IoT Empowered Early Warning of Transmission Line Galloping Based on Integrated Optical Fiber Sensing and Weather Forecast Time Series Data

Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power *** early warning methods of iced transmission line galloping suffer from issues such as reliance on a single data source,neglect of irregular time series,and lack of attention-based closed-loop feedback,resulting in high rates of missed and false *** address these challenges,we propose an Internet of Things(IoT)empowered early warning method of transmission line galloping that integrates time series data from optical fiber sensing and weather ***,the method applies a primary adaptive weighted fusion to the IoT empowered optical fiber real-time sensing data and weather forecast data,followed by a secondary fusion based on a Back Propagation(BP)neural network,and uses the K-medoids algorithm for clustering the fused ***,an adaptive irregular time series perception adjustment module is introduced into the traditional Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network,and closed-loop feedback based on attentionmechanism is employed to update network parameters through gradient feedback of the loss function,enabling closed-loop training and time series data prediction of the GRU network ***,considering various types of prediction data and the duration of icing,an iced transmission line galloping risk coefficient is established,and warnings are categorized based on this ***,using an IoT-driven realistic dataset of iced transmission line galloping,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through multi-dimensional simulation scenarios.

Machine learning-based grayscale analyses for lithofacies identification of the Shahejie formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China

It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs. To address the problem of low resolution in logging curves, this study establishes a grayscale-phase model based on high-resolution grayscale curves using clustering analysis algorithms for shale lithofacies identification, working with the Shahejie Formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China. The grayscale phase is defined as the sum of absolute grayscale and relative amplitude as well as their features. The absolute grayscale is the absolute magnitude of the gray values and is utilized for evaluating the material composition(mineral composition + total organic carbon) of shale, while the relative amplitude is the difference between adjacent gray values and is used to identify the shale structure type. The research results show that the grayscale phase model can identify shale lithofacies well, and the accuracy and applicability of this model were verified by the fitting relationship between absolute grayscale and shale mineral composition, as well as corresponding relationships between relative amplitudes and laminae development in shales. Four lithofacies are identified in the target layer of the study area: massive mixed shale, laminated mixed shale, massive calcareous shale and laminated calcareous shale. This method can not only effectively characterize the material composition of shale, but also numerically characterize the development degree of shale laminae, and solve the problem that difficult to identify millimeter-scale laminae based on logging curves, which can provide technical support for shale lithofacies identification, sweet spot evaluation and prediction of complex continental lacustrine basins.

Value Assessment Method for the Grid-Alternative Energy Storage Based on Coordinated Planning Framework

As the development of new power systems accelerates and the impacts of high renewable energy integration and extreme weather intensify,grid-alternative energy storage is garnering increasing attention for its grid-interaction benefits and clear business ***,assessing the value of grid-alternative energy storage in the systemtransition has become critically *** the performance characteristics of storage,we propose a value assessment frame-work for grid-alternative energy storage,quantifying its non-wires-alternative effects from both cost and benefit *** on this,we developed a collaborative planning model for energy storage and transmission grids,aimed at maximizing the economic benefits of storage systems while balancing investment and operational *** model considers regional grid interconnections and their interactions with system *** participating in system operations,grid-alternative energy storage not only maximizes its own economic benefits but also generates social welfare transfer ***,based on multi-regional interconnected planning,grid-alternative energy storage can reduce system costs by approximately 35%,with the most significant changes observed in generation ***-regional coordinated planning significantly enhances the sys-tem’s flexibility in ***,when the load factor of interconnection lines between regions remains constant,system operational flexibility tends to decrease,leading to a roughly 28.9%increase in storage ***,under regional coordinated planning,the greater the disparity in wind power integration across interconnected regions,the more noticeable the reduction in system costs.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.

Trajectory planning and tracking control for vehicles with tire blowout in complex traffic flows

This article focuses on the trajectory planning and tracking control of autonomous vehicles with tire blowouts in complex traffic flows. First, a lane change decision method for obstacle avoidance is developed based on coordinate system transformation projection. Second, combining this decision method, a lattice algorithm is developed with the kinematic constraint of the vehicle with a tire blowout to plan the trajectory in real-time. Third, the trajectory tracking control is decoupled longitudinally and laterally in the Frenet coordinate system. The existence of the optimal solution can be ensured by constructing a longitudinal speed control optimization problem and solving explicitly based on the Pontryagin maximum principle. Lateral displacement control problems are constructed and solved quickly by using the back-stepping method, in which Lyapunov stability can be demonstrated. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods was verified through co-simulation.

Effects of salinity and betaine addition on anaerobic granular sludge properties and microbial community succession patterns in organic saline wastewater

In this study,the effects of different salinity gradients and addition of compatible solutes on anaerobic treated effluent water qualities,sludge characteristics and microbial communities were *** increase in salinity resulted in a decrease in particle size of the granular sludge,which was concentrated in the range of 0.5-1.0 *** content of EPS(extracellular polymeric substances)in the granular sludge gradually increased with increasing salinity and the addition of betaine(a typical compatible solute).Meanwhile,the microbial community structure was significantly affected by salinity,with high salinity reducing the diversity of *** higher salinity,Patescibacteria and Proteobacteria gradually became the dominant phylum,with relative abundance increasing to 13.53%and 12.16%at 20 g/L *** and its subordinate Desulfovibrio,which secrete EPS in large quantities,dominated significantly after betaine *** relative abundance reached 13.65%and 7.86%at phylum level and genus *** effect of these changes on the treated effluent was shown as the average chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate decreased from 82.10%to 79.71%,78.01%,68.51%and 64.55%when the salinity gradually increased from 2 g/L to 6,10,16 and 20 g/*** the salinity of 20 g/L,average COD removal increased to 71.65%by the addition of 2 mmol/L *** gradient elevated salinity and the exogenous addition of betaine played an important role in achieving stability of the anaerobic system in a highly saline environment,which provided a feasible strategy for anaerobic treatment of organic saline wastewater.

Aerodynamic Performance Analysis on Blade Snubber with Bionic Structure

The utilization of a part-span connector(PSC) has the potential to enhance the blade frequency,but with the penalty of aerodynamic *** this study,we numerically investigate the aerodynamic performance of two types of bionic structure snubbers:(1) Harbor seal whisker(HSW) and (2) Atropus' s body shape(ABS).The investigation is conducted by solving the three-dimensional Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equations and utilizing the SST turbulent *** this study,the performance impact of classical snubbers on a cascade blade has been examined by modeling it with and without an ellipse-shaped *** vortex induced by the snubber predominantly manifests on the suction side and can be categorized into three primary vortices:upper,lower,and *** upper and lower vortices serve as the primary contributors to *** to the conventional ellipse snubber,the ABS snubber exhibits a reduction in the total pressure loss coefficient by 0.11% and an increase in the mass flow rate by 0.41%.On the contrary,the implementation of the HSW snubber has the potential to mitigate parameter ***,it is important to note that this comes at the cost of a 0.10% increase in the total pressure loss coefficient and a 0.20% decrease in mass flow *** article further examines the factors contributing to these disparities.

Assessment of the dietary amino acid profiles and the relative biomarkers for amino acid balance in the low-protein diets for broiler chickens
