On String Stable Control of Platoon of Automated Vehicles with Predecessor-successor Information Framework

For the constant distance spacing policy,the existing researches of the string stability focus on the single-predecessor information framework（SPIF） and predecessor-successor information framework（PSIF）.The research results demonstrated that the string stability could not be guaranteed with the SPIF,and then the PSIF was proposed to resolve this string *** the issue,whether the string stability can be guaranteed when applying the PSIF,is still ***,most of the previous researches on the string stability were conducted without consideration of the parasitic time delays and *** this paper,the practical longitudinal vehicle dynamics model is built with consideration of the parasitic time delays and lags existing in the actuators,sensors or the communication ***,the detailed theoretical analysis of string stability in frequency domain is conducted to demonstrate that the classical linear control laws can not ensure the string stability when applying both the symmetrical PSIF（SPSIF） and asymmetrical PSIF（APSIF）.Thirdly,a control law,which adds the position and velocity information of the leading vehicle,is proposed to guarantee string stability for small/medium platoon,and the other control law,which adds the acceleration information of the controlled vehicle,is proposed to guarantee string stability for large platoon as well as small/medium ***,the comparative simulation is conducted to confirm the conducted analysis and the proposed control *** conducted research completes the means to analyze the string stability in frequency domain,provides the parameters＇ reference for the design and implementation of the practical automatic following controllers,and improves the reliability and stability of the platoon of automatic vehicles.

Meniscus,the cushion in knee joint,is a load-bearing tissue that transfers mechanical forces to extracellular matrix(ECM)and tissue resident *** mechanoresponse of human tissue resident stem/progenitor cells in meniscus(hMeSPCs)is significant to tissue homeostasis and regeneration but is not well *** study reports that a mild cyclic tensile loading regimen of~1800 loads/day on hMeSPCs seeded in 3-dimensional(3D)photocrosslinked gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel is critical in maintaining cellular ***,a“slow walk”biomimetic cyclic loading regimen(10%tensile strain,0.5 Hz,1 h/day,up to 15 days)is applied to hMeSPCs encapsulated in GelMA hydrogel with a magnetic force-controlled loading *** loading significantly increases cell differentiation and fibrocartilage-like ECM deposition without affecting cell *** analysis reveals 332 mechanoresponsive genes,clustered into cell senescence,mechanical sensitivity,and ECM dynamics,associated with interleukins,integrins,and collagens/matrix metalloproteinase *** cell-GelMA constructs show active ECM remodeling,traced using a green fluorescence tagged(GFT)-GelMA *** enhances nascent pericellular matrix production by the encapsulated hMeSPCs,which gradually compensates for the hydrogel loss in the *** findings demonstrate the strong tissue-forming ability of hMeSPCs,and the importance of mechanical factors in maintaining meniscus homeostasis.

Based on the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, the UNFCCC has different requirements on national GHG inventories submitted by Annex I and non-Annex I parties. Since 2007, the transparency of mitigation actions by developing countries, the submission frequency of national communications cored on national inventory and the relevant international consultation and analysis have become the key issues in climate negotiations. Relevant responsibilities of developing countries showed an increasing trend. Through the analysis of these different requirements, particularly on technical review system of national inventories on developed countries and of the current situation of China's inventory development, the challenges faced by China are identified and the corresponding countermeasures are also put forward, including improving institutional arrangements and statistic system, building country-specific and comprehensive database and preparing for time-series inventory development.

For the purpose of enhancing automobile safety and the effectiveness of recalls,increasing manufacturers' quality control capabilities,and reducing defects,we investigated thestatus of recalls over the last five *** have examined patterns and trends in motor vehiclesafety recalls using databases from China,Europe and the United States.A recall rate parameterwas developed to evaluate the level of recall enforcement based on analyzing the reasonsfor recalls and manufactures' ***,there were substantial differencesin the recall rates of China compared with those in other countries,indicating that Chinese manufacturersneed to take more active action in recall.

In relation to the service strategies, service systems, and service items provided by CALIS, this paper introduced the service architecture of China Academic Library and Information System(CALIS). Based on this, the authors analyzed several services of CALIS, such as online union cataloging service, cooperative purchasing service, western journal current contents service, and interlibrary loan and document delivery services, as well as their effectiveness. In addition, future CALIS service strategies are also discussed in this paper.
