Action potentials generated in the sinoatrial node （SAN） dominate the rhythm and rate of a healthy human heart. Subsequently, these action potentials propagate to the whole heart via its conduction system. Abnormalities of impulse generation and/or propagation in a heart can cause arrhythmias. For example, SAN dysfunction or conduction block of the atrioventricular node can lead to serious bradycardia which is currently treated with an implanted electronic pacemaker. On the other hand, conduction damage may cause reentrant tachyarrhythmias which are primarily treated pharmacologically or by medical device-based therapies, including defibrillation and tissue ablation. However, drug therapies sometimes may not be effective or are associated with serious side effects. Device-based therapies for cardiac arrhythmias, even with well developed technology, still face inadequacies, limitations, hardware complications, and other challenges. Therefore, scientists are actively seeking other alternatives for antiarrhythmic therapy. In particular, cells and genes used for repairing cardiac conduction damage/defect have been investigated in various studies both in vitro and in vivo. Despite the complexities of the excitation and conduction systems of the heart, cell and gene-based strategies provide novel alternatives for treatment or cure of cardiac arrhythmias. This review summarizes some highlights of recent research progress in this field.

Using GIS, GPS and GPRS, a dynamic management system of ore blending in an open pit mine has been designed and developed. A linear program was established in a practical application. The system is very good at automatically drawing up a daily production plan of ore blending and monitors and controls the process of mining production in real time. Experiments under real conditions show that the performance of this system is stable and can satisfy production standards of ore blending in open pit mines.

Long non-coding RNAs(lnc.RNAs)serve as crucial regulators of gene expression,influencing various physiological processes and disease states(Cabili et al.,2011;Ulitsky and Bartel,2013;Yao et al.,2019).Dysregulation of certain notable lnc.RNAs,such as HOTAIR and MALAT1,has been implicated in a wide range of pathological processes,including tumorigenesis in various human cancers(Gupta et al.,2010;Kim et al.,2018).However,the functions of the majority of lnc.RNAs remain elusive.

Over the last 45 years, the development of backbone telecommunications systems and construction of strategic oil and gas pipelines has spanned tens of thousands ofkilometres in harsh environments （arctic to tropical, unmanned or developing areas）. As the vast majority of these areas are without an electrical power lines infrastructure, the need arose for a highly reliable and maintenance-free power supply to allow the continuous operations of these projects. ORC （Organic Rankine Cycle） based on CCVT （closed cycle vapor turbogenerator） was specially developed for the special requirements. The paper presents the CCVT and its mode of operation, design criteria and case studies in projects implemented in the last 45 years.

A Yb_（0.11）Gd_（0.89）Ca_4O（BO_3）_3 crystal with new composition was grown by the Czochralski method. The crystal structure was measured and analyzed. The unit-cell parameters of the Yb_（0.11）Gd_（0.89）COB were calculated to be a=0.8089（7） nm, b=1.5987（6） nm, c=0.3545（8） nm, β=101.22o. The absorption and fluorescence spectra were measured. The maximum absorption cross-section of Yb_（0.11）Gd_（0.89） COB crystal was 0.79×10^（–20）cm^2, which occurred at 976 nm with Y polarization. The emission cross-section at 1027 nm was calculated to be 0.33×10^（–20） cm^2. The radiative lifetime trad was calculated to be 2.74 ms. The Stark energy-level diagram of Yb^（3＋）in the Yb_（0.11）Gd_（0.89）COB crystal field at room temperature was determined. The ground-state energy level ~2F_（7/2） splitting was calculated to be as large as 1004 cm^（–1） and the zero-line energy was 10246 cm^（–1）. A maximum output power of 9.35 W was achieved in continuous-wave（CW） mode, with the slope efficiency being 42.1%. Chemical etching experiment revealed that the dominating imperfections in the studied Yb_（0.11）Gd_（0.89） COB crystal were dislocations and sub-grain boundaries. The existence of crystal defects could cause light scattering, and degrade laser output efficiency. The influence of crystal defects on laser properties was discussed.

The prevailing TOE＇s （theories of everything） do not address everything, anddo not mention consciousness that, we say, is linked to information which in turn creates all theories. We present gravity as probabilistic; connect quantum physics to gravity, information, consciousnessand forces of darkness in this and/or our other articles referred herein. Physics is on doldrums without explaining invisible consciousness and unexplained constants of Nature. We add our version of the language of Nature.
