We propose a novel dynamic traffic signal co.rdination method that takes acco.nt of the special traffic flow characteristics of urban arterial roads. The co.e of this method includes a co.trol area division module and a signal co.rdination co.trol module. Firstly, we analyze and model the influences of segment distance, traffic flow density, and signal cycle time on the co.relation degree between two neighboring intersections. Then, we propose a fuzzy co.puting method to estimate the co.relation degree based on a hierarchical structure and a method to divide the co.trol area of urban arterial roads into subareas based on co.relation degrees. Subarea co.rdination co.trol arithmetic is used to calculate the public cycle time of the co.trol subarea, up-run offset and down-run offset of the section, and the split of each intersection. An application of the method in Shaoxing City, zhejiang Province, China shows that the method can reduce the average travel time and the average stop rate effectively.

The Regional Integrated Energy System(RIES)has brought new modes of development,utilization,co.version,storage of *** introduction of Soft Open Point(SOP)and the application of Power to Gas(P2G)technology will greatly deepen the co.pling of the electricity-gas integrated energy system,improve the flexibility and safety of the operation of the power system,and bring a deal of benefits to the power *** this background,an optimal dispatch model of RIES co.bined co.d,heat,gas and electricity with SOP is ***,RIES architecture with SOP and P2G is designed and its mathematical model also is ***,on the basis of co.sidering the optimal scheduling of co.bined co.d,heat,gas and electricity,the optimal scheduling model for RIES was *** that,the original model is transformed into a mixed-integer seco.d-order co.e programming model by using linearization and seco.d-order co.e relaxation techniques,and the CPLEX solver is invoked to solve the optimization ***,the modified IEEE 33-bus systemis used to analyze the benefits of SOP,P2G technology and lithium bromide absorption chillers in reducing systemnetwork loss and co.t,as well as improving the system’s ability to absorb wind and solar and operating safety.

Safety production is of great significance to the development of enterprises and *** often cause great losses because of the particularity environment of electric ***,it is important to improve the safety supervision and protection in the electric power *** this paper,we simulate the actual electric power operation scenario by monitoring equipment and propose a real-time detection method of illegal actions based on human body key points to ensure safety behavior in real *** this method,the human body key points in video frames were first extracted by the high-resolution network,and then classified in real time by spatial-temporal graph co.volutional *** results show that this method can effectively detect illegal actions in the simulated scene.

Magnetic skyrmions, with topologically protected particle-like magnetization co.figurations, are promising information carriers for future spintronics devices with ultralow energy co.sumption. Generally, during motion, skyrmions suffer from the skyrmion Hall effect(Sk HE) wherein the skyrmions deflect away from the intended path of the driving *** methods have been proposed to avoid this detrimental effect. In this study, we propose co.trollable alternating current(AC)-driven skyrmion propagation in a ferromagnetic nanowire based on co.bination of gate-voltage-co.trolled magnetic anisotropy(VCMA) and Sk HE. Micromagnetic simulations show that a skyrmion oscillatory closed-loop-like in situ motion driven by AC can be transformed into directional ratchet-like propagation along the nanotrack by creating a VCMA-gate barrier. Additionally, we show that the skyrmion propagation co.ditions depend on the gate barrier potential and driving AC parameters, and they can be used for the optimal design of nanotrack devices. Moreover, this mechanism co.ld be used to co.trol skyrmion macrosco.ic propagation directions by dynamically alternating the voltage of another series of gates. We further show the dynamic co.trol of the long-distance propagation of skyrmions along with the pinning state. The study results provide a promising route for designing future skyrmion-based spintronics logical and memory devices.

A new on-chip temperature co.pensation circuit for a GaAs-based HBT RF amplifier applied to wireless co.munication is *** simple co.pensation circuit is co.posed of one GaAs HBT and five resistors with various values,which allow the power amplifier to achieve better thermal characteristics with a little degradation in *** effectively co.pensates for the temperature variation of the gain and the output power of the power amplifier by regulating the base quiescent bias *** temperature co.pensation circuit is applied to a 3-stage integrated power amplifier for wireless co.munication applications,which results in an improvement in the gain variation from 4.0 to 1.1 dB in the temperature range between -20 and ＋80℃.

Both D-stability and finite L2-gain properties are studiedfor a class of uncertain discrete-time systems with timevaryingnetwork-induced delays. By using co.rdinate transformand delay partition, the D-stability and H∞ performance problemsfor such networked co.trol systems （NCSs） are equivalentlytransferred into the co.responding problems for switching systemswith arbitrary switching. Then, a sufficient co.dition for the existenceof the robust D-stabilizing co.trollers is derived in termsof linear matrix inequality （LMI）, and the design method is alsopresented for the state feedback co.trollers which guarantee thatall the closed-loop poles remain inside the specified disk D（α,r）and the desired disturbance attenuation level. Finally, an illustrativeexample is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposedresults.

ATPG for very large scale integrated circuit designs is an important problem in industry. With the advent of SOC designs, testing and verification of the co.e-based designs beco.e a challenging problem. This paper presents an algebraic test generation algorithm with unspecified variable assignments. Given a stuck at fault of the circuit with unspecified signals, the proposed algorithm uses a new enco.ing scheme for unspecified variable assignments, and solves the Boolean satisfiability formula representing the Boolean difference to obtain a test pattern. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

Effect of co.e Angle on the Hydraulic Characteristics of Globe co.trol Valve

Globe co.trol valve is widely used in chemical, petroleum and hydraulic industries, and its throttling feature is achieved by the adopting of valve plug. However, very limited information is available in literature regarding the influence of valve plug on the internal and external features in globe co.trol valves. Thus the effect of valve plug is studied by CFD and experiment in this paper. It is obtained from external features that the pressure drop between upstream and downstream pressure-sampling position increases exponentially with flow rate. And for small valve opening, the increment of pressure drop decreases with the increase of co.e angle（β）. However, with the increase of valve opening, the effect of co.e angle diminishes significantly. It is also found that the co.e angle has little effect on flow co.fficient（Cv） when the valve opening is larger than 70%. But for the cases less than 70%, Cv curve varies from an arc to a straight line. The variation of valve performance is caused by the change of internal flow. The results of internal flow show that co.e angle has negligible effect on flow properties for the cases of valve opening larger than 70%. However, when valve opening is smaller than 70%, the pressure drop of orifice decreases with the increase of β, making the reduction in value and sco.e of the high speed zone around the co.ical surface of valve plug, and then results in a decreasing intensity of adjacent downstream vortex. Meanwhile, it is co.cluded from the results that the increase of co.e angle will be beneficial for the anti-cavitation and anti-erosion of globe co.trol valve. This paper focuses on the internal and external features of globe co.trol valve that caused by the variation of co.e angle, arriving at some results beneficial for the design and usage of globe co.trol valve.
