Let X, y.be Banach spaces and M be a linear subspace in X x y.= {{x,y.lx E X,y.C y.. We may.view M as a multi-valued linear operator from X to y.by.taking M（x） = {y.（x,y. C M}. In this paper, we give several criteria for a single-valued operator from y.to X to be the metric generalized inverse of the multi-valued linear operator M. The principal tool in this paper is also the generalized orthogonal decomposition theorem in Banach spaces.

In the ongoing arms race between bacteria and bacteriophages,bacteriophages have evolved anti-CRISPR proteins to counteract bacterial CRISPR-Cas ***,AcrⅡA25.1 and AcrⅡA32 have been found to effectively.inhibit the activity.of Spy.Cas9 both in bacterial and human ***,their molecular mechanisms remain ***,we report the cry.-electron microscopy.structures of ternary.complexes formed by.AcrⅡA25.1 and AcrⅡA32 bound to Spy.Cas9-sg *** structural analysis and biochemical experiments,we revealed that AcrⅡA25.1 and AcrⅡA32 recognize a novel,previously.unidentified anti-CRISPR binding site on Spy.*** found that both AcrⅡA25.1 and AcrⅡA32 directly.interact with the WED domain,where they.spatially.obstruct conformational changes of the WED and PI domains,thereby.inhibiting Spy.Cas9 from recognizing protospacer adjacent motif(PAM)and unwinding double-stranded *** addition,they.may.inhibit nuclease activity.by.blocking the dy.amic conformational changes of the Spy.Cas9 surveillance *** summary.our data elucidate the inhibition mechanisms of two new anti-CRISPR proteins,provide new strategies for the modulation of Spy.Cas9 activity.and expand our understanding of the diversity.of anti-CRISPR protein inhibition mechanisms.

Hy.rogen sulfide(H_(2)S)is a toxic,essential gas used in various biological and phy.ical processes and has been the subject of many.targeted studies on its role as a new gas *** studies have mainly.focused on the production and pharmacological side effects caused by.H_(2)***,effective strategies to remove H_(2)S has become a key.research ***,the development of novel nanoplatforms has provided new tools for the targeted removal of H_(2)*** paper was performed to review the association between H_(2)S anddisease,relatedH_(2)S inhibitory.drugs,aswell as H_(2)S responsive nanoplatforms(HRNs).This review first analy.ed the role of H_(2)S in multiple tissues and ***,common drugs used to eliminate H_(2)S,as well as their potential for combination with anticancer agents,were *** only.the existing studies on HRNs,but also the inhibition H_(2)S combined with different therapeutic methods were both sorted out in this ***,this review provided in-depth analysis of the potential of HRNs about treatment or detection in ***,potential challenges of HRNs were *** study.demonstrates the excellent potential of HRNs for biomedical applications.

The recently.discovered ATi_(3)Bi_(5)(A=Cs,Rb)exhibit intriguing quantum phenomena including superconductivity.electronic nematicity.and abundant topological ***_(3)Bi_(5)present promising platforms for study.ng kagome superconductivity.band topology.and charge orders in parallel with *** this work,we comprehensively.analy.e various properties of ATi_(3)Bi_(5)covering superconductivity.under pressure and doping,band topology.under pressure,thermal conductivity.heat capacity.electrical resistance,and spin Hall conductivity.SHC)using first-principles *** superconducting transition temperature(Tc)of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)and RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)at ambient pressure are about 1.85 and 1.92 *** subject to pressure,Tc of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)exhibits a special valley.and dome shape,which arises from quasi-two-dimensional compression to three-dimensional isotropic compression within the context of an overall decreasing ***,Tc of RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)can be effectively.enhanced up to 3.09 K by.tuning the kagome van Hove singularities(VHSs)and flat band through *** can also induce abundant topological surface states at the Fermi energy.EF)and tune VHSs across ***,our transport calculations are in excellent agreement with recent experiments,confirming the absence of charge density.***,SHC of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)can reach up to 226h·(e·Ω·cm)^(-1)at *** work provides a timely.and detailed analysis of the rich phy.ical properties for ATi_(3)Bi_(5),offering valuable insights for further experimental verifications and investigations in this field.
