Covalent organic framework(COF)nanocrystals are useful in biological applications;however,their hydrophobic nature makes them aggregate into clusters in aqueous *** this work,we show that by modifying the crystal surface with hydrophilic functional groups,these nanocrystals can maintain in the monodispersed form in aqueous ***,three COFs,TPB-DMTP COF,TAPB-PDA COF and TAPB-BPDA COF were synthesized using organic Lewis acid as the catalyst,to generate nanoparticles with the size ranging from 180 nm to 1μm.2-Aminoethanesulfonic acid(AESA)was applied to react with the terminal aldehyde functional groups exposed at the surface of COF *** resulting negatively charged surface keeps these nanocrystals apart from each other in aqueous solution for at least 48 *** mesopore of these COF nanocrystals allows the entering of single-strand DNA molecules and the release in the presence of complementary DNA.

Monthly fishery survey data of the small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis in the southern Yellow Sea from2003 and 2013 were employed to evaluate the variation in the resource distribution and biological characteristics（especially body length and sex ratio） in the population on a decadal *** results indicated that the small yellow croaker migrated from the Shawai fishing ground to the Dasha fishing ground in spring and was mainly distributed in the central and western parts of the Dasha fishing ground in April and *** polyactis in the Dasha fishing ground migrated eastward to offshore wintering grounds in autumn and reached the central Dasha fishing ground in October and *** small yellow croaker entered the western waters of the Shawai fishing ground in winter.A large number of age 0＋ fish occurred in the Shawai and Jiangwai fishing grounds in October of 2003 and *** body lengths of the spawning stock and wintering stock in 2013 were larger than those in 2003,and the monthly sex ratios（female to male） were significantly less than 1 in both *** monthly distribution of this fish in the southern Yellow Sea was consistent with a previous finding that ＂the stock migrated between the wintering grounds in the west of Jeju Island and the Lüsi spawning grounds＂ but tended to move more northward,with the spawning grounds extending *** the past decade,body length variation experienced a decline after an increase,rather than a steady *** sex ratio in the single-stick stow net showed a tendency to increase over the decade,but was either less than or more than 1 depending on the fishing gear;therefore,further studies should be conducted to determine the sex structure.

The high-gap plant protection machine is taken in this paper as the research object to ensure the good driving power and safety of the high-gap plant protection machine,and the control strategy of inter-shaft torque distribution is established under different working conditions to improve vehicle power and lateral *** anticipated demand torque is initially determined based on the structural characteristics and operational principles of the plant protection ***,a hierarchical control framework is devised by incorporating a formulated switching control ***,a simulation model for torque distribution control strategy between shafts is developed on the Matlab/Simulink platform,followed by simulation and experimental *** results are presented as follows:the inter-shaft torque distribution strategy established in this paper increases the average longitudinal acceleration by 0.13 m/s^(2) and 0.14 m/s^(2) under the control of low and high to low adhesion road surfaces,*** the control of the single-line shifting condition,the yaw velocity can successfully follow the expected value with a maximum value of 0.61 rad/*** side deflection angle of the center of mass does not exceed 2.8°,which can follow the ideal trajectory and improve power and safety.

Extreme high temperatures occur frequently over the densely populated yangtze River basin(YRB)in China during summer,significantly impacting the local economic development and ecological ***,accurate prediction of extreme high-temperature days in this region remains a ***,the Climate Forecast System Version 2(CFSv2)exhibits poor performance in this ***,based on the interannual increment approach,we develop a hybrid seasonal prediction model over the YRB(HM_(YRB))to improve the prediction of extreme high-temperature days in *** HM_(YRB)relies on the following four predictors:the observed preceding April-May snowmelt in north western Europe;the snow depth in March over the central Siberian Plateau;the CFSv2-forecasted concurrent summer sea surface temperatures around the Maritime Continent;and the 200-hPa geopotential height over the Tibetan *** HM_(YRB)indicates good capabilities in predicting the interannual variability and trend of extreme high-temperature days,with a markable correlation coefficient of 0.58 and a percentage of the same sign(PSS)of 76% during 1983-2015 in the one-year-out ***,the HM_(YRB) maintains high PSS skill(86%)and robustness in the independent prediction period(2016-2022).Furthermore,the HM_(YRB) shows a good performance for years with high occurrence of extreme high-temperature days,with a hit ratio of 40%.These predictors used in HM_(YRB)are beneficial in terms of the prediction skill for the average daily maximum temperature in summer over the YRB,albeit with biases existing in the *** study provides promising insights into the prediction of 2022-like hot extremes over the YRB in China.

Dendrobenthamia hongkongensis is an excellent ornamental tree species, which has a wide range in germplasm resources distribution and rich varieties within species in China and has also a great development prospect of the new superior species for city landscape. So it is necessary for us to do much research for the development and utilization of this species. According to the latest existing research data of D. hongkongensis, the research achievements of D. hongkongensis in Germplasm resource distribution, bio-ecological habits, breeding and cultivation techniques and so on have been analyzed and summed up. On the other hand, its Ornamental value has been utilized in the modern landscape. At the same time, Edible and Medicinal value of D. hongkongensis has been discussed in the paper as well as Material value of D. hongkongensis. In addition, the future aspects of physiological and ecological research, domestication and breeding new varieties, resource protection and landscape application of D. hongkongensis have been proposed.

The past five years have witnessed the discovery of the endoplasmic reticulum calcium(Ca2+) sensor STIM1 and the plasma membrane Ca2+channel Orai1 as the bona fide molecular components of the store-operated Ca2+ entry(SOCE) and the Ca2+ release-activated Ca2+current(I CRAC) .It has been known for two decades that SOCE and ICRAC are required for lymphocyte activation as evidenced by severe immunodeficient phenotypes in patients lacking *** recent years however,studies have uncovered expression of STIM1 and Orai1 proteins in various tissues and described additional roles for these proteins in physiological functions and pathophysiological ***,we will summarize novel findings pertaining to the role of STIM1 and Orai1 in the vascular system and discuss their potential use as targets in the therapy of vascular disease.

Waste cutting emulsions are difficult to treat efficiently owing to their complex composition and stable emulsified *** an important treatment method for emulsions,chemical demulsification is faced with challenges such as low flocs-water separation rates and high sludge ***,in this study,Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)were used to enhance chemical demulsification performance for treating waste cutting emulsions under a magnetic *** addition of MNPs significantly decreased the time required to attain sludge-water separation and sludge compression equilibrium,from 210 to 20 *** addition,the volume percentage of sludge produced at the equilibrium state was reduced from 45% to 10%.This excellent flocculation-separation performance was stable over a pH range of *** magnetization of the flocculants and oil droplets to form a flocculant-MNP-oil droplet composite,and the magnetic transfer of the composite were two key processes that enhanced the separation of cutting ***,the interactions among MNPs,flocculants,and oil droplets were important in the magnetization process,which was controlled by the structures and properties of the three *** the magnetic field,the magnetized flocculant-MNP-oil droplet composites were considerably accelerated and separated from water,and the sludge was simultaneously ***,this study expands the applicability of magnetic separation techniques in the treatment of complex waste cutting emulsions.
