In order to prevent spontaneous coal combustion occurring at a fully mechanized caving face with large obliquity in deep mines in China, we have analyzed the characteristics of spontaneous coal combustion and explain theoretically the factors affecting spontaneous coal combustion, such as rock bursts, high temperatures, high ventilation resistance, slow advancing speed and large obliquity mining. Key technologies to prevent spontaneous combustion occurring in sharply inclined seams in deep mines are pro- posed; these include pouring water, stopping leakage in upper and lower comers of the working face, choking off the goaf and cov- eting the coal. CO concentrations were controlled within two years to less than 15×10^-6 at the upper comer by applying these tech- nologies at the 1410 working face of the Huafeng coal mine. Our method has significant theoretical value and is of practical impor- tance in controlling spontaneous coal combustion occurring at a fully mechanized caving face with large obliquity in deep mines.

Wireless sensor networks are useful complements to existing monitoring systems in underground mines. They play an important role of enhancing and improving coverage and flexibility of safety monitoring *** prone to danger and environments after disasters in underground mines require saving and balancing energy consumption of nodes to prolong the lifespan of *** on the structure of a tunnel,we present a Long Chain-type Wireless Sensor Network（LC-WSN）to monitor the safety of underground mine *** define the optimal transmission distance and the range of the key region and present an Energy Optimal Routing（EOR）algorithm for LC-WSN to balance the energy consumption of nodes and maximize the lifespan of *** constructs routing paths based on an optimal transmission distance and uses an energy balancing strategy in the key *** results show that the EOR algorithm extends the lifespan of a network,balances the energy consumption of nodes in the key region and effectively limits the length of routing paths,compared with similar algorithms.

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with stage IIIb-IV non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 50 patients with stage IIIb-IV NSCLC admitted between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number *** observation group included 25 cases treated with tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy,while the reference group included 25 cases treated with conventional *** clinical control rate,adverse reaction rate,tumor markers,immune function indicators,and quality of life scores were compared between the two ***:The observation group had a higher clinical control rate and a lower adverse reaction rate compared to the reference group(Pgroups(P>0.05).Three months after treatment,the tumor marker levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference *** for CD8^(+),all immune function indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the quality-of-life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with stage IIIb-IV NSCLC can improve the clinical control rate,reduce the adverse reaction rate,lower tumor marker levels,protect immune function,and improve quality of life.

Fracture evolution and pressure relief gas drainage from distant protected coal seams under an extremely thick key stratum

When an extremely thick rock bed exists above a protected coal seam in the bending zone given the condition of a mining protective seam, this extremely thick rock bed controls the movement of the entire overlying stratum. This extremely thick rock bed, called a ＂main key stratum＂, will not subside nor break for a long time, causing lower fractures and bed separations not to close and gas can migrate to the bed separation areas along the fractures. These bed separations become gas enrichment areas. By analyzing the rule of fracture evolution and gas migration under the main key stratum after the deep protective coal seam has been mined, we propose a new gas drainage method which uses bore holes, drilled through rock and coal seams at great depths for draining pressure relief gas. In this method, the bores are located at a high level suction roadway （we can also drill them in the drilling field located high in an air gateway）. Given the practice in the Haizi mine, the gas drainage rate can reach 73% in the middie coal group, with a gas drainage radius over 100 m.

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and open cholecystectomy(OC)on ***:92 cases of cholelithiasis patients admitted to the hospital in the past 2 years were selected and grouped by random number table;the observation group was treated with LC;the reference group was treated with OC,and the inflammatory factor and other indexes were ***:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the perioperative indexes were better than that of the reference group(Pgroups were compared,and no difference was seen(P>0.05).At 5 days postoperatively,the CRP and IL-1βlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the immune function indicators were higher than those of the reference group(Pgroup was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LC can increase the effective rate of cholelithiasis patients,improve their perioperative indexes,reduce the inflammatory response,protect patients’immune function,and ensure higher surgical safety.

Analytical model and application of stress distribution on mining coal floor

Given the analysis of underground pressure, a stress calculation model of coal floor stress has been established based on a theory of elasticity. The model presents the law of stress distribution on the relatively fixed position of the mining coal floor： the extent of stress variation in a fixed floor position decreases gradually along with depth, the decreasing rate of the vertical stress is clearly larger than that of the horizontal stress at a specific depth. The direction of the maximum principal stress changes gradually from a vertical direction to a horizontal direction with the advance of the working face. The deformation and permeability of the rock mass of the coal floor are obtained by contrasting the difference of the principal stress established from theoretical calculations with curves of stress-strain and permeability-strain from tests, which is an important mechanical basis for preventing water inrush from confined aauifers.

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and constant heating rate experiments were performed to study the low temperature oxidation of coal treated by an ionic liquid,1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium *** inerting effect of the ionic liquid toward the low temperature oxidation process is *** results show that:(1) The hydroxyl content associated with hydrogen bonds,the aliphatic methyl content,the methylene group content,and the ether oxygen bond content are reduced in the treated *** the same time the content of aromatic C@C bonds is constant but these chemical bonds weaken and some substituted aromatic hydrocarbon content increases while other types *** demonstrates that(AMIm)Cl dissolves and destroys the coal surface microstructure;(2) The oxygen consumption of the treated coal is less than what is seen in raw *** CO,CO 2,C 2 H 4,and C 2 H 6 content from the treated coal is reduced compared to the untreated coal;(3) The apparent activation energy for the oxidizing reaction is different in the treated and raw ***-structural changes and macroscopic gas production allow us to conclude that(AMIm)Cl can effectively inhibit low temperature oxidation of coal.

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Celastrus orbiculatus extracts（COE） on the proliferation of lymphoma cells and the immune regulation ability on inflammation and thrombophilia in ***:The 38B9 lymphoma cells were treated with COE（160μg/mL） and CTX（25 μmol/L）.The apoptosis rate and cell cycle of each group were detected by flow *** secretion of inflammatory factors,including interleukin（IL）-6,IL-10,and tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α）,in cell supernatant was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.In vivo,BALB/c mice were subcutaneously injected with 38B9 lymphoma cells to establish lymphoma ***(3 mg·kg-1·d-1) and CTX(40 mg-kg-1·d-1) were administered to the model mice,*** expression of plasma inflammatory factors（IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α） and thrombus indexes,including D-dimer（D-D）,von Willebrand factor（vWF） and tissue factor（TF）,were detected by ELISA before tumor bearing（1 d）,after tumor formation（14 d） and after intervention（21 d）.PicoGreen dsDNA was used to detect the level of serum neutrophil extracellular traps（NETs）.Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of platelet activation marker calcium-dependent lectin-like receptor 2（CLEC-2）.The tumor growth and survival of mice were ***:The 38B9 lymphoma cells were apoptotic after the intervention of COE and *** ratio of G2-M phase cells decreased in COE intervented cells compared with the control cells（P<0.05）,and S phase cells decreased in CTX intervented cells（P<0.05）.Also,the secretion level of IL-6 was significantly reduced after COE or CTX intervention（P<0.05）,and IL-10 was significantly increased（P<0.05）.Furthermore,the tumor mass was reduced,and the median survival time was longer in COE and CTX intervented tumor-bearing mice than in nonintervented *** significantly lower levels of TNF-α,IL-6,NETs,TF,DD and CLEC-2,as well as higher IL-10 were observed in COE and CTX treatment mice in comparision with the control mice（P

The Qiwu mine is located in the Ten Xian coal field of Shandong *** experienced repeated volcanic activity,after the coal beds formed,where magma intrusion was significant The effect of coal reservoir porosity after magma intrusion was studied by analysis of regional and mine structure and magmatic *** methods including maceral measurement under the microscope and mercury porosimetry were used for testing the pore *** authors believe that magma intrusion into low-rank bituminous coal causes reservoir porosity to gradually increase：the closer to the magmatic rock a sample is,the less the *** pore size distribution also *** the natural coal bed the pore size is mainly in the transitive and middle pore ***,the coal changes to anthracite next to the magmatic rock and larger pores *** magma thermal evolution caused coal close to magmatic rock to be roasted,which reduced the volatile matter,developed larger holes,and destroyed plant tissue *** primary reason for a porosity decrease in the vicinity of magmatic rock is that Bituminite resulting from the roasting fills the holes that were present initially.

Determination of indices and critical values of gas parameters of the first gas outburst in a coal seam of the Xieqiao mine

Based on the important role in mine safety played by parameters of the first gas outburst, we propose a method of combining historic data, theoretical analysis and experimental research for the purpose of crit- ical values of gas parameters of the first gas outburst in a coal seam of the Xieqiao mine. According to a characteristic analysis and a summary of the rules of coal and gas outbursts in the No.8 coal seam of a Hua- inan mine, we have investigated their effect on coal and gas outbursts in terms such as ground stress, gas, and coal structure. We have selected gas parameters and determined the critical values of each of the fol- lowing indices： gas content as 7.7 m^3/t, tectonic coal as 0.8 m thick, the absolute gas emission as 2 m3/min, the rate of change as 0.7 m3/min, the gas desorption index of a drilling chip KI as 0.26 mL/（g min^1/2） and the values of desorption indexes Ah2 as 200 Pa. From a verification of the production, the results indicate that application of each index and their critical values significantly improve the level of safety in the pro- duction process, relieve the burden upon the mine, save much labor and bring clear economic benefits.
