Tea （Camellia sinensis） is one of the most valuable cash crops in southern China; however, the planting distribution of tea crops is not optimal and the production and cultivation regions of tea crops are restricted by law and custom. In order to evaluate the suitability of tea crops in zhejiang Province, the annual mean temperature, the annual accumulated temperature above 10 ℃, the frequency of extremely low temperature below -13 ℃, the mean humidity from April to October, slope, aspect, altitude, soil type, and soil texture were selected from climate, topography, and soil factors as factors for land ecological evaluation by the Delphi method based on the ecological characteristics of tea crops. These nine factors were quantitatively analyzed using a geographic information system （GIS）. The grey relational analysis （GRA） was combined with the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to address the uncertainties during the process of evaluating the traditional land ecological suitability, and a modified land ecological suitability evaluation （LESE） model was built. Based on the land-use map of zhejiang Province, the regions that were completely unsuitable for tea cultivation in the province were eliminated and then the spatial distribution of the ecological suitability of tea crops was generated using the modified LESE model and GIS. The results demonstrated that the highly, moderately, and non-suitable regions for the cultivation of tea crops in zhejiang Province were 27552.66, 42 724.64, and 26507.97 km2, and accounted for 28.47%, 44.14%, and 27.39% of the total evaluation area, respectively. Validation of the method showed a high degree of coincidence with the current planting distribution of tea crops in zhejiang Province. Based on the remote sensing data, the radiosonde data and precipitation data observed by weather stations, distributions of atmospheric water-vapor and cloud motion wind over the Qilian Mountains are analyzed. Moreover, on the basis of water-vapor and cloud motion wind analyses, relations of atmospheric water-vapor distribution with precipitation~ atmospheric circulation, and terrain are investigated. The results show that distributions of atmospheric water-vapor and precipitation in the Qilian Mountains are affected by the westerly belt, the southerly monsoon （the South Asian monsoon and plateau monsoon）, and the East Asian monsoon. In the northwest Qilian Mountains, water-vapor and precipitation are entirely affected by the westerly belt, and there is no other direction water-vapor transport except westerly watervapor flux, hence, the northwest region is regarded as the westerly belt region. In the south and middle of the mountaili, water-vapor is mainly controlled by the southerly monsoon, 37.7% of the total watervapor is from the south, especially in summer, the southerly water-vapor flux accounts for 55.9% of the total, and furthermore the water-vapor content in the southerly flow is more than that in the westerly flow. The southerly monsoon water-vapor is influenced by the South Asian monsoon from the Indian Ocean and the plateau monsoon in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, thus, the south and middle region is called southerly monsoon region. But in the northeast Qilian Mountains, the East Asian monsoon is the main climate system affecting the water-vapor. Besides west and northwest water-vapor fluxes, there are a lot of easterly water-vapor fluxes in summer. The frequency of easterly cloud motion winds in summer half year accounts for 27.1% of the total, though the frequency is not high, it is the main water-vapor source of summer precipitation in this region, therefore, the northwest region is a marginal region of the East Asian monsoon. In two-dimensional （2D） time-spreading/wavelength-hopping optical code division multiple access （OCDMA） systems, employing less coherent broadband optical pulse sources allows lower electrical operating rate and better system performance. An optical gate based scheme for generating weakly coherent （approximately incoherent） broadband optical pulses was proposed and experimentally demonstrated. In this scheme, the terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer, together with a coherent narrowband control pulse source, turns an incoherent broadband continuous-wave （CW） light source into the required pulse source.

Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

Uniaxial strain induced ferroelectric phase transitions in rutile TiO2 are investigated by first-principles calculations. The calculated results show that the in-plane tensile strain induces rutile TiO2, paraelectric phase with P4-2/mnm （D4h） space group, to a ferroelectric phase with Pm（Cs） space group, driven by the softening behaviour of the Eul mode. In addition, the out-of-plane tensile strain, vertical to the ab plane, leads to a ferroelectric phase with P42nm （C4v） space group, driven by the softening behaviour of the A2u mode. The critical tensile strains are 3.7% in-plane and 4.0% out-of-plane, respectively. In addition, the in-plane compression strain, which has the same structure variation as out- of-plane tensile strain due to Poisson effect, leads the paraelectric rutile TiO2 to a paraelectric phase with Pnnm （D2h） space group driven by the softening behaviour of the B1g mode. These results indicate that the sequence ferroelectric （or paraelectric） phase depends on the strain applied. The origin of ferroelectric stabilization in rutile TiO2 is also discussed briefly in terms of strain induced Born effective charge transfer.
