In the independent electro-hydrogen system(IEHS)with hybrid energy storage(HESS),achieving optimal scheduling is ***,it presents a challenge due to the significant deviations in values ofmultiple optimization objective functions caused by their physical *** deviations seriously affect the scheduling process.A novel standardization fusion method has been established to address this issue by analyzing the variation process of each objective function’s *** optimal scheduling results of IEHS with HESS indicate that the eco.omy and overall energy loss can be improved 2–3 times under different optimization *** proposed method better balances all optimization objective functions and reduces the impact of their *** the co.t of BESS decreases by approximately 30%,its participation deepens by about 1 ***,if the price of the electrolyzer is less than 15￥/kWh or if the co.t of the fuel cell drops below 4￥/kWh,their participation will increase *** study aims to provide a more reasonable approach to solving multi-objective optimization problems.

The integration of endosco.y has significantly propelled the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, with co.onosco.y establishing itself as the primary method for early diagnosis and preventive care in co.orectal cancer(CRC). Although deep learning holds promise in mitigating missed polyp rates, modern endosco.y examinations pose additional challenges, such as image blurring and atomizing. This study explores lightweight yet powerful attention mechanisms, introducing the spatial-channel transformer(SCT), an innovative approach that leverages spatial channel relationships for attention weight calculation. The method utilizes rotation operations for inter-dimensional dependencies, followed by residual transformation, enco.ing inter-channel and spatial information with minimal co.putational overhead. Extensive experiments on the CVC-Clinic DB polyp detection dataset, addressing endosco.y pitfalls, undersco.e the superiority of our SCT over other state-of-the-art methods. The proposed model maintains high performance, even in challenging scenarios.

The transition of hydrogen sourcing from carbon-intensive to water-based methodologies is underway,with renewable energy-powered proton exchange membrane water electrolysis （PEMWE） emerging as the preeminent pathway for hydrogen *** remarkable advancements in this field,co.fronting the sluggish electrochemical kinetics and inherent high-energy co.sumption arising from deteriorated mass transport within PEMWE systems remains a formidable *** impediment stems primarily from the hindered protons mass transfer and the untimely hydrogen bubbles *** address these challenges,we harness the inherent variability of electrical energy and introduce an innovative pulsed dynamic water electrolysis *** to co.stant voltage electrolysis (hydrogen production rate:51.6 m L h-1,energy co.sumption:5.37 kWh Nm-3H2),this strategy (hydrogen production rate:66 m L h-1,energy co.sumption:3.83 kWh Nm-3H2) increases the hydrogen production rate by approximately 27%and reduces the energy co.sumption by about 28%.Furthermore,we demonstrate the practicality of this system by integrating it with an off-grid photovoltaic （PV） system designed for outdoor operation,successfully driving a hydrogen production current of up to 500 mA under an average voltage of approximately 2 *** co.bined results of in-situ characterization and finite element analysis reveal the performance enhancement mechanism:pulsed dynamic electrolysis （PDE） dramatically accelerates the enrichment of protons at the electrode/solution interface and facilitates the release of bubbles on the electrode *** such,PDE-enhanced PEMWE represents a synergistic advancement,co.currently enhancing both the hydrogen generation reaction and associated transport *** promising technology not only redefines the landscape of electrolysis-based hydrogen production but also holds immense potential for broadening its application across a diverse spectrum of electrocatalytic endeavors.

Responding to the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals and the actual demand for local co.sumption of distributed renewable energy sources, this paper proposes a method to optimize the capacity of an electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system to meet the demand for multiple loads of electricity, heat, and hydrogen to deal with multi-timescale energy mismatches. Firstly, a hybrid energy storage system model co.taining batteries and cascade hydrogen storage and a multi-timescale operation strategy are proposed. The model fully exploits the short-term and long-term operational characteristics of hydrogen storage to realize its multi-scale utilization. Seco.dly, to address the challenges in describing the operation characteristics of long-term energy storage devices based on the traditional typical scenario method, a novel scenario reduction method based on the time-series aggregation method is proposed to provide co.secutive scenarios co.prising both short-time fluctuations and seasonal characteristics. The technique can effectively speed up the solution and ensure its accuracy. After that, a system capacity optimization model is developed based on the typical scenarios to minimize the life cycle co.t and co.sider factors including energy storage’s degradation and the co.sumption rate of renewable energy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases in Ningbo, zhejiang, China. The results indicate that the life cycle co.t can be reduced by 21.3% with nearly 100% renewable energy co.sumption co.pared to the traditional energy management strategy. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have garnered great attention in recent years due to their outstanding electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. The inco.poration of small amounts of CNTs in polymers can substantially improve the sensitivity of the polymer's electrical co.ductivity. This paper presents a modified Maxwell model to evaluate the electrical co.ductivity of CNTs-filled polymer co.posites by introducing a transition zone to acco.nt for the tunneling effect. In this modified Maxwell model, the CNTs-filled polymer co.posite is modeled as a three-phase co.posite, co.sisting of a matrix(polymer), inclusions(CNTs), and a transition zone(tunneling zone). The effective electrical co.ductivity(EEC) of the co.posite is calculated based on the volume fractions and electrical co.ductivities of the matrix, inclusions, and transition zone. The model's validity is co.firmed through the use of available test data, which demonstrates its capability to accurately capture the nonlinear co.ductivity behavior observed in CNTs-polymer co.posites. This study offers valuable insights into the design of high-performance co.ductive polymer nanoco.posites, and enhances the understanding of electrical co.duction mechanisms in CNT-dispersed polymer co.posites.

Optical neural networks (ONNs) offer a promising solution for high-performance, energy-efficient artificial intelligence hardware by leveraging the parallelism and speed of light. However, the large-scale implementation of ONNs remains challenging due to the bulky footprint and co.plex co.trol of optical synapses. In this work, we propose and simulate a plasmonic polarized synaptic architecture that overco.es the diffraction limit and enables ultra-co.pact ONNs. By tuning the polarization state of incident light, the optical transmittance through each plasmonic unit can be dynamically adjusted to represent a synaptic weight. Our plasmonic structures, with features as small as 40 nm, operate well below this limit in the visible spectrum (400–750 nm). co.pared with diffraction and interference-based circuit designs, our proposed method achieves a substantial reduction in synaptic density by factors of 150000-fold and 1500-fold, respectively. Furthermore, we successfully demonstrate a proof-of-co.cept plasmonic ONN applied to the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research—10classes (CIFAR-10) dataset using a Visual Geometry Group network with 16 layers (VGG16) model. After training for 80epochs, the network achieves an accuracy of 93%. The polarization-tunable plasmonics paves the way towards scalable ONNs for next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) accelerators and smart sensors.

Hydrogen production from renewable energy is one of the effective ways to reduce the high waste electricity of new energy and increase the proportion of green hydrogen. The multi-alkaline electrolyzers optimization operation strategy is proposed co.sidering flexible electric loads and hydrogen loads in response to the optimization operation of large-scale new energy hydrogen production systems and high abandonment of electricity. Firstly, after co.sidering the demand for electricity and hydrogen loads on the user side, transferable electric loads and hydrogen load models are established based on the transferable characteristics of electricity and hydrogen. Seco.dly, the multi-stack electrolyzer optimization operation strategy is proposed, co.sidering the operating characteristics of a single electrolytic cell and electrolytic efficiency. Satisfying system operation co.straints and optimizing the operating model to minimize eco.omic co.t is established and solved using the Yalmip toolbox and Cplex. The calculation results show that the participation of transferable loads can promote wind power co.sumption, reduce system electricity co.sumption, and improve the system eco.omy. co.pared with the multi-stack electrolyzer rotation strategy, the strategy proposed in this article effectively reduces the start and stop times of the electrolyzer, stabilizes the standard deviation of electrolysis cell power fluctuation within 0.27, improves the service life of electrolyzer arrays and increases the overall electrolysis efficiency to about 57%. © 2025 Power System Technology Press.
