In this context, traditional building crafts craftsman in artistic conception is under the control, use the appropriate tools or equipment, according to the ages, follow the way from raw material acquisition, manufacture components to install molding, to complete a post-renovation process technology ; endangered intangible cultural heritage in urgent need of rescue and system protection. In this paper, the current status of our architectural heritage protection process, analyzes the signi？ cance of the protection framework and ideas, discuss their research methods to analyze the feasibility of building process aimed at promoting heritage protection process, to resolve the current architectural Heritage Protection the “lost technology” and “craftsman team fault,” the urgent problem for protection policies provide reference formulation. On the building process is about building sophisticated cognitive system theory and principles and methods of generation, including the principle of building technology, building technology system structure, and evolution of construction technology paradigm, Chinese modern architecture and sophisticated analysis of the problem 4 to improve its strategy part of a chain, the development of theory and practice in the field of architecture will have far-reaching significance. There is a neglect of traditional building technology issues in the protection of architectural heritage, traditional construction technology plays an important role in the building heritage protection system. Our architectural heritage protection from the perspective of the role of traditional Chinese architecture technology and explore effective ways to protect and respect their heritage.

With the increasing demand for security,building strong barrier coverage in directional sensor networks is important for effectively detecting un-authorized *** this paper,we propose an efficient scheme to form the strong barrier coverage by adding the mobile nodes one by one into the *** first present the concept of target circle which determines the appropriate residence region and working direction of any candidate node to be *** we select the optimal relay sensor to be added into the current barrier based on its input-output ratio(barrier weight)which reflects the extension of barrier *** strategy looses the demand of minimal required sensor nodes(maximal gain of each sensor)or maximal lifetime of one single barrier,leading to an augmentation of sensors to be *** simulation results show that,compared with the available schemes,the proposed method significantly reduces the minimal deploy density required to establish k-barrier,and increases the total service lifetime with a high deploy efficiency.

A high-quality ZnGeP_(2)(ZGP)single crystal with large size ofΦ30 mm×80 mm was grown by a modified vertical Bridgman *** wafers were annealed with ZGP polycrystalline powder for 300 h at 550,600 and 650℃,*** as-grown and annealed crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),IR microscope and energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).Results show that the quality of all wafers is improved evidently after annealing and the optimum annealing temperature obtained is 600℃.The IR transmittance of the wafer measured by FTIR is up to 56.78%at wavelength of 2.0μm nearby and exceeds 59.00%in the wavelength range of 3.0-8.0μ*** deviations from stoichiometry decrease,and the homogeneity of the crystal is also improved after *** this paper,scanning infrared map was proposed as a new nondestructive method to evaluate optical quality and homogeneity of crystal through comparing the IR transmittance with the three-dimensional IR spectral contour map.

Ginkgo biloba is grown worldwide as an ornamental plant for its golden leaf ***,the regulatory mechanism of leaf coloration in *** remains ***,we compared *** gold-colored mutant leaves and normal green leaves in cytological,physiological and transcriptomic *** found that chloroplasts of the mutant were fewer and smaller,and exhibited ruptured thylakoid membranes,indistinct stromal lamellae and irregularly arranged *** experiments also showed that the mutant had a lower chlorophyll,lower flavonoid and higher carotenoid contents(especially lutein).We further used transcriptomic sequencing to identify 116 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and 46 transcription factors(TFs)involved in chloroplast development,chlorophyll metabolism,pigment biosynthesis and *** these,the chlorophyll biosynthesis-related PPO showed down-regulation,while chlorophyll degradation-related NYC/NOL had up-regulated expression in mutant leaves.Z-ISO,ZDS,and LCYE,which are involved in carotenoid biosynthesis were *** real-time PCR(RT-qPCR)further confirmed the altered expression levels of these genes at three *** alteration of PPO and NYC/NOL gene expression might affect chlorophyll biosynthesis and promote degradation of chlorophyll b to chlorophyll a,while the up-regulated genes Z-ISO,ZDS and LCYE enhanced carotenoid ***,changes in the ratio of carotenoids to chlorophylls were the main factors driving the golden leaf coloration in the mutant ***.

Somatic embryogenesis(SE)is an effective approach of in vitro regeneration that depends on plant cell ***,largely unknown of molecular mechanisms of SE in woody plants such as Chinese chestnut(Castanea mollissima Blume),limits the development of the woody plant ***,we report the MADS-box transcription factor Cm AGL11 in Chinese *** AGL11 transcripts specifically accumulated in the globular *** of Cm AGL11 in chestnut callus enhanced its SE capacity,and the development of somatic embryos occurred significantly faster than in the ***-seq results showed that Cm AGL11 affects the expression of several genes related to the gibberellin,auxin,and ethylene ***,the analysis of DNA methylation status indicated that the promoter methylation plays a role in regulation of Cm AGL11 expression during *** results demonstrated that Cm AGL11 plays an important role in the SE process in Chinese chestnut,possibly by regulating gibberellin,auxin,and ethylene *** will help establish an efficient platform to accelerate genetic improvement and germplasm innovation in Chinese chestnut.

AIM: To investigate the effect of N-(4-hydrophenyl) retinamide (4-HPR), the derivative of retinoic acid, on inhibition of migration, invasion, cell growth, and induction of apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HCCs) and malignant melanoma ***: 4-HPR was chemically synthesized. Cellular migration and invasion were assayed by Borden chamber experiment. Cell growth was assayed by MTT *** effect was measured using Hoechst 32258 staining and flow cytometry. Gene transfection was performed with ***: We observed that the migration of HCC and melanoma cells was significantly suppressed by 4-HPR and the migration cells were reduced to 58±5.03 (control 201±27.2, P＜0.05, n = 4) in SMMC 7721-k3 HCC, and to 254±25.04 (control 302±30.1, P＜0.05, n = 4) in melanoma cells after 6-h incubation with 4-HPR. The invasion through reconstituted basement membrane was also significantly reduced by 4-HPR treatment to 11.2±3.3 in SMMC 7721-k3 HCC (control 27±13.1), and to 24.3±3.2 in melanoma cells (control 67.5±10.1, P＜0.05, n = 3). Cell growth, especially in melanoma cells, was also significantly ***, 3 μmol/L of 4-HPR induced apoptosis in B16 melanoma cells (37.11±0.94%) more significantly than all-trans retinoic acid (P＜0.05), but it failed to induce apoptosis in SMMC 7721-k3 HCC. The mechanism for 4-HPR-induced apoptosis was not clear, but we observed that 4-HPR could regulate p27kip1, and overexpression of cerebroside sulfotransferase (CST) diminished the apoptosis induced by 4-HPR in melanoma ***: 4-HPR is a potent inhibitor of HCC migration and inducer of melanoma cell apoptosis. CST and p27kip1 expression might be associated with 4-HPR-induced apoptosis.

Exploiting the concept of the dinuclear system,the interaction potential energy of two fragments that are quite close to each other is analyzed.A semi-classical method is used to calculate fission fragment yields using a simplified two-dimensional scission-point *** considering the tip-to-tip orientation at the scission point of the fission process,we investigate the mass,charge,and kinetic-energy distributions of the fission fragments,for excitation energies in the 0-20 MeV *** results show that the fission fragment distributions are reproduced quite well,including the recent experimental results for the isotone chain[D Ramos et ***.C 97,054612(2018)].Thus,the simplified model is useful for multi-parameter global measurements of fission products.

The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum. Both sets of results showed good consistency in the 0-12 ke Vee energy range, except for the 8.0 keV K-shell X-ray peak from the external copper.

Background Pentraxin 3 （PTX3） is expressed in the heart under inflammatory conditions and plays an important role in atherogenesis. Patients with increased PTX3 levels may suffer from higher rates of cardiac events. Regulation of specific genes by promoter methylation is important in atherogenesis. The factors influencing PTX3 levels and the association between epigenetics and PTX3 levels have not been investigated. Methods Blood samples were collected from 64 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology, 35 who had coronary artery disease （CAD）, and 29 who were CAD-free. Plasma levels of PTX3 were measured by ELISA. PTX3 promoter methylation was evaluated via methyl-specific PCR. The severity of coronary artery lesion was evaluated by angiography. Results The level of PTX3 promoter methylation in the CAD group was 62.69% ± 20.57%, significantly lower than that of the CAD-free group, which was 72.45% ± 11.84% （P = 0.03）. Lower PTX3 promoter methylation levels in the CAD group were associated with higher plasma PTX3 concentrations （r = -0.29, P = 0.02）. Furthermore, lower PTX3 promoter methylation levels were associated with higher neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio （NLR） in men （r = -0.58, P = 0.002）. Conclusions The present study provides new evidence that methylation of the PTX3 promoter is associated with PTX3 plasma levels and NLR in coronary artery disease. This study also shows that modification of epigenetics by chronic inflamma- tion might be a significant molecular mechanism in the atherosclerotic processes that influence plasma PTX3 concentrations.
