The objective of this study was to isolate and identify the intracellular bioactive peptides from mouse lymphocytes before and after lipopolysaccharide(LPS)stimulation,to explore novel peptides and to research the bioactive *** spleen lymphocytes were isolated and cultured with LPS stimulation(experimental group)or not(co.trol group)to co.lect intracellular *** 385 peptides were analyzed by nanoliter liquid phase-Q Exactive quadrupole ultra-high resolution orbitrap mass spectrometer(Nano LC-Q Exactive Plus)and identifi ed by PEAKS X *** co.pared with peptides reported,131 novel peptides were disco.ered,which then were predicted bioactivity by Peptide Ranker and 6 peptides with high bioactivity were predicted function by BIOPEP-UMW *** data showed that they may have dipeptidyl peptidase IV(DPP-IV)inhibitory ***,two peptides showed better potent inhibition were verifi ed with co.petitive and nonco.petitive modes.

As an emerging visual task,vehicle re-identification refers to the identification of the same vehicle across multiple ***,we propose a novel vehicle re-identification method that uses an improved ResNet-50 architecture and utilizes the topology information of a surveillance network to rerank the final *** the training stage,we apply several data augmentation approaches to expand our training data and increase their diversity in a co.t-effective *** reform the original RestNet-50 architecture by adding non-local blocks to implement the attention mechanism and replacing part of the batch normalization operations with instance batch *** obtaining preliminary results from the proposed model,we use the reranking algorithm,whose co.e function is to improve the similarity sco.es of all images on the most likely path that the vehicle tends to appear to optimize the final *** with most existing state-of-the-art methods,our method is lighter,requires less data annotation,and offers co.petitive performance.

Analyzing a vehicle’s abnormal behavior in surveillance videos is a challenging field,mainly due to the wide variety of anomaly cases and the co.plexity of surveillance *** this study,a novel intelligent vehicle behavior analysis framework based on a digital twin is ***,detecting vehicles based on deep learning is implemented,and Kalman filtering and feature matching are used to track ***,the tracked vehicle is mapped to a digital-twin virtual scene developed in the Unity game engine,and each vehicle’s behavior is tested acco.ding to the customized detection co.ditions set up in the *** stored behavior data can be used to reco.struct the scene again in Unity for a seco.dary *** experimental results using real videos from traffic cameras illustrate that the detection rate of the proposed framework is close to that of the state-of-the-art abnormal event detection *** addition,the implementation and analysis process show the usability,generalization,and effectiveness of the proposed framework.

The increasing severity of ground subsidence,ground fissure and other disasters caused by the excessive exploitation of deep underground resources has highlighted the pressing need for effective management.A significant co.tributing factor to the challenges faced is the inadequacy of existing soil mechanics experimental instruments in providing effective indicators,creating a bottleneck in co.prehensively understanding the mechanisms of land *** is urgent to develop a multi-field and multi-functional soil mechanics experimental system to address this *** soil mechanics theories,the existing manufacturing capabilities of triaxial apparatus and the practical demands of the test system,a set of multi-field co.pled high-pressure triaxial system is developed tailored for testing deep soils(at depths of approximately 3000 m)and soft *** system inco.porates specialized design elements such as high-pressure chamber and horizontal deformation testing *** addition to the co.ventional triaxial tester functions,its distinctive feature enco.pass a horizontal deformation tracking measuring device,a water release testing device and temperature co.trol device for the *** ensemble facilitates testing of horizontal and vertical deformation water release and other parameters of samples under a specified stress co.ditions,at co.stant or varying temperature ranging from-40℃–90℃.The accuracy of the tested parameters meets the requirements of relevant current *** test system not only provides scientifically robust data for revealing the deformation and failure mechanism of soil subjected to extreme temperature,but also offers critical data support for major engineering projects,deep exploration and mitigation efforts related to soil deformation-induced disaster.

There exist three types of nonlinear problems in large deformation processes of deep softrock engineering, i.e., nonlin- earity caused by material, geometrical and co.tact boundary. In this paper, the numerical method to tackle the nonlinear eontact and large deformation problem in A software on Large Deformation Analysis for Soft Rock Engineering at Great Depth was presented. In the software, based on Lagrange multiplier method and co.lomb friction law, kinematic co.straints on co.tact boundaries were introduced in functional function, and the finite element equations was established for two incremental large deformation analyses models, polar deco.position model and additive deco.position model. For every incremental loading step, by searching for the co.tact points in the potential co.tact interfaces （the excavation boundaries）, the Lagrange multipliers, i.e., co.tact forces are cal- culated iteratively by Gauss-Seidel method, and justified through satisfy the inequalities of static co.straint on co.tact boundaries. With the software, large deformation and frictional co.tact of a transport roadway were analyzed numerically by the two models. The numerical examples demonstrated the efficiency of the method used in the software.

Seismic data interpolation,especially irregularly sampled data interpolation,is a critical task for seismic processing and subsequent ***,with the development of machine learning and deep learning,co.volutional neural networks(CNNs)are applied for interpolating irregularly sampled seismic *** based approaches can address the apparent defects of traditional interpolation methods,such as the low co.putational efficiency and the difficulty on parameters ***,current CNN based methods only co.sider the temporal and spatial features of irregularly sampled seismic data,which fail to co.sider the frequency features of seismic data,i.e.,the multi-scale *** overco.e these drawbacks,we propose a wavelet-based co.volutional block attention deep learning(W-CBADL)network for irregularly sampled seismic data *** firstly introduce the discrete wavelet transform(DWT)and the inverse wavelet transform(IWT)to the co.monly used U-Net by co.sidering the multi-scale features of irregularly sampled seismic ***,we propose to adopt the co.volutional block attention module(CBAM)to precisely restore sampled seismic traces,which co.ld apply the attention to both channel and spatial ***,we adopt the proposed W-CBADL model to synthetic and pre-stack field data to evaluate its validity and *** results demonstrate that the proposed W-CBADL model co.ld reco.struct irregularly sampled seismic data more effectively and more efficiently than the state-of-the-art co.trastive CNN based models.

Pin and socket co.tacts are the key parts of electrical co.nector as aerospace electronic co.ponents. The co.tacts are also the direct carriers for signal transmitting of electronic equipments, passing the signal from the input end to the output end of electrical co.nector. The reliability of pin and socket co.tacts directly influences signal transmission. The goal of this study is to enhance the co.tact reliability of aerospace electrical co.nector. co.puter simulation analysis was made on co.tacts performance data by utilizing the simulation system developed by PCL Language of MSC software. Furthermore, the results were experi- mentally validated so as to realize the objective of optimizing co.tacts design.
