Nanostructured silico. anodes have shown extraordinary lithium storage properties for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)but are usually achieved at low areal loadings(co.-graphene-carbon nanotube(3D-Si/G/C)electrode for simultaneously achieving ultrahigh areal/gravimetric capacities at high mass *** periodically arranged vertical channels and hierarchically porous filaments facilitate sufficient electrolyte infiltration and rapid ion diffusion,and the carbonaceous network provides excellent electron transport properties and mechanical integrity,thus endowing the printed 3D-Si/G/C electrode with fast electrochemical reaction kinetics and reversibility at high mass ***,the 3D-Si/G/C with high areal mass loading of 12.9 mg·cm^(-2) exhibits excellent areal capacity of 12.8 mAh·cm^(-2) and specific capacity of 1007 mAh·g^(-1),***-situ optical microsco.e and ex-situ scanning electron microsco.e(SEM)co.firm that the hierarchically porous filaments with interco.nected carbon skeletons effectively suppress the volume change of silico. and maintain stable micro-lattice architecture.A 3D printed 3D-Si/G/C-1||3D-LiFePO_(4)/G full cell holds excellent cyclic stability(capacity retention rate of 78%after 50 cycles)with an initial co.lombic efficiency(ICE)of 96%.This work validates the feasibility of 3D printing on co.structing high mass loading silico. anode for practical high energy-density LIBs.

Effect of Mo and co.d forging deformation on strength and ductility of co.alt-based alloy L605

Mo element was added to co.alt-based alloy L605,and co.d forging deformation was *** effects of the addition and co.d forging deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by thermodynamic calculation,electron backscatter diffraction,transmission electron microsco.y,and X-ray *** stacking fault energy(SFE)of the alloy decreased after the addition,and the formation of stacking faults and intersections were promoted to improve the strength and *** tensile strength of the alloy with Mo increased from 1190 to 1702 MPa after 24%co.d deformation,producing significant work *** strengthening mechanism is strain-induced martensitic transformation(SIMT)and deformation *** alloy,co.bined with Mo and after 24%deformation,had both high strength and ductility in co.parison with the original co.alt-based alloy *** is attributed to the lower SFE which caused the increase in stacking fault *** the tensile process,theε-hcp phase was easily generated at the stacking fault to reduce the stress co.centration and increase the *** SIMT by adjusting the density of stacking faults can improve the mechanical properties of co.alt-based ***ε-hcp phase,the interaction between deformation twins and dislocations,and the interaction between e-hcp phases during co.d forging deformation caused local stress co.centration,lowering ductility and toughness.

A robust visco.lastic surfactant tolerating 20% HCl up to 150℃ for oil well stimulation

Visco.lastic surfactants（VES） are often used as visco.s diverters in acidizing stimulation to prolong the acid co.sumption time and maximize zonal co.erage of the acid for improving well ***, the ceiling temperature of co.mercial VES cannot exceed 120℃ in practical use because of the poor thermal stability and fragile molecular structure, hindering their implementation in hightemperature oil reservoirs, i.e., ≥150℃. Here we synthesized a novel C22-tailed diamine, N-erucaminopropyl-N,N-dimethylamine（EDPA）, and examined co.paratively its rheological behavior, assemblies morphology and molecular stability in 20 wt% HCl with a co.mercial VES, erucyl dimethyl amidopropyl betaine（EDAB）. The feasibility of EDPA for acidizing stimulation was assessed by acid etching of carbonate rock with its HCl solution at 150℃. Rheological results showed that the 2.5 wt% EDPA—20 wt%HCl solution maintains stable visco.ity of 90 m Pa s at 150℃ for 60 min, while that of 2.0 wt% EDAB HCl solution is just 1 m Pa s under identical co.ditions.1H NMR spectra and cryo-TEM observations revealed that the chemical structure and self-assembled architectures of EDPA remained intact in such co.text,but the EDAB suffered from degradation due to the hydrolysis of the amide group, acco.nting for the poor heat-resistance and acid-tolerance. The reaction rate of 2.5 wt% EDPA HCl solution with carbonate rock was one order of magnitude lower than that of 20 wt% HCl solution at 150℃, underpinning the potential of EDPA to be used in the high-temperature reservoirs acidizing. This work improved the thermal tolerance of VES in highly co.centrated HCl solution, paving a feasible way for the acidization of high-temperature reservoir environments（～150℃）.

Heat-resistant alloys with excellent mechanical properties are widely used in various fields,and further improvement in their properties is essential to meet the requirements in new-generation advanced supercritical boilers,nuclear reactors,superheaters,and other new materials *** effectively enhance the co.prehensive performance of heat-resistant alloys,seco.d-phase particle strengthening has been widely studied,and in the face of different service envi-ronments of advanced heat-resistant steels,the selection of suitable seco.d-phase particles is essential to maximize the performance of these *** this end,three major types of reinforcing phases in heat-resistant alloys such as carbides,rare earth oxides,and intermetallic co.pounds are summarized.A co.parative analysis of the precipitation behavior of the reinforcing phases with different types as well as the risks and means of co.trolling their use in service,is *** parameters for the application of various types of seco.d-phase particles in heat-resistant alloys are provided to support the design and preparation of new ultrahigh-performance heat-resistant alloys.

Distribution of oxide inclusions in H13 castings under super-gravity field with multi-stage rotation speeds

The 42 kg industrial H13 castings were prepared by different super-gravity fields with multi-rotation speeds,and the distribution of oxide inclusions in the castings was *** addition,the inward movement Reynolds number and inward movement time of oxide inclusions as well as the solidification time of molten steel at different positions in the castings were calculated to clarify the removal mechanism of oxide inclusions in super-gravity *** results show that the large size(i.e.,greater than 10μm)oxide inclusions are mainly co.centrated in the inner and outer parts of the super-gravity castings with co.stant rotation speed(500 r min^(-1))and five-stage rotation speeds(500,600,750,850,and 950 r min^(-1)),respectively,while there are no large oxide inclusions in the super-gravity castings with three-stage rotation speeds(500,600,and 750 r min^(-1)).Although an increase in the particle size of inclusion and the rotation speed in super-gravity field is co.ducive to the increase in the inward movement Reynolds number of oxide inclusions and reduction in the inward movement time of oxide inclusions,it will reduce the local solidification time of molten *** the range of the rotation speed studied,the super-gravity field with three-stage rotation speeds has the best effect on the removal of inclusions in H13 molten steel.

In situ anchoring in carbon matrix of Bi2O2co. as a high-performance anode material for Li-ion batteries

Bismuth-based anode materials have been regarded as promising Li-ion batteries due to their high theoretical ***,their low co.ductivity and associated volume expansion inhabited their *** this work,Bi2O2co.@C co.posites were successfully synthesized by in situ anchoring of flower-like Bi2O2co.nanosheets on a carbon-based substrate via *** unique co.posited structure of Bi2O2-co.@C leads to a stable specific capacity of 547 mAh·g-1after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.1 A·***,it demonstrates excellent rate capability with a specific capacity of 210 mAh·g-1at 5 A·*** 550 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A·g-1,a high reversible capacity of nearly 400 mAh·g-1was ***,in situ X-ray diffraction measurements clearly demonstrate the co.version between Bi and Li3Bi during alloying/dealloying,co.firming the good electrochemical reversibility of the materials for Li *** reaction kinetics of Bi2O2co.@C were further investigated using galvanostatic intermittent titration ***,Bi2O2-co.@C exhibited excellent long-term stability,maintaining its high reversible capacity for over 200 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A·g-1in a full cell co.figuration using Li1.20Mn0.54Ni0.13co..13O2as the cathode *** result further undersco.es its promising potential for lithium-ion *** work may provide inspiration for the design of alloy-type negative electrode materials for high-performance rechargeable batteries.

Solidification behaviour and hot cracking susceptibility of a novel Ni-based superalloy

A novel Ni-based superalloy GH4151,with a γ′ volume fraction of about 55%and a service temperature capability up to 8oo oC,was *** to the different co.ling co.ditions of various regions during the solidification of ingots,significant co.ling rate variations may lead to the occurrence of hot *** scanning laser microsco.e was utilised to investigate the solidification process and phase precipitation behaviour of the GH4151 under wide range co.ling *** characteristics of L→γ transformation were analysed,and the growth rates of at each stage were *** segregation behaviour was predicted using the Scheil equation,and the predicted results match well with the experimental *** sensitivity co.fficient for hot cracking was modified,and cracking sensitivity co.fficient values for the alloy under different co.ling rates were co.puted,revealing that the alloy is most susceptible to hot cracking at 10℃/min co.ling ***,co.trolling the co.ling rate can reduce the possibility of hot cracking in ingot.

Energy band modulation of N-doped rutile/anatase TiO2 photoanode promoting charge separation toward prominent photoelectrochemical performance

To solve the problem of high photogenerated carrier reco.bination rate and low photoelectric co.version efficiency of TiO2-based materials,a simple N-doped anatase/rutile TiO2heterophase nanorod film was designed by a low-temperature hydrothermal method in this *** enhanced separation and transport of photogenerated charges were facilitated by the smaller co.tact barrier and appropriate band matching between anatase TiO2nanoparticles and rutile *** introduction of N doping in anatase TiO2resulted in an upward shift of the valence band and a narrowing of the band gap,co.sequently enhancing the efficiency of visible light *** co.bination of the heterophase junction and N-doping exhibited a synergistic effect,effectively suppressing the reco.bination of photogenerated charges and enhancing the photoelectric co.version efficiency of the *** AM 1.5G irradiation,the photocurrent density（J） of the A-TO（N）@R-TONR photoanode reached2.19 mA·cm-2(VRHE,1.23 eV).Additionally,the incident photon-electron co.version efficiency（IPCE） and the charge injection efficiency（η） reached 81.4% and 51.6% at320 ***,the J,IPCE,and η values of the A-TO（N）@R-TONR photoanode were 2.96,2.1 and 3.2times those of pure R-TONR photoanode,*** work presents a rational strategy for designing efficient TiO2-based photoanodes.

Petroleum pitch derived hard carbon via NaCl-template as anode materials with high rate performance for sodium ion battery

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have garnered significant interest in energy storage due to their similar working mechanism to lithium ion batteries and abundant reserves of sodium *** facile synthesis of a carbon-based anode materials with capable electrochemical performance is key to promoting the practical application of *** this work,a co.bination of petroleum pitch and recyclable sodium chloride is selected as the carbon source and template to obtain hard carbon(HC)anode for *** times and temperatures are optimized by assessing the sodium ion storage behavior of different HC *** optimized HC exhibits a remarkable capacity of over 430 mAh·g^(-1) after undergoing full activation through 500 cycles at a density of current of 0.1 A·g^(-1).Furthermore,it demonstrates an initial discharge capacity of 276 mAh·g^(-1) at a density of current of 0.5 A·g^(-1).Meanwhile,the optimized HC shows a good capacity retention(170 mAh·g^(-1) after 750 cycles)and a remarkable rate ability(166 mAh·g^(-1) at 2 A·g^(-1)).The enhanced capacity is attributed to the suitable degree of graphitization and surface area,which improve the sodium ion transport and storage.
