A satellite image adaptive restoration method was developed that avoids ringing artifacts at the image boundary and retains oriented features. The method combines periodic plus smooth image decom- position with complex wavelet packet transforms. The framework first decomposes a degraded satellite im- age into the sum of a ＂periodic component＂ and a ＂smooth component＂. The Bayesian method is then used to estimate the modulation transfer function degradation parameters and the noise. The periodic component is deconvoluted using complex wavelet packet transforms with the deconvolution result of the periodic component then combined with the smooth component to get the final recovered result. Tests show that this strategy effectively avoids ringing artifacts while preserving local image details （especially directional tex- tures） without amplifying the noise. Quantitative comparisons illustrate that the results are comparable with previous methods. Another benefit is that this approach can process large satellite images with parallel processing, which is important for practical use.

Experiments and analyses are carried out for GEO and joint GEO/IGSO precise orbit determination using data recorded by China's regional tracking *** show that joint GEO/IGSO orbit determination effectively solves the problem of poor observation geometry for GEO *** laser radial evaluation thus confirms that precision is as good as less than 0.1 *** the case of joint orbit determination,solving the empirical acceleration can reduce errors introduced by the imprecise solar radiation pressure model used for Chinese *** method also improves the accuracy of orbit prediction in the radial *** ephemeris accuracy is thus improved and the ephemeris can provide a better service to users with navigation and positioning requirements.

Urban management is increasingly dependent on the construction of cyber-physical systems, which have been widely deployed in multiple fields, including agriculture, transportation, and health care. Cyberphysical systems provide a large volume of big sensory data. Thus, the application of big data for urban emergency decision-making has become a challenge. Traditional decision-making models are unable to overcome several technical problems, including spatio-temporal information support and access to real-time service for disaster management and emergency response. In this paper, we propose a spatio-temporal enabled urban decision-making process modeling method in the cyber-physical environment and discuss the development off our basic metadata components, the definition of eleven-tuple information description structure. A prototype system is designed for modeling registering, management, visualization, and other functions. Decision-making processes are implemented as composite process chains through three phases, i.e., decision-making process modeling,instantiation of the decision-making process chain and execution of the decision-making process chain. For application to gas leak events, the decision-making process is executed to confirm the feasibility of the proposed decision-making process modeling method and the flexibility of the eleven-tuple information structure.

The coastal zone and offshore are clearly of major economic and social importance, in thesame time it causes a series of problems of resources and ecosystem too. The research on and development of integrated application techniques for remote sensing provide not only a microcosmic and dynamic and synchronous technical means to the monitor, but also an integrated technical scheme to harmonically solve the ecological environment problem. The system is designed to focus on the application techniques of multi-sources remote sensing data. By developing remote sensing information extraction module, integrated user platform, and application module objected to the real ocean procedure for China' s coastal zone and offshore, the information system consists of the management of prodigious amount of data, display, analysis, simulation and output will be constructed and implemented. The final objective is to transform the research on ocean remote sensing into application.

This paper proposes a theoretical framework of spatial information sharing in a digital city, and analyzes its technical characteristics. According to the service-oriented architecture (SOA) framework, a geospatial information sharing platform is put forward. The spatial information sharing model based on SOA is designed. A prototype platform realizing multiple-source spatial information sharing based on ArcGIS Server is developed.

Within the framework of diferential augmentation,this paper introduces the basic technical framework and performance of the BeiDou Global Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3)Satellite-Based Augmentation System(BDSBAS),including orbit products,satellite clock ofset products,ionosphere and its integrity *** basic principle of BDS-3 Precise Point Positioning(PPP-B2b)is expounded,the similarities and diferences between the PPP service provided by BDS-3 and International Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)service(IGS)are discussed,and the limitations of PPP-B2b are *** both the BDSBAS and PPP-B2b utilize a ground monitoring station network to determine the satellite orbits and clock ofset corrections,and broadcast diferential corrections through the three Geostationary Orbit(GEO)satellites of BDS-3,the feasibility of the co-construction of BDSBAS and PPP-B2b is analyzed,strategies for the infrastructure sharing and correction broadcasting are presented,and the infuences of BDSBAS correction broadcasting strategy adjustment are *** addition,it assesses the possibility of broadcasting diferential corrections through the Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit(IGSO)satellites of BDS-3,and the feasibility of augmenting satellite navigation with Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellites.

This paper presents a novel approach for assessing the precision of the wet refractivity field using BDS （BeiDou navigation satellite system） simulations only,GPS,and BDS＋GPS for the Shenzhen and Hongkong GNSS *** simulations are carried out by adding artificial noise to a real observation *** of using the δ and σ parameters computed from slant wet delay,as in previous studies,we employ the Bias and RMS parameters,computed from the tomography results of total voxels,in order to obtain a more direct and comprehensive evaluation of the precision of the refractivity field *** results show that：（1） the precision of tropospheric wet refractivity estimated using BDS alone （only 9 satellites used） is basically comparable to that of GPS; （2） BDS＋GPS （as of current operation） may not be able to significantly improve the data＇s spatial density for the application of refractivity tomography; and （3） any slight increase in the precision of refractivity tomography,particularly in the lower atmosphere,bears great significance for any applications dependent on the Chinese operational meteorological service.

The progressive transition from digital to smart cities has become a reality in recent *** on the fundamental concept of smart cities,along with their supporting techniques,have attracted unprecedented *** study first discusses the concept of smart cities,where it is pointed out that the real city and the digital city can be integrated into a smart city by using ubiquitous sensor networks(USN)or the Internet of *** intelligent services for city management and public services can be provided in smart cities through massive and complex calculation,analysis,and data mining on cloud computing platforms.A smart city’s representative characteristics are summarized here to demonstrate that smart cities are superior for offering technical securities and intelligent *** municipal supervision,smart transportation,smart environment monitoring,and smart tourism are used as examples to support the discussion.

Calibration of GPS receivers based on IGS and CORS techniques

Concerning the traditional methods,more technical details and more strict conditions are required for global positioning system(GPS)receiver’s calibration especially for mid and long baseline which influenced by the environment around easily,and more investigations have to be *** this paper,a new method on how to calibrate GPS receivers is suggested,which is based on the convenient condition that Kunming has one international GPS service station and its own continuously operating reference stations,and the method is confirmed by a test using six different types of GPS *** with the traditional methods,the new method is more efficient by decreasing routine calibration works up to 50%.
