背景：多项大规模临床试验表明，植入型心律转复除颤器（impla.ta.le ca.dioverter-defibrilla.or，ICD）能够有效降低部分心脏病患者的死亡率。此后，ICD的植入量大幅增加，非电生理专科医生也因此经常会遇到实施ICD电转复除颤的患者。目的：在接受ICD电转复除颤的患者中评估诊疗策略。证据获取：采用下列医学主题词在PubMed和MEDLINE数据库中检索1990年1月至2006年9月发表的文献：defibrilla.ors，impla.ta.le（除颤器，植入型）；defibrillmors，impla.ta.le／a.verse effects（除颤器，植入型／不良反应）；抗心律失常药物（a.ti-a.rhythmic a.ents）；电除颤（electric countershock）；生活质量（qua.ity of life）；心动过速治疗（ta.hyca.dia.thera.y）；运算法则（a.gorithm）；室性心动过速／诊断（ventricula. ta.hyca.dia.dia.nosis）；室上性心动过速／诊断（supra.entricula. ta.hyca.dia.dia.nosis）。排除病例报告，仅纳入英文文献。参考美国心脏病学会（a.erica. College of Ca.diology）、美国心脏协会（a.erica.
