Although it has been developed for many years, nucleic acid aptamer screening technology still fails to be widely used, a considerable part of it is due to the variability of tumor cell morphology, which leads to the use of immortalized cell lines in the laboratory to screen nucleic acid aptamers for recognition ability of tumor cells in the diseased *** address this, primary cells that can be stably passaged were isolated and extracted from spontaneous tumors of genetically engineered pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma model mice in this ***, an automated screening instrument for nucleic acid aptamers developed autonomously by our group was used to perform efficient aptamer screening using a limited number of cells, and the obtained nucleic acid aptamers were affinity verified at the cellular ***, to answer the question of the cell growth environment difference on the recognition ability of nucleic acid aptamers, we verified its targeting ability to tumors in vivo on a nude mice xenograft tumor model, and further used a common antitumor drug doxorubicin combined with nucleic acid aptamers to verify the drug loading ability of this aptamer combined with the targeting therapeutic ability.

The data post-processing scheme based on two-way classical communication(TWCC)can improve the tolerable bit error rate and extend the maximal transmission distance when used in a quantum key distribution(QKD)*** this study,we apply the TWCC method to improve the performance of reference-frame-independent quantum key distribution(RFI-QKD),and analyze the influence of the TWCC method on the performance of decoy-state RFI-QKD in both asymptotic and non-asymptotic *** numerical simulation results show that the TWCC method is able to extend the maximal transmission distance from 175 km to 198 km and improve the tolerable bit error rate from 10.48%to 16.75%.At the same time,the performance of RFI-QKD in terms of the secret key rate and maximum transmission distance are still greatly improved when statistical fluctuations are *** conclude that RFI-QKD with the TWCC method is of practical interest.

Rubber-based agroforestry systems have been recognized as a practical and sustainable solution to promote the development of agriculture and the ***,interactions between fungal communities and these systems are still not sufficiently *** this study,we compared the abundance,diversity,and community composition of soil fungi in four treatments,including rubber monoculture and three rubber-based agroforestry treatments involving intercropping with Camellia sinensis,Coffea liberica,and Theobroma *** results revealed that the community composition exhibited significant variation between the four different treatments,while the overall soilα-diversity was relatively stable across all *** pH and soil organic carbon were significantly related to the structure of the fungal *** particular,the complexity of the functional fungal network increased in response to agroforestry treatments,promoting beneficial fungi and suppressing certain plant *** results suggest that rubber-based agroforestry systems can promote the health of soil microbial community composition,and therefore provide an effective approach to enhancing soil quality.

A deep understanding of the electricity generation mechanism from the interaction between water molecules and carbon material surfaces is attractive for next-generation water-based energy conversion and storage ***,an asymmetric generator was assembled based on functionalized carbon nanotubes films to investigate the relative contribution from various oxygen functional groups on carbon surface to the water-electrical *** and calculations demonstrate that the electricity mainly originates from the water molecule adsorption by carboxyl groups and dissociation of functional groups on carbon surface,which leads to the formation of electrical double layers at *** device allows the electricity generation with a variety of water sources,such as deionized water,tap water,as well as *** particular,the generator based on carboxyl carbon nanotubes can induce a voltage of over 200 mV spontaneously in natural seawater with the power density of about 0.11 mW·g^(−1).High voltages can be achieved easily through the series-connection strategy to power electronic products such as a liquid crystal *** work reveals the dominant role of carboxyl groups in carbon-based water–electricity conversion and is expected to offer inspiration for the preparation of carbon materials with high electrical performance.

Research on the solar magnetic field and its effects on solar dynamo mechanisms and space weather events has benefited from the continual improvements in instrument resolution and measurement *** augmentation and assimilation of historical observational data timelines also play a significant role in understanding the patterns of solar magnetic field *** the realm of astronomical data processing,super-resolution(SR)reconstruction refers to the process of using a substantial corpus of training data to learn the nonlinear mapping between low-resolution(LR)and high-resolution(HR)images,thereby achieving higherresolution astronomical *** paper is an application study in high-dimensional nonlinear *** learning models were employed to perform SR modeling on SOHO/MDI magnetograms and SDO/HMI magnetograms,thus reliably achieving resolution enhancement of full-disk SOHO/MDI magnetograms and enhancing the image resolution to obtain more detailed *** this study,a data set comprising 9717pairs of data from 2010 April to 2011 February was used as the training set,1332 pairs from 2011 March were used as the validation set and 1034 pairs from 2011 April were used as the test *** data preprocessing,we randomly cropped 128×128 sub-images as the LR cases from the full-disk MDI magnetograms,and the corresponding 512×512 sub-images as HR ones from the HMI full-disk magnetograms for model *** tests conducted have shown that the study successfully produced reliable 4×SR reconstruction of full-disk MDI *** MESR model's results(0.911)were highly correlated with the target HMI magnetographs as indicated by the correlation coefficient ***,the method achieved the best PSNR,SSIM,MAE and RMSE values,indicating that the MESR model can effectively reconstruct magnetograms.

KTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is a promising anode material for potassium storage,but suffers from low conductivity and difficult balance between high capacity and good structural ***,the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene is used as a multifunctional binder to fabricate the KTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)electrode by the traditional homogenizing-coating *** MXene nanosheets,together with the conductive agent super P nanoparticles,construct a multiple conductive network for fast electron/ion transfer and high electrochemical ***,the network ensures the structural stability of the KTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)electrode during the de-intercalation/intercalation of 4 K^(+)ions,which is beneficial for simultaneously achieving high capacity and good cycle ***,the MXene-bonded KTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)electrode delivers a reversible capacity of 255.2 mAh/g at 50 mA/g,outstanding rate capability with 132.3 mAh/g at 2 A/g,and ex-cellent cycle performance with 151.6 mAh/g at 1 A/g after 2000 *** work not only suggests a high-performance anode material for potassium-ion batteries,but also demonstrates that the MXene is a promising binder material for constructing conductive electrodes in rechargeable batteries.

Steam reforming of long-chain hydrocarbon fuels for hydrogen production has received great attention for thermal management of the hypersonic vehicle and fuel-cell *** this work,Pt catalysts supported on CeO_(2)and Tb-doped CeO_(2)were prepared by a precipitation *** physical structure and chemical properties of the as-prepared catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,H_(2)temperature programmed reduction,and X-ray photoelectron *** results show that Tb-doped CeO_(2)supported Pt possesses abundant surface oxygen vacancies,good inhibition of ceria sintering,and strong metal-support interaction compared with CeO_(2)supported *** catalytic performance of hydrogen production via steam reforming of long-chain hydrocarbon fuels(n-dodecane)was *** with 2Pt/CeO_(2),2Pt/Ce_(0.9)Tb_(0.1)O_(2),and 2Pt/Ce_(0.5)Tb_(0.5)O_(2),the 2Pt/Ce_(0.7)Tb_(0.3)O_(2)has higher activity and stability for hydrogen production,on which the conversion of n-dodecane was maintained at about 53.2%after 600 min reaction under 700℃at liquid space velocity of 9 ml·g^(-1)·h^(-1).2Pt/CeO_(2)rapidly deactivated,the conversion of n-dodecane was reduced to only 41.6%after 600 min.

Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) as a bio-based polymer with biodegradability and biocompatibility has attracted much attention. To manipulate its properties for different applications, regulation of crystal structure and crystalline morphology becomes an attractive research topic. In this work, the structure evolution of layered samples containing an amorphous poly(D-lactide)(PDLA) layer and a crystalline poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)layer with highly oriented edge-on α lamellar crystals after annealing at 150 ℃ or/and after melt-recrystallization has been studied by AFM, FTIR,and TEM combined with electron diffraction. The results demonstrate that melt recrystallization of the as-prepared sample leads to the formation of abundant randomly oriented PLA stereo-complex(PLA SC) crystals. Annealing at 150 ℃ results in the formation of a small amount of oriented PLA SC crystals at the interface. These PLA SC crystals show great impact on the recrystallization behavior of sample after melting at 190 ℃ and then crystallizing at 90 ℃. First, they impede the mutual diffusion of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, and thus reduce their stereocomplexation ability as manifested by the decreased amount of PLA SC crystals. Second, they act as substrate to initiate the epitaxial crystallization of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, which ensures the production of a highly oriented structure of PDLA and PLLA after melt recrystallization again.
