Coxsackievirus A24 variant(CVA24v)is a major pathogen that causes continued outbreaks and pandemics of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis(AHC).In China,the first confirmed outbreak of CVA24v-related AHC occurred in Beijing in 1988,followed by another two significant outbreaks respectively in 1994 and 2007,which coincides with the three-stage dynamic distribution of AHC in the world after *** illustrate the genetic characteristics of CVA24v in different periods,a total of 23 strains were isolated from those three outbreaks and the whole genome of those isolations were sequenced and *** with the prototype strain,the 23 strains shared four nucleotide deletions in the 5'UTR except the 0744 strain isolated in *** at the 98th site,one nucleotide insertion was found in all the strains collected from *** 1994 to 2007,amino acid polarity in the VP1 region at the 25th and the 32nd site were *** the 3C and VP1 phylogenetic tree indicated that isolates from 1988 and 1994 belonged to Genotype III(GIII),and 2007 strains to Genotype IV(GIV).According to the Bayesian analysis based on complete genome sequence,the most recent common ancestors for the isolates in1988,1994 and 2007 were respectively estimated around October 1987,February 1993 and December *** evolutionary rate of the CVA24v was estimated to be 7.45×10^(-3) substitutions/site/*** study indicated that the early epidemic of CVA24v in Chinese mainland was the *** mutations and amino acid changes in different genotypes of CVA24v may generate intensity differences of the AHC ***24v has been evolving constantly with a relatively rapid rate.

Objective: To analyze the application effect of continuity of care combined with family health education in the treatment of pediatric eczema. Methods: Sixty cases of pediatric eczema children who were admitted from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 30 cases each. The control group received routine care and the observation group received continuation of care combined with family health education. Family knowledge, eczema basic receding time, family satisfaction, and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared. Results: The aftercare family knowledge mastery score and family satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group, where eczema basic receding time and recurrence rate in six months were lower in the observation group as compared to the control group (P disease, controlled eczema symptoms, and reduced the recurrence rate.

Objective To assess the subjective perception of residents on the built environment in hygienic cities and its relation to the self-rated health(SRH)status of residents,providing a basis for a better promotion on construction of health-supportive *** The online survey was adopted with the respondents recruited from residents living in Chaoyang district of Beijing in January *** SRH level as the dependent variable,two-category logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of the built environment in hygienic cities on the SRH status of *** A total of 1,357 respondents were enrolled in this *** controlling confounding factors,four aspects in the built environment in hygienic cities were detected remarkable influences on the SRH level of residents,including enough green space in the living area[odds ratio(OR)=1.395,95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.055–1.845],clean and hygienic living environment(OR=1.472,95%CI:1.107–1.956),residents’confidence in drinking water safety in the living area(OR=1.856,95%CI:1.354–2.544)and residents’confidence in food safety in the living area(OR=1.405,95%CI:1.027–1.921).Conclusion Regarding city construction,the government should focus more on the subjective perception of residents on built environments to build a supportive environment benefiting the health of residents.

On November 8,2020,a 51-year-old male went to the fever clinic of Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Hospital for diagnosis and treatment of symptoms and was tested for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In the early hours of November 9,the municipal and district-level CDCs determined his nucleic acid test results were positive,and after consultation with experts,comprehensive clinical examination,and inspection of imaging results,the COVID-19 diagnosis was confirmed.
