Renewable Energy Systems(RES)provide a sustainable solution to climate warming and environmental pollution by enhancing stability and reliability through status acquisition and analysis on cloud platforms and intelligent processing on edge servers(ES).However,securely distributing encrypted data stored in the cloud to terminals that meet decryption requirements has become a prominent research ***,managing attributes,including addition,deletion,and modification,is a crucial issue in the access control scheme for *** address these security concerns,a trust-based ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)device access control scheme is proposed for RES(TB-CP-ABE).This scheme effectivelymanages the distribution and control of encrypted data on the cloud through robust attribute key *** introducing trust management mechanisms and outsourced decryption technology,the ES system can effectively assess and manage the trust worthiness of terminal devices,ensuring that only trusted devices can participate in data exchange and access sensitive ***,the ES system dynamically evaluates trust scores to set decryption trust thresholds,thereby regulating device data access permissions and enhancing the system’s *** validate the security of the proposed TB-CP-ABE against chosen plaintext attacks,a comprehensive formal security analysis is conducted using the widely accepted random oraclemodel under the decisional q-Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent(q-BDHE)***,comparative analysis with other schemes demonstrates that the TB-CP-ABE scheme cuts energy/communication costs by 43%,and scaleswell with rising terminals,maintaining average latency below 50ms,ensuring real-time service *** proposed scheme not only provides newinsights for the secure management of RES but also lays a foundation for future secure energy solutions.

IoT Empowered Early Warning of Transmission Line Galloping Based on Integrated Optical Fiber Sensing and Weather Forecast Time Series Data

Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power *** early warning methods of iced transmission line galloping suffer from issues such as reliance on a single data source,neglect of irregular time series,and lack of attention-based closed-loop feedback,resulting in high rates of missed and false *** address these challenges,we propose an Internet of Things(IoT)empowered early warning method of transmission line galloping that integrates time series data from optical fiber sensing and weather ***,the method applies a primary adaptive weighted fusion to the IoT empowered optical fiber real-time sensing data and weather forecast data,followed by a secondary fusion based on a Back Propagation(BP)neural network,and uses the K-medoids algorithm for clustering the fused ***,an adaptive irregular time series perception adjustment module is introduced into the traditional Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network,and closed-loop feedback based on attentionmechanism is employed to update network parameters through gradient feedback of the loss function,enabling closed-loop training and time series data prediction of the GRU network ***,considering various types of prediction data and the duration of icing,an iced transmission line galloping risk coefficient is established,and warnings are categorized based on this ***,using an IoT-driven realistic dataset of iced transmission line galloping,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through multi-dimensional simulation scenarios.

During data center operation,it generates a significant volume of low-grade waste *** recover waste heat,a coupled system including solar collector,double effect absorption refrigeration and organic Rankine cycle is *** system performance is analyzed in *** the organic Rankine cycle,five organic working fluids(R245fa,R245ca,R123,R11,and R113) are selected.R245fa,R113 and R245ca obtain the maximum net power output,thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency,*** the double effect absorption refrigeration system,the evaporation temperature,condensation temperature,and generation pressure affect the COP and exergy *** the generator pressure is unchanged,the COP increases with increasing evaporation temperature and decreasing condensation *** the COP reaches 1.3,the COP slightly decreases as the evaporation temperature or condensation temperature ***,the exergy efficiency of refrigeration systems exhibits the same trend as the COP,and the exergy efficiency maximum value appears at approximately 0.32.A new performance indicator,rPUE,was defined to evaluate the data center power utilization *** flow distribution ratio and heat source temperature were optimized with multi-objective *** the mass flow distribution rate is 0.6 and the heat source temperature is 441.5 K,rPUE and the total unit production costs of the system obtain the optimal solution.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

We adopted the solution impregnation route with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution as liquid medium for effective surface modification on graphite *** mass ratio of graphite to Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) changed from 0.5:1 to 4:1,and the impregnation time changed from 1 to 7 *** typical composite phase change thermal storage materials doped with the as-treated graphite were fabricated using form-stable *** investigate the oxidation and anti-oxidation behavior of the impregnated graphite at high temperatures,the samples were put into a muffle furnace for a cyclic heat *** on SEM,EDS,DSC techniques,analyses on the impregnated technique suggested an optimized processing conditions of a 3 h impregnation time with the ratio of graphite:Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) as 1:3 for graphite impregnation *** investigations on high-temperature phase change heat storage materials doped by the treated graphite suggested excellent oxidation resistance and thermal cycling performance.

Altered rock， often encountered in major engineering projects， can seriously affect the stability of rocks and slopes surrounding deeply buried tunnels. This study addressed the alteration mechanism， alteration degree classification， and mechanical parameters of altered rock in engineering project areas using field testing， thin slice identification， X-ray diffraction， and major element testing. Results showed that the altered rock types in the areas of the Pingjiang Pumped Storage power Station (Hunan Province) and a diversion tunnel in northern Xinjiang include biotite granodiorite， biotite monzogranite， and cataclastic granite， and that the main alteration mechanisms are chloritization of biotite and clayization of feldspar minerals. The altered rocks were classified as slightly， moderately， or strongly altered according to their apparent characteristics， rebound value， longitudinal wave velocity， metamorphic mineral content， and porosity. The bulk density， elastic modulus， cohesion， and internal friction angle (Poisson’s ratio) of the altered rocks decreased (increased) with increase in the degree of alteration. Numerical simulations showed that in altered rock slope areas， the zone of strong rock alteration and the moderate–strong alteration contact zone exhibit locally large deformations that represent certain hazard to engineering projects. These results provide valuable guidance and support for major projects in altered rock areas.

Responding to the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals and the actual demand for local consumption of distributed renewable energy sources, this paper proposes a method to optimize the capacity of an electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system to meet the demand for multiple loads of electricity, heat, and hydrogen to deal with multi-timescale energy mismatches. Firstly, a hybrid energy storage system model containing batteries and cascade hydrogen storage and a multi-timescale operation strategy are proposed. The model fully exploits the short-term and long-term operational characteristics of hydrogen storage to realize its multi-scale utilization. Secondly, to address the challenges in describing the operation characteristics of long-term energy storage devices based on the traditional typical scenario method, a novel scenario reduction method based on the time-series aggregation method is proposed to provide consecutive scenarios comprising both short-time fluctuations and seasonal characteristics. The technique can effectively speed up the solution and ensure its accuracy. After that, a system capacity optimization model is developed based on the typical scenarios to minimize the life cycle cost and consider factors including energy storage’s degradation and the consumption rate of renewable energy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases in Ningbo, zhejiang, China. The results indicate that the life cycle cost can be reduced by 21.3% with nearly 100% renewable energy consumption compared to the traditional energy management strategy. © 2025 power System Technology Press.
