Fusarium wilt of melon, Fusarium oxysporum ***. melonis is one of the most important diseases, causing tremendous losses in melon growing areas in Iran. There is a real need for a rapid and inexpensive assay to facilitate accurate disease diagnosis and surveillance for better management of Fusarium wilt outbreaks. One of the procedures designed for detection of this disease is loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)assay; its efficiency has been contrasted with polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The translation elongation factor 1-alpha gene is basically used for designing the LAMP(i.e. F3, B3, FIP, and BIP) together with PCR(F and B). Using hydroxynaphthol blue(HNB) dye, LAMP was placed in a water bath after the optimization was done. The results show LAMP is an advantageous method because it is highly sensitive(100-fold), quite cheap,user-friendly, and safe; in addition, it is performed quickly by visual detection and does not require DNA extraction(in direct-LAMP). The LAMP is believed to be a simple and reliable tool for laboratory purposes because it needs only very basic instruments and the results can be observed and contrasted visually.

Nonlinear Dust Acoustic Waves in a Magnetized Dusty Plasma with Trapped and Superthermal Electrons

In this work, the effects of superthermal and trapped electrons on the oblique propa- gation of nonlinear dust-acoustic waves in a magnetized dusty （complex） plasma are investigated. The dynamic of electrons is simulated by the generalized Lorentzian （k） distribution function （DF）. The dust grains are cold and their dynamics are simulated by hydrodynamic equations. Using the standard reductive perturbation technique （RPT） a nonlinear modified Korteweg-de Vries （mKdV） equation is derived. Two types of solitary waves; fast and slow dust acoustic solitons, exist in this plasma. Calculations reveal that compressive solitary structures are likely to propagate in this plasma where dust grains are negatively （or positively） charged. The properties of dust acoustic solitons （DASs） are also investigated numerically.

In this paper,we introduce a new iterative method based on the hybrid viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a general system of variational inequalities,an equilibrium problem,and the set of common fixed points of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings in a Hilbert *** prove a strong convergence theorem of the proposed iterative scheme under some suitable conditions on the ***,we apply our main result for ***,we give two numerical results to show the consistency and accuracy of the scheme.

Hydroxyapatite/alumina nanocrystalline composite powders needed for various biomedical applications were successfully synthe- sized by sol-gel process. Structural and morphological investigations of the prepared composite powders were performed using X-ray dif- fractometer （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X＇Pert HighScore software, and Clemex Vision image analysis software. The re- suits show that the crystallite size of the obtained composite powders is in the range of 25 to 90 nm. SEM evaluation shows that the obtained composite powders have a porous structure, which is very useful for biomedical applications. The spherical nanoparticles in the range of 60 to 800 nm are embedded in the agglomerated clusters of the prepared composite powders.

A series organosoluble and heterocyclic poly（ether-amide）s （PEA）s were synthesized from a new diamine containing pyridine moiety and four aliphatic-aromatic dicarboxylic acids by direct polycondensation reactions. Dicarboxilic acids 4a-4d containing ether groups were synthesized in two step reactions. At first, dialdehydes 3a-3d were synthesized from four dibromo alkanes la-ld and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde 2, then dicarboxilic acids 4a-4d were synthesized from dialdehydes 3a-3d and malonic acid in a solvent free reaction. On the other hand, the new diamine 8 containing pyridine ring was synthesized in two step reactions. The structures of synthesized monomers and polymers were proven by FTIR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Also all of the above polymers were fully characterized by inherent viscosity, solubility tests, gel permeation chromatography （GPC）, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and thermogravimetric analysis （TGA）. The resulted PEAs have shown good inherent viscosities, solubility and thermal properties.

A facile approach was developed to prepare Dy2Ce2O7 nanostructures. Dy2Ce2O7 nanostructures were prepared by applying cerium（IV） ammonium nitrate and dysprosium nitrate as Ce and Dy precursors. It was found that the kind of connecting agent, space-filling template and chelating agent were significant factors for the control in shape and size. Transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy（DR-UV-vis）, field emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM）, photoluminescence spectroscopy（PL） and energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis（EDX） techniques were applied to characterize the Dy2Ce2O7 nanostructures and investigate their optical characteristics. To examine the photocatalytic activity of as-produced Dy2Ce2O7 nanostructures, the photocatalytic degradation of erythrosine dye as water pollutant was carried out. The results of the photocatalytic investigations suggest as-obtained nano-sized Dy2Ce2O7 product as a new, proper and efficient candidate for photocatalytic usages under UV illumination.

The nonlinear vibrational model of a slightly curved single-walled carbon nanotube （SWCNT） resting on a Winkler-type elastic foundation is developed using nonlocal Euler- Bernoulli elastic theory. The SWCNT is assumed to vibrate under an external harmonic electric force field and an analytical solution is proposed to obtain the nonlinear resonant frequencies. The results show good agreement with the numerical simulation and the obtained analytical frequency is com- pletely related to the curvature of the nanotube. Our model predicts that although the model is nonlinear in nature, the curved SWCNT could behave linearly in a certain amount of curvatures and this quasi-linear vibrational behavior of curved SWCNT is a function of aspect ratio, nonlocal parameter, and stiffness of the foundation.

The spin-valley Hall conductivity（SHC-VHC） of two-dimensional material ferromagnetic graphene＇s silicon analog,silicene, is investigated in the presence of strain within the Kubo formalism in the context of the Kane–Mele *** Dirac cone approximation has been used to investigate the dynamics of carriers under the strain along the armchair（AC） direction. In particular, we study the effect of external static electric field on these conductivities under the *** the presence of the strain, the carriers have a larger effective mass and the transport decreases. Our findings show that SHC changes with respect to the direction of the applied electric field symmetrically while VHC increases ***, the reflection symmetry of the structure has been broken with the electric field and a phase transition occurs to topological insulator for strained ferromagnetic silicene. A critical strain is found in the presence of the electric field around 45%. SHC（VHC） decreases（increases） for strains smaller than this value symmetrically while it increases（decreases） for strains larger than one.

Genetic algorithm and partial least square（GA-PLS）,kernel PLS（KPLS） and Levenberg-Marquardt artificial neural network（L-M ANN） techniques were used to investigate the correlation between retention time（RT） and descriptors for 15 nanoparticle compounds obtained by the comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography system（GC × GC）.Application of the dodecanethiol monolayer-protected gold nanoparticle（MPN） column was for a high-speed separation as the second column of GC × *** L-M ANN model with the final optimum network architecture of [13-5-1] gave a significantly better performance than the other *** is the first research on the quantitative structure-retention relationship（QSRR） of nanoparticle compounds using the GA-PLS,GA-KPLS and L-M ANN.

This work focuses on transient thermal behavior of radial fins of rectangular,triangular and hyperbolic profiles with temperature-dependent properties.A hybrid numerical algorithm which combines differential transformation(DTM) and finite difference(FDM) methods is utilized to theoretically study the present *** and FDM are applied to the time and space domains of the problem,*** accuracy of this method solution is checked against the numerical ***,the effects of some applicable parameters were studied *** a broad range of governing parameters are investigated,the results could be useful in a number of industrial and engineering applications.
