Single-station passive localization technology avoids the complex time synchronization and information exchange between multiple observatories, and is increasingly important in electronic warfare. Based on a single moving station localization system, a new method with high localization precision and numerical stability is proposed when the measurements from multiple disjoint sources are subject to the same station position and velocity displacement. According to the available measurements including the angle-of-arrival(AOA), time-of-arrival(TOA), and frequency-of-arrival(FOA), the corresponding pseudo linear equations are deduced. Based on this, a structural total least squares(STLS) optimization model is developed and the inverse iteration algorithm is used to obtain the stationary target location. The localization performance of the STLS localization algorithm is derived, and it is strictly proved that the theoretical performance of the STLS method is consistent with that of the constrained total least squares method under first-order error analysis, both of which can achieve the Cramér-Rao lower bound accuracy. Simulation results show the validity of the theoretical derivation and superiority of the new algorithm.

Combined public key （CPK） cryptography does not need certificates to guarantee the authenticity of public keys and avoids the inherent key escrow problem of identity-based cryptography. Based on the efficient CPK scheme, we present an efficient three-round two-party authenticated key exchange protocol with strong security, which is provably secure in the standard model under the decisional Diffie-Hellman （DDH） assumption. The protocol can keep the session key secret from the adversary except that one party＇s ephemeral private key and static private key are all revealed to the adversary. Compared to the existing protocols, this protocol not only assures strong security but also is more efficient.

In order to improve the intelligence of the English teaching management, so as to improve the English teaching resource scheduling and sharing ability, a design method of teaching management system is proposed based on Web. The system adopts Web network architecture design, mainly it is divided into MUC main control module, database module, data management module and man-machine interaction module, Network management and online scheduling of English teaching resources are obtained based on C/S framework, data exchange of English teaching resources is realized on client side and server side, the control component of the English teaching resource distribution database uses MBM29LV400BC as the logic decoding controller. The intelligent algorithm is used to analyze the big data to realize the scheduling and access control of the English teaching management system resources. The test results show that the design of the English teaching management system has good resource scheduling and database construction ability, and the overall intelligence of the system is better.

The design and analysis of authenticated key exchange protocol is an important problem in information security area. At present, extended Canetti-Krawczyk (eCK) model provides the strongest definition of security for two party key agreement protocol, however most of the current secure protocols can not be prove to secure without Gap assumption. To avoid this phenomenon, by using twinning key technology we propose a new two party key agreement protocol TUP which is obtained by modifying the UP protocol, then in conjunction with the trapdoor test, we prove strictly that the new protocol is secure in eCK model. Compared with previous protocols, the security assumption of new proposal is more standard and weaker, and it also solves an open problem in ProvSec'09.

We presented a simple and efficient password-based encrypted key exchange protocol that allows a user to establish secure session keys with remote servers from client terminals in low resource environments. He does not need to carry smart card storing his private information but just needs to know his identity and password. For this purpose, the scheme was implemented over elliptic curves because of their well-known advantages with regard to processing and size constraints. Furthermore, the scheme is provably secure under the assumptions that the hash function closely behaves like a random oracle and that the elliptic curve computational Diffie-Hellman problem is difficult.

Mobile commerce uses wireless device and wireless link to result in the transfer of values in exchange of information, services or goods. Wireless mobile ad hoc networks （MANETs） will bring a revolution to the business model of mobile commerce if such networks are used as the underlying network technology for mobile commerce. Mobile commerce will remain in a niche market until the security issue is properly addressed. Hence, security is also very important for MANET applications in mobile commerce. Robust key management is one of the most crucial technologies for security of MANETs. In this paper, a new solution for key management is proposed using identity-based （ID-based） signcryption and threshold secret sharing. It enables flexible and efficient key management while respecting the constraints of MANETs. In our solution, each mobile host uses its globally unique identity as its public key. It greatly decreases the computation and storage costs of mobile hosts, as well as communication cost for system key management.
