A new theoretical method is proposed in the electrochemical measurement to obtain therelationship between flow parameter and the electrode current under the existence of ion migration *** this way the measurement of local mass transfer coefficient,wall shear stress and liquid veloc-ity are presented and the experiment results are also described.

Location based services(LBS)are widely utilized,and determining the location of users’IP is the foundation for *** by unstable delay and insufficient landmarks,the existing geolocation algorithms have problems such as low geolocation accuracy and uncertain geolocation error,difficult to meet the requirements of LBS for accuracy and reliability.A new IP geolocation algorithm based on router error training is proposed in this manuscript to improve the accuracy of geolocation results and obtain the current geolocation error ***,bootstrapping is utilized to divide the landmark data into training set and verification set,and/24 subnet distribution is utilized to extend the training ***,the path detection is performed on nodes in the three data sets respectively to extract the metropolitan area network(MAN)of the target city,and the geolocation result and error of each router in MAN are obtained by training the detection ***,the MAN is utilized to get the target’s *** on China’s 24,254 IP geolocation experiments,the proposed algorithm has higher geolocation accuracy and lower median error than existing typical geolocation algorithms LBG,SLG,NNG and RNBG,and in most cases the difference is less than 10km between estimated error and actual error.

The effects of fluoride ions(F^(-)) on the electrochemical behavior and coordination properties of titanium ions(Ti^(n+)) were studied in this work,by combining electrochemical and mathematical analysis as well as spectral *** α was taken as a factor to indicate the molar concentration ratio of F^(-) and Ti^(n+).Cyclic voltammetry(CV),square wave voltammetry(SWV),and open circuit potential method(OCP)were used to study the electrochemical behavior of titanium ions under conditions of various α,and in-situ sampler was used to prepare molten salt samples when α equal to 0.0,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,and *** then,samples were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Raman *** results showed that F^(-) in molten salt can reduce the reduction steps of titanium ions and greatly affects the proportion of valence titanium ions which making the high-valence titanium content increased and more ***^(2+) cannot be detected in the molten salt when α is higher than 3.0 and finally transferred to titanium ions with higher valence *** revealed that the mechanism behind those phenomenon is the coordination compounds(TiCl_(j) F_(i)^(m-)) forming.

The following Poisson’s equation with the Stokes’ boundary condition is dealt with outside S, at infinity,where S is reference ellipsoid. Under spherical approximation transformation, the ellipsoidal correction terms about the boundary condition, the equation and the density in the above BVP are respectively given. Therefore, the disturbing potential T can be obtained if the magnitudes above O(ε4) are neglected.

A new medium-temperature (200-400 °C) adsorbent material for oxygen removal and air separation, YBaCo4O7+δ, was prepared by the solid-state reaction method. This new adsorbent could adsorb a large quantity of oxygen in the temperature range of 200-370 °C. Adsorbed oxygen could be released by raising temperature over 400 °C or by switching the atmosphere from oxygen to nitrogen. This oxygen adsorption and desorption process had good reproducibility. Taking advantage of this unique oxygen intake/release behavior, a nitrogen purification process was investigated. The results showed that YBaCo4O7+δ material was a promising candidate for the oxygen sorption process and could be used to produce high-purity nitrogen or to remove trace oxygen from other gases.

As the core technology of optical networks virtualization, virtual optical network embedding(VONE) enables multiple virtual network requests to share substrate elastic optical network(EON) resources simultaneously and hence has been applicated in edge computing scenarios. In this paper, we propose a reinforced virtual optical network embedding(R-VONE) algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL) to optimize network embedding policies automatically. The network resource attributes are extracted as the environment state for model training, based on which DRL agent can deduce the node embedding probability. Experimental results indicate that R-VONE presents a significant advantage with lower blocking probability and higher resource utilization.

The electrochemical reaction rate strongly depends on the pH of the solution and the relatively sluggish alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)process,attributed to alterations in the type of proton donor and binding energy,has consistently presented a significant ***,we report a new method for boosting alkaline HER via spontaneous built-in electric field strategy employed on cobalt phosphide nanofibers(NFs)*** anion-cation dual-introduction of V and N on the NFs not only increases the electrochemical surface area but also enhances the catalytic activity,thereby elevating the performance of alkaline *** investigation strategy combining experiments and calculations revealed the charge transfer law between multiple active components and the enhanced regulation mechanism of alkaline HER process,ultimately achieving a nearly twice increase in reaction overpotential of the as-fabricated catalyst at-10 mA·cm^(-2).This new approach provides a potential strategy for improving the efficiency of core catalyst for energy conversion technologies.
