Analyze the Performance of Electroactive Anticorrosion Coating of Medical Magnesium Alloy Using Deep Learning

Electroactive anticorrosion coatings are specialized surface treatments that prevent or minimize corrosion. Thestudy employs strategic thermodynamic equilibriumcalculations to pioneer a novel factor in corrosion protection.A first-time proposal, the total acidity (TA) potential of the hydrogen (pH) concept significantly shapes medicalmagnesium alloys. These coatings are meticulously designed for robust corrosion resistance, blending theoreticalinsights and practical applications to enhance our grasp of corrosion prevention mechanisms and establisha systematic approach to coating design. The groundbreaking significance of this study lies in its innovativeintegration of the TA/pH concept,which encompasses the TA/pH ratio of the chemical environment. This approachsurpasses convention by acknowledging the intricate interplay between the acidity and pH levels within thecoating formulation, thereby optimizing metal-phosphate-based conversion coatings and transforming corrosionmitigation strategies. To authenticate the TA/pH concept, the study comprehensively compares its findings withexisting research, rigorously validating the theoretical framework and reinforcing the correlates among TA/pHvalues and observed corrosion resistance in the coatings. The influence of mutations that occur naturally inthe detergent solution on persistent phosphorus changes is shown by empirical confirmation, which improvescorrosion resistance. This realization advances the field ofmaterials and the field’s knowledge of coated generation,particularly anticorrosion converter layers.

Effect of rare earth on primary carbides in H13 die steel and their addition method:a review

A railway Fastener Inspection Method Based on Abnormal Sample Generation

Regular fastener detection is necessary to ensure the safety of ***,the number of abnormal fasteners is significantly lower than the number of normal fasteners in real *** supervised inspectionmethods have insufficient detection ability in cases of imbalanced *** solve this problem,we propose an approach based on deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs),which consists of three stages:fastener localization,abnormal fastener sample generation based on saliency detection,and fastener state ***,a lightweight YOLOv5s is designed to achieve fast and precise localization of fastener ***,the foreground clip region of a fastener image is extracted by the designed fastener saliency detection network(F-SDNet),combined with data augmentation to generate a large number of abnormal fastener samples and balance the number of abnormal and normal ***,a fastener inspection model called Fastener ResNet-8 is constructed by being trained with the augmented fastener *** show the effectiveness of our proposed method in solving the problem of sample imbalance in fastener *** and quantitative comparisons show that the proposed F-SDNet outperforms other state-of-the-art methods in clip region extraction,reaching MAE and max F-measure of 0.0215 and 0.9635,*** addition,the FPS of the fastener state inspection model reached 86.2,and the average accuracy reached 98.7%on 614 augmented fastener test sets and 99.9%on 7505 real fastener datasets.

A VNS-NPGA Approach to Multi-Objective Optimization of Hub-and-spoke Logistics Network

To realize low-cost freight transport in the logistics network and improve the network operation efficiency， a multi-objective optimization model and the corresponding algorithm for a hub-and-spoke logistics network are proposed based on the multi-level location of hub points and channels layout. By considering the structure of the multi-level hub-and-spoke logistics network and the features of the connectivity between the hub and spoke points， the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with two objectives of minimizing the total network operation costs and the total network service time. By considering the characteristics of decision variables and models， a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS)-Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm (NPGA) approach with a three-stage encoding structure chromosome is proposed， where the VNS algorithm nested in NPGA is used for individual variable neighborhood search to optimize individual channel level genes， and NPGA is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS-NPGA approach， a real-life case study based on a small-scale Australia Post data set was conducted， and 25 nodes of the Australia Post and 14 nodes of the Gansu Province 3-level hub-and-spoke logistics networks were established， respectively. The analysis results indicated that the network structure of multi-level hub points could avoid the detour problem existing in the traditional hub-and-spoke network， and showed better applicability in the narrow geographical structure. Compared to the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms， VNS-NPGA can obtain better solutions through the distributed optimization of channel levels， avoiding the problem that a single algorithm cannot effectively deal with coupling relationships in genes.

Preparation and Characterization of Anthracenecarboxylic Acid Doped Polyaniline Thin Films

Doped polyaniline films were prepared with electrochemistry method. A small conjugated molecule; anthracenecarboxylic acid （2-ACA）, was used as the dopant, considering its electrical activeness due to the conjugated π-π structure. Film morphology of doped and undoped polyaniline samples was investigated. The corresponding changes in optical and electrical properties after ACA doping were discussed. By measuring and calculating their energy level distribution, a promising application of polyaniline thin films as buffer layer in optic-electric devices is expectable.

The numerical simulation program of PFC2D(Particle Flow Code in 2 Dimension)particle flow based on the flow-solid coupling principle and,on its built-in FISHTANK function library and FISH language,defines the flow equation and pressure equation of fluid domain respectively,and carries out numerical simulation calculations on the diffusion process and,on the morphology and particle displacement of slurry during the slurry injection *** adjusting the parameters of hist,n_bond,s_bond and measure in the PFC command flow,the tracking of granular body displacement changes is achieved,and the mesoscopic mechanism such as the diffusion law of soil slurry at different depths and the change of formation porosity is *** numerical calculations show that:the grouting pressure has a significant effect on the alteration and destruction of the formation structure,and the fracturing effect becomes gradually worse with increasing adhesive strength,while the porosity increases significantly with increasing grouting *** on the elastic-plastic theory of the Mohr-Colomb criterion to theoretically derive the stress field of the soil around the borehole,it is pointed out that the mechanical mechanism of annular tension and radial compression is the fundamental reason for the appearance of fracturing grouting action *** increase of slurry viscosity is beneficial to improve the grouting effect of fracturing-compacting grouting,while the increase of friction coefficient has little effect on the grouting *** comparative analysis of the laboratory tests shows that the PFC2D simulation of the grouting process is feasible.
