have been investigated extensively and there are some promising candidates emerging. One such category of robots is exoskeleton robots and this paper provides an in-depth assessment of their suitability in assisting human operators in undertaking manual operations typically found in the construction industry. This work aims to objectively assess the advantages and disadvantages of these two suits and provide recommendations for further improvements of similar system designs. The paper focuses on the passive exoskeleton robotic suits which are commercially available. Three types of activities are designed and a mechatronic methodology has been designed and implemented to capture visual data in order to assess these systems in comparison with normal human operations. The study suggests that these passive suits do reduce the effort required by human operators to undertake the same construction tasks as evidenced by the results from one focused study, though a number of improvements could be made to improve their performance for wider adoption.

During the compaction of a road subgrade, the mechanical parameters of the soil mass change in real time, but current research assumes that these parameters remain unchanged. In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.

Background:Shenzao dripping pills(SZDP)is an empirical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine that is mainly used to treat coronary heart ***,the chemical composition and pharmacological mechanisms of SZDP are ***:In this study,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadruple-Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometry was used to identify the chemical components in extracts and medicated plasma of ***,we performed network pharmacology methods,including target prediction by Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform and Integrative Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine,protein-protein interaction network via STRING database;further,the key targets and compounds were screened using ***,the key targets and compounds were validated by molecular ***:72 chemical constituents were identified from SZDP by high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry *** the components absorbed into plasma by SZDP,24 prototype components and 9 metabolized components were *** network pharmacology analysis of the prototype components showed that there are 13 key compounds(including ginsenoside Rc,Rb1,Rb2,ferulic acid,etc.),90 proteins(including proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Src,nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 1,caspase-3,etc.),and 10 pathways(including estrogen,IL-17 and VEGF signaling pathway,etc.)that play an essential role in the treatment of coronary heart disease with *** addition,the results of molecular docking revealed that ginsenosides Rc,Rb2 and Rb1 have strong binding activities to the caspase-3,as well as ginsenoside Rb2 to the nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member ***:This study showed that SZDP might act through multiple chemical constituents and targets against coronary heart disease.
