We calculate the electronic properties and carrier mobility of perovskite CH3NH3SnI3as a solar cell absorber by using the hybrid functional method. The calculated result shows that the electron and hole mobilities have anisotropies with a large magnitude of 1.4 × 104cm2·V-1·s-1along the y direction. In view of the huge difference between hole and electron mobilities, the perovskite CH3NH3 Sn I3can be considered as a p-type semiconductor. We also discover a relationship between the effective mass anisotropy and electronic occupation anisotropy. The above results can provide reliable guidance for its experimental applications in electronics and optoelectronics.

Forecasting stock prices using deep learning models suffers from pro-blems such as low accuracy,slow convergence,and complex network *** study developed an echo state network(ESN)model to mitigate such *** compared our ESN with a long short-term memory(LSTM)network by forecasting the stock data of Kweichow Moutai,a leading enterprise in China’s liquor *** analyzing data for 120,240,and 300 days,we generated fore-cast data for the next 40,80,and 100 days,respectively,using both ESN and *** terms of accuracy,ESN had the unique advantage of capturing non-linear *** absolute error(MAE)was used to present the accuracy *** MAEs of the data forecast by ESN were 0.024,0.024,and 0.025,which were,respectively,0.065,0.007,and 0.009 less than those of *** terms of con-vergence,ESN has a reservoir state-space structure,which makes it perform faster than other ***-mean-square error(RMSE)was used to present the con-vergence *** our experiment,the RMSEs of ESN were 0.22,0.27,and 0.26,which were,respectively,0.08,0.01,and 0.12 less than those of *** terms of network structure,ESN consists only of input,reservoir,and output spaces,making it a much simpler model than the *** proposed ESN was found to be an effective model that,compared to others,converges faster,forecasts more accurately,and builds time-series analyses more easily.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of acupuncture anesthesia on the consumption of sedatives and anesthetics,pain,and time consumption in patients undergoing colonoscopy,thus providing evidence that acupuncture anesthesia should be extended to endoscopists and ***:Four English and four Chinese databases were searched for randomised controlled trials of acupuncture anaesthesia in patients undergoing colonoscopy,published from database inception to 1 March *** were consumption of sedatives and anaesthetics,pain tolerance,visual analog scale(VAS)score,the meantime consumption of examination,satisfaction,and adverse ***:Thirty-one randomized controlled trials with a total of 4790 participants were *** showed that acupuncture anaesthesia significantly reduced consumption of sedatives and anaesthetics[9 studies,n=944,standardized mean difference(SMD)=-0.82,95%CI(-1.31,-0.33),P=0.001],VAS score[9 studies,n=1790,mean difference(MD)=-1.13,95%CI(-1.70,-0.57),P<0.001],meantime consumption[21 studies,n=3799,MD=-2.09,95%CI(-3.15,-1.03),P<0.001]and adverse reactions of colonoscopy[7 studies,n=738,odds ratio(OR)=0.17,95%CI(0.10,0.28),P<0.001].Acupuncture also significantly improved pain tolerance[14 studies,n=1661,OR=7.05,95%CI(3.79,13.12),P<0.001],while no beneficial effects were found for satisfaction[7 studies,n=843,SMD=0.02,95%CI(-0.38,0.43),P=0.91].CONCLUSION:Acupuncture has beneficial effects on patients undergoing colonoscopy,particularly in reducing consumption of sedatives and anaesthetics,alleviating pain,shortening the time consumption of examination and preventing adverse *** an alternative,effective,inexpensive,and accessible approach,acupuncture anaesthesia should be extended to endoscopists and anaesthesiologists.

In this paper, we establish the existence of viscous shock waves solutions of a quasi-linear hyperbolic-parabolic system arising from chemotaxis by using of Lyapunov stability techniques. Different from T.L. and Z.A. Wang [12], we consider that the chemosensitivity constant and the kinetic constant have the same sign. Furthermore, we show that the left-hand and right-hand states of a Lax shock correspond to saddle nodes.

Ovarian endometrioma（OE）, also known as “chocolate cysts,” is a cystic mass that develops in the ovaries due to endometriosis and is a common gynecological condition characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, leading to symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, and infertility. However, the precise molecular and cellular mechanisms driving this pathophysiology remain largely unknown, posing challenges for diagnosis and treatment. Here, we employed integrated single-cell transcriptomic profiling of over 52,000 individual cells from endometrial tissues of OE patients and healthy donors and identified twelve major cell populations. We identified notable alterations in cell type-specific proportions and molecular signatures associated with OE. Notably, the activation of IGFBP5+macrophages with pro-inflammatory properties, NK cell exhaustion, and aberrant proliferation of IQCG+and KLF2+epithelium are key features and may be the potential mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of OE. Collectively, our data contribute to a better understanding of OE at the single cell level and may pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

In this paper, we focus on the characteristics of the landslides developed in the epicentral area of AD 1556 M^8.5 Huaxian Earthquake, and discuss their relations to the active normal faults in the SE Weihe Graben, Central China. The results from analyzing high-resolution remote-sensing imagery and digital elevation models（DEMs）, in combination with field survey, demonstrate that：（i） the landslides observed in the study area range from small-scale debris/rock falls to large-scale rock avalanches;（ii） the landslides are mostly developed upon steep slopes of ≥30°; and（iii） the step-like normal-fault scarps along the range-fronts of the Huashan Mountains as well as the thick loess sediments in the Weinan area may facilitate the occurrence of large landslides. The results presented in this study would be helpful to assess the potential landslide hazards in densely-populated areas affected by active normal faulting.

Based on the Hirota bilinear and long wave limit methods,the hybrid solutions of m-lump with n-soliton and nbreather wave for generalized Hirota–Satsuma–Ito(GHSI)equation are ***,by approximating solutions of the GHSI equation along some parallel orbits at infinity,the trajectory equation of a lump wave before and after collisions with n-soliton and n-breather wave are studied,and the expressions of phase shift for lump wave before and after collisions are ***,it is revealed that collisions between the lump wave and other waves are elastic,the corresponding collision diagrams are used to further explain.

Abstract Performance optimization of cyber-physical systems （CPS） calls for co-design strategies that handle the issues in both computing domain and physical domain. Periods of controller tasks integrated into a uniprocessor system are related to both control performance and real-time schedu- lability analysis simultaneously. System performance improvement can be achieved by optimizing the periods of controller tasks. This paper extends an existing model to select task periods in real-time for CPS with fixed priority controller tasks scheduled by rate-monotonic algorithm. When all the tasks can be integrated, the analytic solution of the problem is derived by using the method of Lagrange multipliers and gradient descent method is evaluated to be suitable online. To further deal with the condition that the system is overloaded, an integrated method is proposed to select periods of tasks online by selecting a subset of tasks first and then optimizing the periods for them. Experimental results demonstrate that our method yields near-optimal result with a short running time.
